Abstract

FIELD: transport engineering; wheels for light snow-bod vehicles on tubeless wide cross- section low-pressure pneumatic tyres. SUBSTANCE: wheel has disc 1, detachable side rings 2 and base of rim 3 with well in its central part. Base of rim 3 is made in the form of two thin-walled truncated cones 5 and 6 welded by smaller section bases to cylindrical section of disc 1 by hermetically sealing seams 7 and 8, and directed opposite to direction of cones of seating flanges coupled with the cones. The deepest portion of base of rim 3 is formed directly by section 4 of disc 1. Flanges 11 are secured on periphery ends of bases of rim 3. Conical seating flanges 12 intended for mounting tyre beads are made integral with flanges 11. Thickness of flanges 11 is 2.0-2.5 fold than that of cones 5 and 6 of rim base. EFFECT: increased reliability and service life of wheel, improved manufacturability of wheel; in case of small scale production at preservation of light weight and strength of wheel required for its floatability. 2 cl, 1 dwg

Изобретение относится колесам транспортных средств, преимущественно легких снегоболотоходов на бескамерных широкопрофильных пневматических шинах низкого давления. Цель изобретения - повышение надежности и долговечности колеса, а также повышение его технологичности в условиях мелкосерийного производства при сохранении легкости и прочности, необходимых для обеспечения плавучести. Колесо содержит диск 1, съемные бортовые кольца 2 и основание обода 3, углубленное в центральной своей части. Основание обода 3 выполнено в виде двух тонкостенных усеченных конусов 5 и 6, своими меньшими основаниями приваренных герметичными швами 7 и 8 к цилиндрическому участку 4 диска 1 и направленных противоположно направлению конусов связанных с ними посадочных полок 12. Наиболее углубленная часть основания обода 3 образована непосредственно участком 4 диска 1. На периферийных концах основания обода 3 закреплены фланцы 11. Конические посадочные полки 12 для установки бортов шин выполнены заодно с фланцами 11. Толщина фланцев 11 в 2,0 - 2,5 раза превышает толщину конусов 5 и 6 основания обода.The invention relates to wheels of vehicles, mainly light snow and swamp vehicles on tubeless wide-profile pneumatic low-pressure tires.
