Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processes of formation of convex element and holes on surface of various materials with the use of laser radiation and may find use in manufacture of printed forms. According to process of laser engraving space between elements of pattern is schematically divided into two zones: surface one and depth one. Flux of laser radiation is modulated in time. Focused laser beam is directed on to machined surface of workstock and its scanning over machined surface is carried out to obtain specified contour. Rate of movement of laser beam is selected such that layer of metal which depth corresponds to required precision of formation of contour and profile of element of pattern is removed in the course of single run. Required profile of pattern is formed by repetition of scanning procedure. When depth zone is machined power of laser radiation is increased as well as diameter of bracing and rate of movement of laser beam. Computer controls output power of laser, modulation of radiation flux in time and rate and parameters of scanning. EFFECT: expanded application field, increased operational reliability. 1 cl, 2 dwg

Изобретение относится к методам формирования на поверхности материалов выпуклых элементов, отверстий с помощью лазерного излучения и может найти применение при изготовлении печатных форм. Способ лазерного гравирования, при котором пространство между элементами рисунка условно разделяют на две зоны - поверхностную и глубинную. Поток лазерного излучения модулируют по времени. Сфокусированный лазерный пучок направляют на обрабатываемую поверхность заготовки, осуществляют его сканирование по обрабатываемой поверхности для получения заданного контура, причем выбирают скорость перемещения лазерного пучка такой, чтобы за один проход удалялся слой материала, глубина которого соответствует требуемой точности формирования контура и профиля элемента рисунка. Формируют требуемый профиль элемента рисунка путем повторения процедуры сканирования. При обработке глубинной зоны увеличивают мощность лазерного излучения, а также диаметр перетяжки и скорость перемещения лазерного пучка.
