Claims (36)

(IV) выделение полученного каталитического материала.1. A method of preparing a catalytic material used in the production of vinyl acetate in a fluidized bed reactor system, comprising:
(I) contacting the previously obtained porous microspheroidal carrier particles with solutions of a palladium compound and at least one affinity metal compound such that the palladium and affinity metal are finely dispersed in the microspheroidal carrier particles,
(II) reduction of the palladium compound to Pd (0) crystallites,
(III) adding to the carrier a promoter amount of an alkali metal salt; and
(Iv) recovering the obtained catalytic material.

(V) выделение полученного каталитического материала.7. A method of preparing a catalytic material used in the production of vinyl acetate in a fluidized bed reactor system, comprising:
(I) pre-production of porous microspheroidal carrier particles in which the affinity metal-containing material is homogeneously dispersed within these microspheroidal carrier particles,
(II) contacting the previously obtained porous microspheroidal carrier particles with solutions of the palladium compound so that the palladium metal is finely dispersed in the microspheroidal carrier particles,
(III) reduction of the palladium compound to Pd (0) crystallites;
(IV) adding a promoter amount of an alkali metal salt; and
(V) recovering the obtained catalytic material.
