Evacuator has outer circuit with forced circulation of condensed product, with water circulation circuit and condensed product circulation circuit being connected through recuperator. Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности для концентрирования жидких продуктов, например, молока, творожной сыворотки, фруктовых соков, производства этилового спирта, а также может применяться в химической промышленности для упаривания водных растворов щелочей и кислот, в том числе и радиоактивных, опреснения морской воды и получения воды высокой чистоты. Цель изобретения: повышение эффективности использования вторичного пара при одновременном снижении гидравлического сопротивления по пару и тем самым исключения тепловых потерь. Сущность изобретения: вакуум - выпарной аппарат, содержащий вакуумную камеру, трубопроводы, эжектор, насос для циркуляции воды, бак для воды, систему нагрева, отличающийся тем, что внутри вакуумной камеры под крышкой в зоне сепарации пара размещен эжектор циркуляционного контура воды, а в баке для воды соединенном с вакуумной системой, установлен реверсивный теплообменник, при этом вакуумная камера снабжена внешним контуром с принудительной циркуляцией сгущенного продукта, причем циркуляционный контур воды и циркуляционный контур сгущенного продукта соединены рекуператором.The invention relates to the food industry for the concentration of liquid products, for example, milk, curd whey, fruit juices, production of ethyl alcohol, and can also be used in the chemical industry for evaporation of aqueous solutions of alkalis and acids, including radioactive, desalination of sea water and obtaining high purity water.
