СУЩНОСТЬ ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Самолет-госпиталь содержит комплекс медицинского оборудования, устройства обеспечения и санитарно-техническое оборудование, по меньшей мере частично расположенные в отдельных отсеках обеспечения. Самолет-госпиталь снабжен грузовой двухъярусной платформой 1 (фиг.1-3, 5) из секций каркасно панельной конструкции, смонтированных и прикрепленных за силовые узлы (на чертеже не показаны) к швартовочным узлам (на чертеже не показаны), пола 2 (фиг.1, 5) вдоль грузовой кабины 3 (фиг.1-3, 5) самолета 4 (фиг.1-3). Самолет-госпиталь снабжен быстросъемными перегородками, образующими на нижнем и верхнем ярусах грузовой платформы 1 (фиг.1-3, 5), коридоры 5 (фиг.2, 3, 5) и помещения, соответственно нижнего этажа 6 (фиг.1, 2, 5) и среднего этажа 7 (фиг.1, 3, 5). Самолет-госпиталь снабжен встроенной системой жизнеобеспечения, включающей трубопроводы, отопительные элементы и систему кондиционирования (на чертеже не показаны). Помещения выполнены с узлами крепления (на чертеже не показаны) медицинского оборудования (на чертеже не показаны), кроватей 8 (фиг.3, 5), тумбочек (на чертеже не показаны) и ремней (на чертеже не показаны) для фиксации больных и пострадавших. Помещения отделений госпиталя расположены на нижнем этаже 6 (фиг.1, 2, 5) и среднем этаже 7 (фиг.1, 3, 5) госпиталя в технологической последовательности, обеспечивающей замкнутый цикл комплекса ургентной медицины, отделение для размещения раненых 9 (фиг.1, 2), отделение травматологии 10 (фиг.1, 2) и хирургическое отделение, включающее перевязочно-гнойное 11 (фиг.1, 2), противошоковое 12 (фиг.1, 2) и расположенные на среднем этаже 7 (фиг.1, 3, 5) госпиталя палаты для больных послеоперационного лечения 13 (фиг.1, 3) и включающие ожоговое 14 (фиг.1,3), искусственной почки 15 (фиг.1, 3) и грудь-живот 16 (фиг.1, 3) и голова-шея 17 (фиг.1, 3) операционные. Госпиталь снабжен комплексом из расположенных на нижнем этаже 6 (фиг.1, 2, 5) бактериологической 18 (фиг.1, 2), биохимической 19 (фиг.1, 2), рентгеноскопии 20 (фиг.1, 2), функциональной диагностики 21 (фиг.1, 2) и клинической 22 (фиг.1, 2) лабораторий. Отсеки обеспечения включают расположенные на нижнем этаже 6 (фиг.1, 2) аптеку 23 (фиг.1, 2) со складом медикаментов 24 (фиг.1, 2), душевую с ванной 25 (фиг.1, 2), служащие для санобработки раненых и пострадавших во время катастрофы. На среднем этаже 7 (фиг.1, 3, 5) госпиталя, по меньшей мере, один отсек обеспечения выполнен в виде бортовой кухни со столовой 26 (фиг.1, 3) для обеспечения горячей пищей врачей, обслуживающего медперсонала, раненых и больных. Устройства обеспечения включают электросиловую энергоустановку 27 (фиг.1,3), холодильную установку для хранения крови 28 (фиг.1, 3), климатическое 29 (фиг.1, 3) и специальное оборудование 30 (фиг.1, 3). Для обеспечения питьевой водой госпиталь снабжен баком с водой 37 (фиг.1, 3). Госпиталь снабжен двумя санитарными машинами 38 (фиг.1-3), расположенными на задней рампе самолета 4 (фиг.1-3), служащими для быстрого перемещения раненых и пострадавших в госпиталь с места катастрофы. Для обеспечения развертывания дополнительного медицинского центра, с целью оказания первой медицинской помощи и выполнения операций непосредственно в местах катострофы, госпиталь снабжен комплектом легкосъемных палаток и лежаков (на чертеже не показаны). Благодаря смещению отсеков обеспечения с верхнего этажа 32 (фиг.1, 4, 5) в зону среднего этажа 7 (фиг.1, 3, 5), достигается технический результат, более полное использование верхнего этажа 32 (фиг.1, 4, 5), что позволяет установить в помещении для обслуживающего медперсонала большое количество комфортных кресел 36 (фиг.1, 4, 5) и тем самым повысить рентабельность самолета 4 (фиг.1-3) госпиталя.For the disinfection of medicines in the area of the distribution station 31 (Fig.1, 3) is an autoclave (not shown). The hospital is equipped with two ambulances 38 (Figs. 1-3) located on the rear ramp of the aircraft 4 (Figs. 1-3), which serve to quickly move the wounded and injured to the hospital from the crash site. To ensure the deployment of an additional medical center, with the aim of providing first aid and performing operations directly at the sites of the catastrophe, the hospital is equipped with a set of easily removable tents and sun loungers (not shown in the drawing). Due to the displacement of the security compartments from the upper floor 32 (Figs. 1, 4, 5) to the area of the middle floor 7 (Figs. 1, 3, 5), a technical result is achieved, more complete use of the upper floor 32 (Figs. 1, 4, 5 ), which allows you to install in the room for the nursing staff a large number of comfortable chairs 36 (Figs. 1, 4, 5) and thereby increase the profitability of the aircraft 4 (Figs. 1-3) of the hospital.
