Способ относится к способам диагностирования поршневых ДВС и их систем. Способ предусматривает диагностирование различных по принципу работы и назначению элементов ДВС на основе измерения одного параметра - скорости вращения коленчатого вала. Неисправный элемент локализуют путем создания равновесия между индикаторной мощностью и мощностью механических потерь, отключая полностью часть цилиндров и частично один из оставшихся в работе и воздействуя на органы топловоподачи. Затем на диагностируемый элемент оказывают тестовое воздействие и по изменению скорости вращения коленчатого вала оценивают техническое состояние.The method relates to methods for diagnosing reciprocating internal combustion engines and their systems.
