FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to determination of disbalance of rotating mechanisms of cycle action. Essence of method involving measurement of period of rotation of part consists in processing of vibrosignal of rotating part. Rotation period is divided into n phase magnitudes relative to starting phase of cycle, in-phase magnitudes of vibrosignal for m periods are summed up. periodic component of vibrosignal is extracted as function of turning angle of rotating part relative to starting phase. Then Fourier transform of extracted periodic component is performed and amplitude and phase of first harmonic are found and used to evaluate disbalance value and angle. EFFECT: improved authenticity of method, increased precision of measurement of amplitude and disbalance angle under conditions of heavy vibrational noises and diminished number of components of equipment used for realization of method. 1 cl

Изобретение относится к измерительной технике, а именно к определению дисбаланса вращающихся механизмов циклического действия. Сущность способа, включающего измерение периода вращения детали, состоит в том, что при обработке вибросигнала вращающейся детали делят период вращения на n фазовых значений относительно начальной фазы цикла, суммируют синфазные значения вибросигнала за m периодов и выделяют периодическую составляющую вибросигнала как функцию угла поворота вращающейся детали относительно начальной фазы. Затем осуществляют Фурье-преобразование выделенной периодической составляющей и определяют амплитуду и фазу первой гармоники, по которым судят о величине и угле дисбаланса. Использование данного способа позволяет повысить точность измерения амплитуды и угла дисбаланса в условиях сильных вибропомех и упростить его аппаратурную реализацию.The invention relates to measuring technique, namely to determining the imbalance of rotating mechanisms of cyclic action.
