SUBSTANCE: in a large-block building, using a foundation, jointed box units, floor slabs, each box unit has a panel with a different configuration of the internal and external surfaces limited by side walls, each side wall of the mentioned box unit is rigid-jointed, for instance, through an intermediate member, to the adjacent side wall of the next box unit, forming rigid joints of the column type, and the jointed box units are arranged around the building edges. Sealed spacers are installed between the side walls of the adjacent box units, horizontal flanges are provided inside the box units at the level of floors, the flanges carry the floor slabs. Jointing the side walls of the box units by means of intermediate members, for example, by angular panels, it is possible to form the building inner walls. The lower part of the jointed box units located below the building zero mark can be used as the foundation. В крупноблочном здании, включающем фундамент, соединенные между собой объемные блоки, плиты перекрытий, каждый объемный блок состоит из ограниченной боковыми стенками панели с различной конфигурацией внутренней и наружной поверхностей, каждая боковая стенка блока жестко соединена, например через промежуточный элемент, с соседней боковой стенкой следующего блока, образуя жесткие вертикальные соединения типа колонн, а соединенные объемные блоки расположены по периметру здания. Между боковыми стенками соседних блоков установлены герметичные прокладки, внутри объемных блоков на уровне этажей выполнены горизонтальные полки, на которых размещены плиты перекрытий. Соединяя боковые стенки объемных блоков промежуточными элементами, например угловыми панелями, можно сформировать внутренние стенки здания. В качестве фундамента можно использовать нижнюю часть соединенных объемных блоков, расположенную ниже нулевой отметки здания. Sealed gaskets are installed between the side walls of adjacent blocks, horizontal shelves are made inside the volume blocks at the floor level, on which floor slabs are placed. By connecting the side walls of the volumetric blocks with intermediate elements, such as corner panels, it is possible to form the inner walls of the building. As the foundation, you can use the lower part of the connected three-dimensional blocks, located below the zero mark of the building. The proposed building design has a sufficiently high rigidity, a small range of elements used, can significantly simplify the building technology of the building.
