Claims (1)

Способ получения пористых полуфабрикатов из порошков алюминиевых сплавов, включающий смешивание порошков алюминиевых сплавов с порофорами, засыпку полученной смеси в емкость, нагрев емкости с порошковой смесью, горячее прессование смеси в плотную заготовку, горячую деформацию полученной заготовки, ее охлаждение и последующую термообработку, отличающийся тем, что смешивание порошков алюминиевых сплавов ведут с порофорами с температурой разложения, превышающей температуру солидуса-ликвидуса порошка алюминиевого сплава, засыпку смеси осуществляют в неразборную емкость из алюминиевого сплава, а нагрев неразборной емкости со смесью порошков производят перед ее прессованием до температуры ниже температуры солидуса порошка алюминиевого сплава с последующим прессованием при этой температуре в плотную заготовку, перед термообработкой заготовку помещают в форму из материала, химически не взаимодействующего с материалом заготовки и сохраняющей геометрию и размеры при температуре термообработки.A method of obtaining porous semi-finished products from aluminum alloy powders, comprising mixing aluminum alloy powders with porophores, filling the resulting mixture into a container, heating the container with a powder mixture, hot pressing the mixture into a dense preform, hot deformation of the obtained preform, its cooling and subsequent heat treatment, characterized in that that the mixing of aluminum alloy powders is carried out with porophores with a decomposition temperature exceeding the solidus-liquidus temperature of the aluminum alloy powder, filling the mixture it is carried out in a non-separable container made of aluminum alloy, and the non-separable container with a mixture of powders is heated before it is pressed to a temperature below the solidus temperature of the aluminum alloy powder, followed by pressing at this temperature in a dense preform; before heat treatment, the preform is placed in a mold made of a material that does not chemically interact with material of the workpiece and preserving the geometry and dimensions at the heat treatment temperature.
