Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the poultry industry, namely to the incubation of eggs of poultry. The method includes incubating eggs of meat crosses of chickens according to the biological rhythms of the embryo.
Modern differentiated incubation modes are based on periods in the development of embryos. Many incubation modes have been created, but they do not take into account the main thing - the rhythm in the development of the embryo - the endogenous rhythm of the pineal gland, the only rhythm presenter in the isolated space of the egg. The rhythmic effect of temperature on the embryo with a certain period of action of high temperatures for the embryo is a signal of time to which it will respond by a phase shift of activity.
It is established that the period of secretion of the hormones of the pineal gland is 23 hours 15 minutes. Thus, the time shift in the heat supply to the embryo by 45 minutes is carried out daily; it is possible to synchronize the “biological day” of the embryo with the rhythm of the pineal gland.
A01K 45/00, 1994).A known method is the incubation of eggs of poultry, including laying eggs of medium and large mass with an interval of 4 hours, incubated at a temperature of 1 to 4 days 38.0-38.3 ° C, from 5 to 13 days 37.5-37 , 6 ° C, from 14 to 19 days 37.2-37.3 ° C (RF patent No. 2054867, class A01K 45/00, 1994).
The disadvantage of this method can be considered that the method does not correspond to the preservation of the period of embryogenesis and synchronization of chickens
A01K41, 2015).Also known is a method in which incubation is carried out, including daily temperature change in the incubator throughout the entire incubation cycle, eggs of chicken and meat crosses are incubated from 1 to 3.5 days at a temperature of 37.8-38.0 ° C, humidity - 61-64 %, from 3.5-11.5 days - 37.7-37.8 ° С, humidity - 50-54%, from 11.5-18.5 days - 37.4-37.5 ° С, humidity - 38-42%. On 6.5, 8.5, 11.5 days, eggs are cooled once to a temperature of 32 ° С, from 12-18 days, eggs are cooled daily to a temperature of 30 ° С. EFFECT: increased hatchability of eggs, hatching and safety of young animals (RF patent No. 2613282, class A01K41, 2015).
Disadvantages:
1. The method provides only the removal of excess heat of the embryo over the periods of growth of the embryo, but does not take into account periods in its development.

1The invention is presented in the form of a graph in Fig. one
The method of synchronizing the output of chickens is as follows.
The incubation mode is based on the biological rhythms of the pineal gland in birds. Embryo development is discrete in its continuity. Each stage of development is characterized by a period of intensive growth and a stage of depression that changes it, after which a qualitative leap in development occurs. Embryos are most sensitive to external influences during these periods. For a bird embryo, in any case, for chicken, in the first half of incubation, the most important and only environmental factor is temperature. The stages of development of a bird's embryo are well known and are scheduled literally by the hour. So the cells of the pineal gland and brain bubbles are formed by the end of the first day of embryogenesis.
The pineal gland, being the body’s internal chronometer, determines the time periods of its development in embryogenesis and ontogenesis and is responsible for the timing of the manifestation of qualitative and quantitative signs. So in the experiments of V.I. Shcherbatova et al. (Differentiated mode of incubation of chicken eggs / Journal "Veterinary Medicine of the Kuban", No. 1. 2012), the rhythmic effect of temperature on the embryo during incubation, led to synchronization of chickens and a reduction in the embryonic period.
Table - An example of a biological rhythm incubation regimen
Egg laying is carried out at 8:00 at a temperature of 38.0 ° C, on the 1st day the temperature does not change and is equal to 38.0 ° C. Then, according to the biological rhythms of the chickens, the temperature is raised on the 2nd day at 6:30 to 38.5 ° C (1 day - 45 minutes + 2 days - 45 minutes, so the shift occurs for 1 hour 30 minutes), on the 3rd day reduce the temperature at 5:45 for 9 hours to 38.0 ° C, then increase the temperature to 38.5 ° C, on the 4th day lower at 5:00 to 38.0 ° C, on the 5th day 4:15 increase to 38.5 ° C, on the 6th day at 3:30 lower the temperature to 37.6 ° C until 13 days, on the 14th day increase the temperature at 21:30 to 38.0 ° From to 15 days, on the 16th day, reduce the temperature at 20:00 to 37.6 ° C to 17 days, on the 18th day at 18:30 they reduce to 37.0 ° C to 19 days, for 20- day temperature is increased to 17:00 to 37,2 ° C.
Chick hatch by incubation hours is shown in the graph.
The graph shows how the chicks are synchronized. In the proposed method, in the experimental group, hatching began at 482 hours, and in the
Thus, the frequency of development is imposed on the embryo through temperature, the rhythmic effect of temperature at a frequency equal to circadian rhythms allows increasing output by 1.5-2%, avoiding incubation rejection, synchronizing the output of chickens, in comparison with the best incubation modes.
