Description
CABIN FLOOR.
The invention relates to vehicles, namely, to the internal equipment of frame-frame cars, mainly off-road vehicles.
а.с. A car body is known comprising a floor made of a polymeric material with trough-shaped longitudinal and transverse elements in the openings (see AS USSR No. 1837514, MKI B 62 023 / 00.1989 g)
п.A disadvantage of the known solution is the implementation of the trough-like floor of a polymeric material, which requires additional costs for the installation of sound-absorbing coatings in the form of rugs, etc.
Known cab floor, made in the form of a molded panel having a top surface with increased resistance to abrasive wear, performing decorative functions and sequentially located layer of synthetic resin reinforced with fiber. Sequentially arranged layers are repeated, (see UK starter No. 218909, MKI B 62 D 29/04, 1983) This decision was taken as a prototype.
A disadvantage of the known solution is the implementation of the floor panel in the form of an integral element containing the tunnel part, the lower parts for the legs of the passenger and driver and located with

противоположных сторон тоннеля, что снижает ремонтопригодность и влечет за собой увеличение расходов при ремонте в случае повреждения пола с одной из сторон, а также повышение трудоемкости ремонта.opposite sides of the tunnel, which reduces maintainability and entails an increase in repair costs in case of damage to the floor on one side, as well as an increase in the complexity of the repair.
The problem solved by the invention is to reduce costs and the complexity of the repair, increase the maintainability of the structure, reduce the weight of the floor.
This task is carried out due to the fact that the floor of the vehicle cabin, made in the form of a whole-molded panel having a top surface that performs decorative functions and another layer, in accordance with the invention, the floor is made in separate sections for the right and left sides, the floor is provided with an intermediate a layer having a cellular structure, and the other layer is made of metal.

The proposed solution is applicable, workable, feasible and reproducible, because can be manufactured in mass production and used on any type of vehicle, therefore, meets the patentability condition “industrial applicability.
FIG. 1 - floor panel.
1.FIG. 2 is a section AA of FIG. one.
The floor 1 of the vehicle cabin is made in the form of an integral molded panel 2. The panel has three layers: the upper surface 3 is made of plastic, which performs decorative functions, the intermediate layer 4 is a cellular structure that can be made of paper, hetenax, plastic or metal, and another layer 5 power, made of metal (steel or, preferably, aluminum alloy). Floor 1 consists of separate sections of panel 2 for the right and left sides. The sections of the floor panels have flanges 6 for mounting on the seats of the car frame.
The execution of the floor in the form of separate sections of the panel 2 can improve the maintainability of the car, as it solves the problem of changing individual damaged sections of the floor. The presence of only three layers below the metal, on top of the decorative layer and the honeycomb structure located between them reduces the weight of the panels compared to the prototype and provides high-quality sound absorption compared to the analogue.
