Description
The invention relates to medicine, and to laparoscopic treatment of the most common and dangerous surgical and gynecological diseases in a specially designed building "laparoscopic module" due to the layout, high organization of work, computer programs, the use of our new laparoscopic technologies protected by Russian patents, can significantly increase the number of laparoscopic operations and many times reduce their cost, fulfilling the modern principle of “Surgery one the first day. "
Surgical and gynecological multi-storey hospitals in Russia and abroad are not adapted to the cost-effective operation of laparoscopic technology, they were designed for a multi-day patient stay in the hospital and only in recent years with the advent of endoscopic and laparoscopic operations began to strive for “One Day Surgery”, but the existing design and
А.Н. Москве, недавно построенном фирмой БЫВ, требуется более 30 минут, чтобы доставить пациента из палаты в операционную (Фиг.1).the layout of multi-storey hospitals does not allow the most cost-effective organization of the treatment process of “Surgery of one day”. For example, only delivering a patient from the ward to the operating room takes from 20 to 50 minutes, at best. The flows of patients intersect many times, both during examination and during treatment. In operating rooms with one table, the surgical team (5-7 people) wait for an hour or more until the operated patient is taken away, they will be served and prepared for the next operation, as the nurses will not get through, there is no personal connection with them. Nutrition of patients in multi-stage hospitals requires additional transitions to the dining room and expectations; there is no special, personal multi-section dishware that preserves food temperature. For example, in the endoscopic and laparoscopic center. A.N.Bakuleva in Moscow, recently built by BYV, it takes more than 30 minutes to deliver a patient from the ward to the operating room (Figure 1).
The objective of the invention is to eliminate all the main design and organizational obstacles that limit the number of operations and inhibit the reduction in their cost. In the “laparoscopic module”, taking into account the Functions, the layout of the building is divided into floors and inside floors. The module does not intersect patient flows at the stage of diagnosis and treatment; the planned work of the operating team is ensured. The “laparoscopic module” significantly reduced the labor costs of providing operating and dressing supplies. For example, if in the operating room they plan 6 laparoscopic operations per day, 18 large boxes of sterile linen and 24 pieces of 500 g should be delivered to the operating room. bottles of solution. The passage of medical staff along the corridors with the load is not desirable for asepsis and from a point
In the developed design of the "laparoscopic module" (Fig.2, 3) according to functional features are located on the first floor (Fig.4, 5), diagnostics, catering unit, utility unit, administrative unit, and on the second floor there are rooms, operating rooms, dressing rooms, utility rooms (6, 7). Delivery of the patient from the ward to the operating room takes no more than 10 minutes. Two operating tables are placed in the operating room, which allows the operating team, after appropriate preparation, to begin operations on another operating table. The corridor is kept as clean as possible. only medical staff in specials walk on it. shoes, clothes and masks, and patients are transported from the ward to the operating rooms and back on wheelchairs or wheelchairs. Patients do not walk along the corridor, they move from the first to the second floor and back only along the stairwells, which is valuable from the point of view of fire safety, patients can quickly leave the building. Personal telephone communication in the "laparoscopic module" eliminates fuss and ensures the timely participation of all in the treatment process, with a minimum number of employees.
Robotcars (Fig. 8) are programmed and transport a large amount of cargo along the corridors to operating rooms, dressing rooms and food for patients in the wards. Pneumatic-container communication does not break the silence, quickly delivers the necessary medicines and tools from the warehouse.
Потребность в профилактических, плановых и экстренных “Laparoscopic module” is designed for 5.000, 10.000 and 30.000 operations per year, for districts, small towns and cities with more than 1.000.000 / inhabitants. “Laparoscopic module” is adapted for preventive, planned and emergency laparoscopic operations with the possibility of switching to traditional operations. The need for preventive, planned and emergency
Снизить себестоимость лапароскопических операций многократно, сохранив их высокое качество, позволит только использование «лапароскопических модулей».laparoscopic operations are very large: 12% of the population suffers from cancer, 10% of hernias, 14% of gynecological diseases that can be eliminated by laparoscopic operations, etc. However, the high cost of laparoscopic surgery in Russia severely limits their number. Reducing the cost of laparoscopic surgery many times, while maintaining their high quality, will only allow the use of "laparoscopic modules."
