Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к авиационной и ракетной технике, к конструкциям фюзеляжей (корпусов), имеющих расстыковываемые отсеки (ступени).The invention relates to aircraft and rocket technology, to the designs of the fuselages (hulls) having undocked compartments (steps).
In aviation and rocket technology, electric detonators LD 34 418004TU (developed by the Krasnoznamenets Research Institute in St. Petersburg) are widely used for undocking unmanned aerial vehicle compartments and missile stages. However, these electric detonators have a significant drawback - this is the occurrence of large vibro-shock accelerations when the electric detonators are triggered, which negatively affects the operation of the automatic control system equipment and, moreover, can lead to equipment failure.
No prototype found.
The present invention solves the problem of reducing vibration shock accelerations when triggered by electric detonators to separate the compartments of unmanned aerial vehicles.
The proposed technical solution can be used in aircraft for unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter - UAVs) with booster and detachable compartments and multi-stage missiles.
3The fuselage of an unmanned aerial vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the device) is shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3
In FIG. 1 shows the device in its original state.
In FIG. 2 shows a cross section A - A of the device.
In FIG. 3 shows the device after the operation of the electric detonator.
11.Presented in FIG. 1, the device consists of an
The device operates as follows: between the
- увеличения площади охлаждаемой поверхности и снижения температуры и давления в истекаемом в атмосферу газовом потоке;- increase the area of the cooled surface and reduce the temperature and pressure in the gas flowing into the atmosphere;
- турбулизации газов с образованием вихрей, т.е. струя газа разбивается на ряд радиальных струй, мощность которых подавляется более успешно по сравнению с моноструей;- gas turbulization with the formation of vortices, i.e. a gas jet is divided into a series of radial jets, the power of which is suppressed more successfully compared to a mono jet;
4.- minimize the residence time of unburnt particles of the charge of the electric detonator, since the turbulence of the flow and the formation of high-speed vortices prevent the deposition of unburnt particles of the charge of the electric detonator on the walls of the junction structure of
