Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of embroidery, in particular to a three-dimensional plush embroidery method and an embroidery product thereof.
Background
The embroidery product is a decorative fabric which is formed by utilizing a needle to puncture silk threads or other fibers and yarns on embroidery materials in a certain pattern and color so as to embroider patterns. The prior embroidery product is usually a plane product, and although the beautiful pattern effect can be presented through different color matching, the stereoscopic impression is not strong. Most of plush patterns on the existing textile products are formed by cutting plush cloth according to the patterns and sewing the plush cloth on woven cloth, and the plush patterns cannot have rich colors and patterns like embroidery works and cannot meet more requirements.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a three-dimensional plush embroidery method comprises the following steps:
s1: stacking 2 substrate layers, wherein the substrate layers are formed by stacking a first embroidery cloth layer, a lining cloth layer and a second embroidery cloth layer in sequence;
the lining cloth layer is positioned between the first embroidery cloth layer and the second embroidery cloth layer;
the second embroidered cloth layers of the 2 substrate layers are oppositely contacted and stacked;
s2: fixing the stacked substrate layers;
s3: embroidering on the first embroidery cloth layer of the base layer according to a preset pattern, wherein in the embroidering process, the felting needles penetrate through 2 base layers;
s4: after the embroidering is finished, cutting off the embroidery threads among the 2 second embroidery cloth layers by using a cutting tool;
s5: when the second embroidery cloth layer and the lining cloth layer of each base layer are removed, the embroidery pattern left on the first embroidery cloth layer is three-dimensional and has plush feeling.
Preferably, the first embroidery cloth layer is composed of a third embroidery cloth layer and a fourth embroidery cloth layer, and the fourth embroidery cloth layer is positioned between the third embroidery cloth layer and the lining cloth layer.
Preferably, a fifth embroidered cloth layer is arranged on the fourth embroidered cloth layer.
Preferably, the lining layer is a straw mat layer.
Preferably, the fourth embroidered cloth layer is made of wear-resistant materials.
Preferably, the third embroidery cloth layer and the fourth embroidery cloth layer are bonded and fixed by paste.
Preferably, the third embroidery cloth layer and the fifth embroidery cloth layer are bonded and fixed by paste.
Preferably, in step S2, 2 base layers may be fixed by using stitches around the area to be embroidered.
The invention also provides a three-dimensional plush embroidery product, which is an embroidery product prepared by adopting the three-dimensional plush embroidery method.
The beneficial effects achieved by adopting the invention are as follows:
by the embroidery method, the embroidery threads of the obtained embroidery pattern not only protrude out of the embroidery cloth layer and have three-dimensional effect, but also have plush feeling formed by the cut embroidery threads on the surface, so that the embroidery method has strong interest, can further develop the embroidery process and the embroidery products thereof, and meets more requirements; the invention can obtain two base layers with embroidery patterns at one time, and can improve the production efficiency of embroidery products.

s3: embroidering on the first embroidery cloth layer 1 of the base layer according to a preset pattern, wherein in the embroidering process, the felting needles penetrate through 2 base layers;
s4: after the embroidering is finished, cutting off the embroidery threads among the 2 second embroidery cloth layers 3 by using a cutting tool;
s5: when the second embroidery cloth layer 3 and the lining cloth layer 2 of each base layer are removed, the first embroidery cloth layer 1 is three-dimensional and has a plush feeling with embroidery patterns left thereon.
The lining cloth layer 2 is a straw plaited layer.
In step S2, 2 base layers may be fixed by using stitches around the area to be embroidered.
Example 2: a three-dimensional plush embroidery method comprises the following steps:
s1: stacking 2 substrate layers, wherein the substrate layers are formed by stacking a first embroidery cloth layer 1, a lining cloth layer 2 and a second embroidery cloth layer 3 in sequence;
the lining cloth layer 2 is positioned between the first embroidery cloth layer 1 and the second embroidery cloth layer 3;
the second embroidery cloth layers 3 of the 2 substrate layers are oppositely contacted and stacked;
the first embroidery cloth layer 1 is composed of a third embroidery cloth layer 4 and a fourth embroidery cloth layer 5, and the fourth embroidery cloth layer 5 is positioned between the third embroidery cloth layer 4 and the lining cloth layer 2. As shown in particular in fig. 2.
The lining cloth layer 2 is a straw-knitted layer, specifically, the straw-knitted layer can be made of reed knitting, and an embroidery needle can penetrate through 2 basal layers during embroidery.
The fourth embroidery cloth layer 5 is wear-resistant cloth.
The third embroidery cloth layer 4 and the fourth embroidery cloth layer 5 are bonded and fixed by paste, the step can be completed before the step S1, before the 2 base layers are stacked, the paste is coated on the fourth embroidery cloth layer 4, the third embroidery cloth layer 3 is overlapped on the fourth embroidery cloth layer 4, the third embroidery cloth layer 4 and the fourth embroidery cloth layer 5 are fixed by pressing, then the fixed fourth embroidery cloth layer is overlapped by contacting with the lining cloth layer, the second lining cloth layer is overlapped and stacked on the lining cloth layer, the 1 base layer can be completed, and by analogy, after the 2 base layer is completed, the 2 base layers are overlapped by contacting with the second lining cloth layer.
S2: fixing the stacked substrate layers; this step may involve securing 2 substrate layers using stitches around the area to be embroidered.
