Изобретение относится к области металлургического производства, в частности: к способу переработки в шлаковой расплаве шлакообразующих и хлороорганических материалов и диоксинов. Цель - снижение выбросов диоксинов в атмосферу. Способ предусматривает подсушку шихты на откосах, усреднение ее перед подачей в печь, сжигание, плавку шихты в барботируемом шлаковом расплаве, термическое разложение и промывку продуктов сгорания в 3-х зонной печи с жидкой ванной; двухстадийное охлаждение дымовых газов: с утилизацией тепла в котле-утилизаторе и экономайзере и вторичным охлаждением газов воздухом в роторном смесителе-пылеуловителе. Новыми приемами являются: режимы сушки и усреднение шихты, сжигания, плавления, термического разложения и промывки дымовых газов в 3-х зонной печи; временные и температурные режимы охлаждения дымовых газов в роторном смесителе - пылеуловителе.The invention relates to the field of metallurgical production, in particular: to a method of processing slag-forming slag-forming and organochlorine materials and dioxins in the slag melt. New techniques are: modes of drying and averaging the mixture, burning, melting, thermal decomposition and washing of flue gases in a 3-zone furnace; temporal and temperature regimes of cooling of flue gases in a rotary mixer - dust collector.
