Abstract

FIELD: oil industry; well sucker-rod pumps for pumping liquid out of wells. SUBSTANCE: pump has cylinder with suction valve, plunger with delivery valve and rod with coupling; pump is also provided with drain and coupling devices. Drain device has housing with taper inner surface in which radial holes are located in circumference. These holes are used for passage of liquid in lowering the pump. Housing is connected with cylinder and tubing by means of sleeves. Drain device is also provided with taper bush whose outer cylindrical surface is provided with radial holes and taper surface is provided with bores between them; bush has stepped through hole with slots over its smaller diameter. Coupling device has housing-centralizer with taper surface where taper slips are located over circumference for catching and holding the stepped core connected with plunger by means of sleeve and rod. Besides that, housing-centralizer is provided with washer and spring for reliable operation of taper slips. In assembled state this spring is compressed by means of special adapter screwed in housing-centralizer. Special sub is provided with through tapped hole for connecting the pump rod and motion of slip holder inside it at moment when it is pushed by stepped core, when it is engageable with wedge slips, thus holding them from falling out of housing-centralizer in lowering the pump in well; radial hole is also provided for forcing out liquid during motion of slip holder. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, enhanced durability, facilitated manufacture and reduced usage of metal.

Техническая задача - повышение надежности в работе, увеличение долговечности, упрощение в изготовлении и снижение металлоемкости скважинного штангового насоса. Скважинный штанговый насос, состоящий из цилиндра с всасывающим клапаном, плунжера с нагнетательным клапаном и штока с муфтой, снабжен сливным и сцепляющим устройствами. Сливное устройство состоит из корпуса с внутренней конической поверхностью, в пределах которой по окружности размещены радиальне отверстия, предназначенные для прохода жидкости во время спуска насоса. Кроме этого, корпус соединяется с цилиндром и насосно-компрессорными трубами с помощью муфт. Сливное устройство также снабжено конической втулкой, наружная поверхность которой выполнена цилиндрической с размещенными на ней радиальными отверстиями и конической с проточкой между ними, а внутри конической втулки выполнено сквозное ступенчатое отверстие с пазами на его малом диаметре. Сцепляющее устройство состоит из корпуса-центратора с внутренней конической поверхностью, где по окружности размещены конические плашки, предназначенные для захвата и удержания за резьбу ступенчатого сердечника, который связан с плунжером посредством муфты и штока. Кроме этого внутри корпуса-центратора для надежной работы конических плашек предусмотрены шайба и пружина, которая в собранном виде сжата специальным переводником, ввинченным в корпус-центратор. В специальном переводнике выполнено сквозное отверстие с резьбой для соединения с насосной штангой и перемещения в нем плашкодержателя в момент его проталкивания ступенчатым сердечником, когда он находится в зацеплении с клиновыми плашками, удерживая их от выпадения из корпуса-центратора при спуске в скважину, а также предусмотрено радиальное отверстие для вытеснения жидкости при движении плашкодержателя.The invention relates to the oil industry, and in particular to designs of sucker rod pumps designed for pumping fluid from oil wells. The drain device consists of a housing with an internal conical surface, within which around the circumference there are radially openings designed for the passage of fluid during the descent of the pump. In addition, the housing is connected to the cylinder and tubing by means of couplings. The drain device is also equipped with a conical sleeve, the outer surface of which is cylindrical with radial holes placed on it and a conical with a groove between them, and a through step hole with grooves on its small diameter is made inside the conical sleeve. The coupling device consists of a centralizer body with an internal conical surface, where conical dies are placed around the circumference, designed to grasp and hold a stepped core by the thread, which is connected to the plunger by means of a coupling and a rod. In addition, a washer and a spring are provided inside the centralizer housing for reliable operation of the conical dies, which are assembled by a special sub, screwed into the centralizer housing. A special threaded hole is made in a special sub for connecting to the pump rod and moving the ram holder in it when it is pushed by the stepped core when it is engaged with the wedge rams, keeping them from falling out of the centralizer body when lowering into the well, and it is also provided radial hole for displacing fluid during movement of the ram holder.
