Abstract
Description
The invention relates to light industry products, more specifically it relates to multilayer materials for the manufacture and decoration of clothing.
Known material obtained using the patchwork patchwork technique, in which a sufficient number of pieces of fabric of a certain predetermined shape is sewn into a single piece of cloth [Fundamentals of patchwork. Part 1: history, materials, tools [Electronic resource] https://web-https://www.livemaster.ru/topic/1296909-osnovy-pechvorka-chast-1-istoriya-materialy-instrumenty]. The material is created from the front and back coatings, between which there is a continuous filler made of padding polyester, which creates volume. The front layer, which is also decorative, is made using the patchwork technique, decorated with appliqués and embroideries. The wrong side can be formed from residual materials, or it can be a solid canvas. All layers must be quilted.
The closest in technical essence is the material obtained using the quilting technique [Quilting: what is it, how does it differ from patchwork, what is this needlework technique? [Electronic resource] https://protkan.com/rukodelie/kvilting-chto-eto-takoe.html]. Quilting combines several techniques, in addition to patchwork, this is embroidery and quilting. Quilting is characterized by layering and volume.
The resulting material is unsuitable for outerwear due to insufficient rigidity and thickness. The absence of a reinforcing filler does not allow achieving high dimensional stability of the material. In addition, the coating requires pre-cutting fragments according to patterns and fixing on the surface of the base, which increases the complexity of the process, does not allow the use of pieces of fabric with an area of 1-2 cm 2 . The surface pattern is quite uniform.
The aim of the invention is to create a dimensionally stable and durable composite material for clothing in combination with high artistic and decorative properties, as well as environmental friendliness through the use of textile waste, expanding the operational capabilities of materials for clothing.
The technical result of the claimed invention is the expansion of the range of manufactured clothing materials with sufficient dimensional stability, strength, environmental friendliness, combined with high artistic and decorative properties through the use of waste-free technologies.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the composite material for clothing consists of a continuous transparent upper and opaque lower layers of an elastic textile material (knitwear or fabric with elastane), between which a discrete reinforcing filler of fragments is placed, which, on the one hand, provides the necessary rigidity and dimensional stability, and on the other hand, a unique original pattern on the surface, while the layers are fixed by laying machine thread stitches, while textile waste is placed between the layers in the form of inter-pattern lunges with an area of 1 to 5 cm 2 . Machine stitches can be arranged in parallel, crosswise or randomly.
Composite clothing material is a strong and dimensionally stable material, mainly for outerwear, from components, each of which individually is not applicable for the manufacture of outerwear, in addition, the raw material is used in the form of minimal inter-pattern waste, which is usually discarded, i.e. at the same time, the issue of waste-free textile production is being solved.
Obtaining the proposed composite material is more productive, since it does not require preliminary selection of flap fragments by color, cutting out in a certain shape, and also preliminary fixation of each fragment of the flap. Unlike quilting, there is no need to pre-cut and fix the scraps of textile materials used as an intermediate layer. The upper transparent layer, superimposed on the intermediate layer, provides preliminary fixation before laying machine lines on the surface of the material and does not hide the resulting pattern. The drawing is melange in a natural way. The surface pattern can have an unlimited number of options.
Figure 1 shows a laminate quilted with parallel stitches, Figure 2 shows a laminate quilted with cross stitches.
4.The composite material for clothing contains an upper elastic layer 1, a lower
The distance between the lines and the number of layers of reinforcing
1-2.The selection of textile waste for filling the composite material is carried out according to color and texture. This allows you to show your creative abilities and form a surface pattern of the composite material. The transparent top layer protects the filler from destruction, without interfering with seeing the surface pattern. The structure of the composite material for clothing and methods for fixing the structure are shown in Fig.1-2.
It is possible to obtain an almost unlimited number of modifications of a multilayer material due to the ability to design in advance the characteristics of the strength and stiffness of the material by setting the laying patterns of textile fragments in the reinforcing intermediate layer, using a different number of filler layers (2-3), different frequencies and directions of machine stitches, type of material top and filler in texture and color. The density, thickness and stiffness of the composite material varies according to the laying pattern and the number of layers of material used.
It is possible to design and obtain a wide range of decorative textiles with desired characteristics, for the manufacture of clothing, laptop cases, haberdashery and coatings.
