Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to improve the sound insulation of enclosing structures.
The known "Method of soundproofing and soundproofing element for its implementation" (RU patent No. 2 602243 2015), in which protective layers of soundproofing elements are fixed on the fence of the structure, forming two cavities, which are filled with sound-absorbing materials: expanded perlite, cotton, ecowool, glass wool, porous materials with open pores and sound-reflecting materials: sand, metal filings. The sound insulation of these protective layers is 21 dB. The disadvantage of the prototype method is low efficiency (low soundproofing ability of devices for its implementation), due to the use of bulk soundproofing materials, which give natural shrinkage, thereby forming air cavities, which reduces the soundproofing properties of the fence. This method does not allow to achieve absorption of sound vibrations in the frequency range from 200 Hz to 20 kHz with sound pressure up to 120 dB (GOST 12.1.036-81). In addition, the design of this kind of fencing assumes vertical filling of the material, which excludes the possibility of using the fence in the horizontal plane, for example, for soundproofing the ceiling.
Many vibration damping materials and technologies have efficiency limitations depending on the combination of equipment and building structures weight and size characteristics.
The technical result, which the invention is aimed at, is to create one-piece protective sound-proof layers and a method of fixing them to the enclosing structure, which ensures a decrease in sound pressure from 120 dB to an acceptable level (GOST 12.1.036-81) in the frequency range from 200 Hz to 20 kHz.
The technical problem posed is solved by the fact that in the method of soundproofing the enclosing structure, which consists in fixing one-piece protective layers on the vertical and / or horizontal enclosing structure, including vibration-isolating suspensions, metal profiles that form a cavity filled with foamed polyethylene, consisting of layers of different density, mineral plates on a basalt basis, the first structural gypsum sheet material, a bitumen-polymer material on a felt basis, made in the form of a flat element of uniform thickness, an intermediate soft wood fiber material, a second structural layer of gypsum sheet cladding.
The task is also achieved by the fact that to increase the efficiency of the proposed method, installation is carried out in such a way that the joints of the second structural layer of the gypsum sheet cladding are shifted from the first structural gypsum sheet material by 40-60 cm.
An example of a specific implementation of the sound insulation method is presented in the drawings, where they are shown in:
FIG. 1 is a general view of the soundproofing layers on the enclosing structure.
FIG. 2 - profile section of soundproofing layers on the enclosing structure.
Implementation of the method using the device.
Take the wall (1) in the room as the enclosing structure. Vibration-insulating suspensions (2) are installed on the wall, parallel U-shaped profiles (3) are attached to them with a distance of at least 600 mm from each other, so that they form cavities that are filled with sound-absorbing multilayer polyethylene foam (4), with a second layer a sound-absorbing mineral slab on a basalt base (5) is mounted in the cavity, which increases the sound insulation of frame partitions by 5-8 dB. The first structural gypsum material (6) with a sound insulation index of 27 dB is attached to the profile on self-tapping screws with filling all the seams with a polyurethane sealant, then a bitumen-polymer material on a felt basis (7) is fused onto the first structural layer, on top of which a layer of plate material based on wood fiber composition (8). This is followed by the installation of the second structural layer of gypsum sheet cladding (9) with the insertion of sealant into the seams during installation in such a way that the joints of the second layer of cladding material are spaced from the first layer of sheet cladding by 40-60 cm.

Increasing the sound insulation of existing enclosing structures during the construction and reconstruction of buildings to values that provide the required noise protection is an urgent task. At the same time, one of the most important criteria is to reduce the weight and thickness of the fences. This problem can be solved by using one-piece soundproofing protective layers made of materials of various densities.
The method of soundproofing enclosing structures by fixing one-piece protective layers according to the principle of "mass-elasticity-mass", in which a layer of acoustically "soft" material is located between the sound-insulating layers having a high sound absorption coefficient greater than or equal to 0.94, has double structures. Structure No. 1 consists of the enclosing structure - "mass", foamed polyethylene, a mineral slab on a basalt basis - "elasticity", the first constructive gypsum sheet material - "mass", structure No. 2 consists of the first constructive gypsum sheet material - "mass", bitumen-polymer material on a felt basis, intermediate soft wood-fiber material - "elasticity", the second structural layer of gypsum sheet cladding - "mass".
(Rw):Experimental studies of sound insulation of protective layers on the enclosing structure were carried out in the acoustics laboratory according to the standard method in accordance with GOST 27296-87 “Noise protection in construction. Soundproofing of building envelopes. Measurement methods ". During the tests, the following increase in the total airborne sound insulation index (Rw) was achieved:
A - foamed polyethylene, consisting of layers of different density - Rw = 33 dB,
B - the first structural gypsum sheet material - Rw = 20 dB, + A,
C - bitumen-polymer material on a felt basis - Rw = 12 dB, + B,
D - the second structural layer of gypsum sheet cladding Rw = 20 dB, + G.
Таким образом, в результате проведенных испытаний было установлено, что данный способ повышения звукоизоляции позволяет достичь индекса звукоизоляции в размере от 88 до 89 дБ на диапазоне частот от 200 Гц до 20 кГц и снизить звуковое давление с 120 дБ до допустимого уровня (ГОСТ 12.1.036-81)Thus, as a result of the tests carried out, it was found that this method of increasing sound insulation makes it possible to achieve a sound insulation index of 88 to 89 dB in the frequency range from 200 Hz to 20 kHz and to reduce the sound pressure from 120 dB to an acceptable level (GOST 12.1.036 -81)
The use of the claimed invention allows you to combine sound-insulating and sound-absorbing materials in the device, to increase the efficiency of sound insulation to mount layers with a shift of 40-60 cm from each other. All layers have a uniform required thickness, which makes it possible to accurately calculate the absorption of sound vibrations in the frequency range from 200 Hz to 20 kHz with a sound pressure of up to 120 dB. The protective layers of the soundproofing structure are of low cost and easy installation.
