Способ выявления анализируемой последовательности нуклеиновых кислот, включающий гибридизацию комплементарного анализируемой последовательности олигонуклеотидного зонда, несущего репортерную группу, отличающийся тем, что детекция любой последовательности осуществляется по факту лигирования короткого олигонуклеотида (длиной 4-6 звеньев) с фланкирующими олигонуклеотидными последовательностями (или их производными, несущими полициклические ароматические группировки).1.
