Установка содержит генератор газа в виде газотурбинного двигателя с соплом, соединенным с выхлопом турбины гибким трубопроводом, питатель-дозатор с активным соплом, подключенным к выходу компрессора двигателя, размещенные перед соплом распыливающие форсунки, соединенные с питателем-дозатором, причем гибкий трубопровод выполнен с внешней и внутренней трубами, межтрубная полость на входе сообщена с выходом компрессора, а сопло снабжено регулируемым эжектором.
