Abstract
Description
The invention relates to construction and can be used to reduce noise in ship's premises, as well as in residential and industrial premises, by increasing the level of sound insulation of soundproof structures that impede the penetration of broadband noise into the premises caused by vibration of building envelopes.
Known multilayer soundproofing structure containing a two-layer plate having N holes for attaching it to the surface, N is a natural number, while the two-layer plate consists of a first layer with a coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations K 1 and a second layer with a coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations K 2 > K 1 facing a hard surface, and the walls of one or more holes are covered with a material with an acoustic energy loss coefficient of K 3 > K 1 (RF Patent No. 2140498, IPC E04B 1/82, 1999).
The disadvantage of this design is the possible reduction in the wide frequency band of the level of sound insulation due to the use of sound-insulating layers of rigid material, in which resonant vibrations can occur, reducing the amount of sound insulation near the resonance frequencies.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result (prototype) is a multilayer sound-insulating structure containing several alternating plates of successively connected layers of sound-absorbing and sound-insulating material fixed on an oscillating solid surface and a decorative external panel, with holes made in the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating layers which vibration isolators are placed, fixed between the vibrating solid surface and the decorative outer panel to provide a gap between the vibrating solid surface and the first soundproof layer, the soundproof layers are made of material with a density and coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations exceeding the density and coefficient of energy loss of acoustic vibrations of layers made of sound-absorbing material, the decorative external panel is made of two layers of the same thickness, in the gap between which a vibration-absorbing material is placed ial, and the layers of the decorative panel are interconnected by threaded elements. (RF patent, No. 2570693, IPC Е04В 1/82 of 06/20/2001).
The disadvantage of this multilayer soundproofing structure in a wide frequency band is also the weakened soundproofing ability of solid material plates used in the construction of soundproofing layers due to resonant vibrations arising in them, which leads to a decrease in sound insulation near resonance frequencies.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the sound insulation of a multilayer soundproofing structure.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in a multilayer sound-insulating structure, sound-absorbing layers alternate with sound-insulating layers of material with a density significantly higher than the density of the sound-absorbing material, without bending stiffness (elasticity), which leads to the absence of resonance oscillations of the sound-insulating layers. Elimination of bending stiffness is achieved by the fact that the soundproofing layers consist of granules tightly adjacent to each other (steel balls, lead shot, etc.), which can be poured into an elastic supporting base (polyethylene, polyurethane, etc.), necessary for forming the actual layer. Such a layer has only inertial mass impedance Z m = jωm [kg / m 2 sec], (ω = 2πƒ is the angular frequency, m = ρh [kg / m 2 ] is the surface mass), which excludes the excitation of bending resonances in it, significantly reducing the sound insulation of the structure as a whole. Thick-mass characteristics of a sound-insulating layer are selected on the basis of the conditions for providing them with effective reflection of sound waves in order to create their multiple reflections inside sound-absorbing layers. For this, the reflection coefficient from the soundproofing layer should be at least | R p | ≈0.8-0.9. Given that where Z a is the complex wave impedance of a sound-absorbing material, and that in the range of low and medium frequencies | Z a ≈2000 kg / m 2 / s, we can conclude that at the lower frequency f [Hz] of the frequency range of interest to satisfy the condition | R p | ≈0.8-0.9 the value of the inertial impedance of the soundproofing layer should be | Z m | ≈2⋅10 4 kg / m 2 sec. Based on this condition, it turns out that with a uniform non-granular layer, its thickness should be where ρ is the density of the material of the soundproofing layer. In the case of granules, there is an incomplete fit to each other. As calculations show, with the most dense packing of spherical granules, the coefficient of filling with them the volume of space is and the distance between the centers of the spheres where D is the diameter of the sphere. Taking into account that even spherical granules cannot form a sound-insulating layer, their closest fit cannot be ensured. Based on the experimental data, K≈0.5, ad≈D should be taken. Then the minimum thickness of the soundproofing layer is For example, for a frequency f = 100 Hz and a granule shape in the form of steel balls, h≈8⋅10 -3 m is obtained, with lead h≈5.6 "10" 3 m. To ensure the continuity of the soundproofing layer, it must be at least three granule layers. Based on this, the maximum granule size should be
The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed multilayer soundproofing structure.
11.The multilayer sound insulating structure contains an oscillating solid surface 1, an
The device operates as follows. As is known, the principle of operation of a multilayer soundproofing structure is based on multiple reflection of the sound wave energy between soundproofing layers, which leads to intensive absorption of sound energy in soundproofing layers. At the same time, due to the absence of resonances in a wide frequency band, due to the decrease (absence) of elasticity, the sound insulating ability of
The device’s performance has been tested in experiments with a multilayer soundproofing structure. Layers of sound-absorbing
Thus, the proposed structure of a multilayer soundproofing structure should include alternating sound absorbing 3, 5 and 7 and soundproofing,
Thus, as the material of the soundproofing layers of the multilayer soundproofing structure, it is necessary to use granular material with a minimum layer thickness h, determined by the formula
при этом максимальный размер гранул D в слоях определяется по формулеwhile the maximum granule size D in the layers is determined by the formula
где ρ плотность материала гранул [кг/м3], а ƒ1[Гц] - нижняя частота частотного диапазона шума, являющегося субъектом защиты многослойной конструкции.where ρ is the density of the material of the granules [kg / m3], and ƒ 1 [Hz] is the lower frequency of the noise frequency range, which is the subject of protection of the multilayer structure.
