Санитарно-технический модуль для промывной уборной жилого дома или квартиры, содержащий корпус, унитаз, внутренняя полость которого с одной стороны соединена через клапанное устройство со смывным бачком, а с другой стороны соединена с канализационной системой дома, осветительное устройство, основной вентиляционный блок, выполненный в виде воздуховода, соединяющего внутреннее пространство корпуса с вентиляционной шахтой дома, и дополнительный вентиляционный блок, имеющий воздуховод, одним концом подсоединенный к верхней задней части внутренней полости унитаза, а другим концом через вытяжной вентилятор подсоединенного к вентиляционной шахте дома, отличающийся тем, что вытяжной вентилятор дополнительного вентиляционного блока подсоединен к внутренней полости корпуса через жалюзийное регулируемое устройство, регулятор которого выведен во внутреннюю полость корпуса.1.
