Claims (7)
1. Способ получения богатого водородом газа путем гидратации простого диметилового эфира паром в присутствии кислотного катализатора и разложения получаемого при этом метанола в присутствии твердого катализатора, отличающийся тем, что в качестве кислотного катализатора используют твердую кислоту.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем что процесс осуществляют в реакторе с неподвижным слоем, состоящим из физической смеси обоих катализаторов.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что твердую кислоту выбирают из группы, включающей цеолиты, силикаты окиси алюминия, окиси кремния и алюминия и их смеси.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердой кислоты используют цеолит марки ZSM-5 в водородной форме и/или Сиарл-5.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что твердый катализатор и твердую кислоту берут в весовом соотношении, равном 1 : 5 oC 5 :1.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что процесс осуществляют при температуре 150 - 450oC и давлении 1 - 100 бар.
7. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что процесс осуществляют при температуре 200 - 240oC и давлении 2 - 50 бар.
