Изобретение относится к технологии и оборудованию комплексной переработки шиповника с получением сока, концентрата, масла и их купажей, применяемых в пищевой промышленности и медицине. Способ включает мойку ягод шиповника, измельчение на вальцевой дробилке, смешивание с водой, настаивание в поле механических колебаний в ультразвуковом диапазоне частот, прессование с разделением сока и выжимок, микрофильтрацию сока, сушку выжимок и их экстрагирование сжиженным газом при давлении выше атмосферного с получением экстракта. Изобретение позволяет исключить переход в сок волосков ягод шиповника, выделить из выжимок жирорастворимые биологически активные вещества и повысить выход в сок растворимого пектина.The invention relates to technology and equipment for the integrated processing of rose hips to produce juice, concentrate, oil and their blends used in the food industry and medicine.
