Abstract

FIELD: process of vegetable oil-bearing raw material with following production of oil by pressing. SUBSTANCE: oil press has cylinder with mounted in it operational organ, that has worm feeder shaft composed of cylindrical bushes, on outer surface of which there are coils of pressure. Operational organ is located vertically and is composed of raw material feeding, milling, grinding, pressing and oil separation sections made in the form of bushes. Operational surface of feeding section bush has feeding endless screw blades. Milling section outer surface has widening downward to operational organ canals with side cutting edges and on corresponding inner surfaces of body there are narrowing downward canals with side cutting edges. Operational surface of grinding section bush is applied with endless screw threading with oval shape of salients and concaves and capable to contact inner surface of cylinder during rolling. Pressing section is made at least of two bushes, width of each of which is equal to fractional number of coil pitch value of pressure. Bushes are fixed on shaft so, that to provide non-alignment of screw lines coils of pressure located on adjacent bushes. Oil separator rings have increasing diameter of each following ring and in a set form cone. Collecting cavities are linked to each other and with oil removal canal by holes. Изобретение относится к устройствам для переработки растительного маслосодержащего сырья с последующим получением масла прессованием. Масловыжимной пресс включает цилиндр с установленным в нем рабочим органом, содержащим шнековый вал, состоящий из цилиндрических втулок, на внешней поверхности которых выполнены витки давления. Рабочий орган расположен вертикально и составлен из выполненных в виде втулок секций подачи сырья, размалывания, растирания, прессования и маслоотделения. Рабочая поверхность втулки секции подачи изготовлена с подающими шнековыми лопастями. На внешней поверхности втулки секции размалывания расположены расширяющиеся к низу рабочего органа каналы с боковыми режущими кромками, а на соответствующей внутренней поверхности корпуса - сужающиеся книзу каналы с боковыми режущими кромками. На рабочей поверхности втулки секции растирания нанесена шнековая нарезка с овальным профилем выступов и впадин, выполненная с возможностью контакта с внутренней поверхностью цилиндра при обкатывании. Секция прессования составлена по меньшей мере двумя втулками, ширина каждой из которых равна дробному числу величины шага витка давления. Втулки закреплены на валу так, чтобы было обеспечено несовпадение винтовых линий витков давления, размещенных на смежных втулках. Кольца маслоотделителя изготовлены с увеличением диаметра каждого последующего кольца и образуют в наборе конус, а накопительные полости соединены отверстиями между собой и с каналом для вывода масла. The oil squeezer is equipped with heat emitters, as well as a vibration exciter located inside the frame, fixed in the oil separation zone.
