Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to veterinary surgery.
It is known the treatment and prevention of purulent pododermatitis of the hooves of cattle by running them through foot baths with a 10% solution of copper sulphate or with a 5% solution of formalin. Formalin is also used for disinfection of enclosed spaces, for disinfection of linen and non-bulky care items: as an anti-scabies agent (2-5% liniment); as a cauterizing and antimicrobial agent in the form of a 10% solution for purulent pododermatitis of the hooves of cattle.
В.Н. С. В. А. A significant disadvantage of the known treatment is the low therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy in purulent pododermatitis of the hooves of cattle and the appearance of unwanted complications and relapses. In addition, the formalin solution has a pronounced keratinizing effect, and with frequent use leads to the emergence of resistant races of the pathogen ((Medicines for veterinary purposes in Russia: Vidal reference book, second edition / compiled by V.N. Sozinov, M.S. Yudintseva, T V. Zhuchkova, E. A. Tolmacheva and others / "AstraFarmService" M.: 2003/2004-480 p.).
В. - 130-149 с.).A variety of drugs are used to treat lesions of the skin and underlying tissues infected with various microorganisms in the area of the hooves of farm animals, including necrobacteriosis, including N.D. Golubeva (No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4), M.V. Plakhotin, iodoform, ichthyol, nitrofurans, sulfonamides, antibiotics, birch tar, creolin, ASD fraction 3 and other chemotherapeutic agents (Handbook of veterinary surgery / M.V. Plakhotin / "Kolos" M: 1977. - 130-149 p.) .
В.Н. С. В. А. Known drugs for the treatment of purulent wounds in medicine, with antimicrobial action, such as furacillin, ethacridinalactate, dibiomycin ointment and others (Medicines for veterinary purposes in Russia: Vidal reference book, second edition / compiled by V.N. Sozinov, M.S. Yudintseva, T. V. Zhuchkova, E. A. Tolmacheva and others / "AstraFarmService" M: 2003/2004 - 480 p.).
However, the separate use of these drugs in veterinary medicine, especially for the treatment of infected wounds in the hoof area, gives a weak therapeutic effect, due to the polymicrobial factor involved in the inflammatory process, and the antimicrobial activity of these drugs is expressed mainly against one species, in particular, coccal microflora or coli, and they have practically no effect on the anaerobic microflora, which includes the causative agent of necrobacteriosis.
Many drugs recommended for the treatment of infected wounds are used in the form of aqueous solutions, which are not very effective for the treatment of wounds in the hoof area, since they are not retained on the surface of the wound and frequent dressings are required, which leads to the development of dysbacteriosis, frequent recurrence of the pathological process, complex powders used for heavy dusting present physical and economic difficulties for their implementation in animals.
A known method for the treatment of purulent-necrotic lesions of the hooves in cattle, including the removal of necrotic tissues, irrigation with disinfectants, drying the surface of the defect, applying an ointment prepared on the basis of lanolin, using copper sulfate and applying a bandage (RF patent No. 2640823, A61D 7/00 2018 .prototype).
The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the treatment procedures and insufficient therapeutic effect due to the polymicrobial factor.
The technical result is to reduce labor costs and provide a high therapeutic effect.
Reducing labor costs is ensured by reducing the frequency and duration of treatment, no need to attract additional support and treatment personnel.
Reducing economic costs is ensured by reducing labor costs, reducing the cost of purchasing ineffective and expensive medicines.
Согласно изобретения, после удаления некротизированных тканей очищенный участок рога, сохранившего связь с основой кожи, покато истончают в сторону дефекта и после остановки кровотечения осуществляют обильное орошение йодоформэфиром, затем орошают 3%-ным раствором перекиси водорода и обсушивают ватно-марлевым тампоном, затем наносят мазь, состоящей из резорцина, сульфат меди, борной кислоты, перманганата калия и наполнителя, содержащего ланолин и вазелин, при следующем соотношении компонентов масс, %:Ensuring a high therapeutic effect is achieved by a method for treating purulent-necrotic lesions of the hooves in cattle, including the removal of necrotic tissues, irrigation with disinfectants, drying the surface of the defect, applying an ointment prepared on the basis of lanolin, using copper sulfate and applying a bandage. According to the invention, after removal of necrotic tissues, the cleaned area of the horn, which has retained its connection with the base of the skin, is slopingly thinned towards the defect, and after stopping the bleeding, abundant irrigation with iodoformether is carried out, then it is irrigated with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and dried with a cotton-gauze swab, then an ointment is applied , consisting of resorcinol, copper sulfate, boric acid, potassium permanganate and a filler containing lanolin and petroleum jelly, in the following ratio of mass components,%:
при этом после нанесения мази накладывают марлевую повязку, с последующей ее сменой через 4-5 дней.at the same time, after applying the ointment, a gauze bandage is applied, followed by its change after 4-5 days.
A method for the treatment of purulent pododermatitis in cows is as follows:
Pre-prepare a complex ointment. To prepare 100 g of ointment, the components are taken in optimal quantities: 4 g of resorcinol, 3 g of copper sulfate, 2 g of potassium permanganate, 4 g of boric acid, 35 g of aqueous lanolin and 52 g of petroleum jelly. To obtain this drug, the dissolution of copper sulfate, boric acid, resorcinol and potassium permanganate is carried out in warm water, and then the resulting solutions are added to the lanolin-vaseline base with thorough mixing. If the above components included in the ointment used are taken in a smaller amount, then the effectiveness will be low, and with more, side effects, such as allergies, may occur.
With infected wounds of the hooves, the horn, which has retained its connection with the base of the skin, is slopingly thinned towards the defect, and after bleeding stops, abundant irrigation with iodoformether is carried out. Then irrigate with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, dry with a cotton-gauze swab. The test ointment is applied and a gauze bandage is applied, which is changed after 4-5 days.
The components included in the ointment are characterized by the following properties:
Resorcinol is used as a disinfectant, cauterizer, wound healing agent, anthelmintic. Included in the composition of solutions and ointments for the treatment of various, including fungal and purulent, skin diseases, acne, dermatitis, eczema, age spots. It is also used in medicine as a disinfectant in the treatment of skin diseases, due to the tanning properties of the substance.
Copper sulfate has disinfectant, antiseptic, astringent properties, and is used as an antiseptic.
Potassium permanganate is effective in treating burns and ulcers. The ability of potassium permanganate to neutralize some poisons underlies the use of its solutions for gastric lavage in case of poisoning with an unknown poison and food poisoning.

An example of a specific implementation of the proposed method To prove the effectiveness of the proposed method of treatment, production experiments were carried out in the conditions of the Kuban, Krasnodar Territory, Art. Elizabethan
To establish the therapeutic effect, a production experiment was carried out. Preparation of the horn: The horn, which has retained its connection with the base of the skin, is slopingly thinned towards the defect, and after stopping the bleeding, abundant irrigation with iodoformether is carried out. Then irrigate with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, dry with a cotton-gauze swab. The test ointment is applied and a gauze bandage is applied, which is changed after 4-5 days.
In the experiment there were 2 groups (experimental and control) of 15 animals. In the experimental group, after surgical treatment, the wounds were lubricated with the resulting ointment, according to the method of application, and in the control group, the ulcerative surface of purulent pododermatitis was abundantly lubricated with tetracycline ointment under the bandage. Repeated treatments were carried out after 4-5 days. Duration of observation is 20 days. During this time, all animals in the experimental group recovered, that is, the effectiveness of treatment was 100%, with a duration of treatment of 12 days. In the control group, 10 (66.7%) recovered, 5 (33.3%) relapses. The duration of treatment was 16 days.
The results of production experiments on the treatment of purulent pododermatitis in cows are shown in the table.
The highest therapeutic efficacy of the drug was established in the experimental group of cows - 100% recovery.
93,7%.In addition, a production test of the proposed method of treatment was carried out on a population of 436 cows with purulent pododermatitis. The effectiveness of treatment was 93.7%.
