Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technology for the production of fuel briquettes from waste wood processing industries, in particular to compositions of briquetted fuel, which can be used in everyday life and industry. A method for briquetting wood waste is described, including preliminary preparation of wood processing waste, introducing a binder composition into the prepared wood pulp and subsequent briquetting at the required pressure and temperature.
The known composition of wood briquettes (ed. St. USSR N 1713923 12/27/1997). It contains, wt.: Wood waste 25-65, manure 30-60, oil processing waste 5-15. The disadvantage of this invention is the use of manure, resulting in insufficient mechanical strength of the briquette.
A known method of producing fuel briquettes from wood waste (sawdust, shavings, grinding dust, etc.) by grinding them to a particle size of not more than 5 mm, drying to a moisture content of 12% and subsequent pressing at 100-120 MPa (RF N 1458377, C10I 5 / 44, 02/15/89). The fuel briquettes made in a known manner have a density of 950 kg / m 3 , an ash content of not more than 5%, a compressive resistance of 3.0-5.0 MPa and a calorific value of up to 4500 kcal / kg. The disadvantages of this method are the high energy costs for chopping wood waste and pressing, as well as the small value of resistance to compression and the relatively low heat of combustion of the resulting briquettes.
Closest to the proposed method is adopted as a prototype method for producing fuel briquettes from a plant mixture containing the following mass ratio as components. %: wood waste 20-70 and technical hydrolysis lignin 30-80. In this method, the production of briquettes is carried out by grinding wood waste to a particle size of not more than 8 mm, drying the mixture to a moisture content of 12-16%, its subsequent mixing and pressing. In this case, the mixture is pressed at a temperature of 25 ° C and a pressure of 80-100 MPa in a continuous stream. Patent RU 2131912, IPC C10L 5/44 06/20/1999
0,04%.The resulting briquettes have a compression resistance of 25 MPa; ash content of 2.8%; density 1300 kg / m 3 (1.3 g / cm 3 ), calorific value 23.6 MJ / kg (5640 kcal / kg) and high sulfur content due to the fact that no residual sulfur is neutralized, which is confirmed chemical analysis. As a result, fuel briquettes do not comply with GOST 55115-2012 with a normative sulfur content in the briquette of 0.04%.
With a satisfactory heat of combustion, at the same time, it should be noted that during the combustion of briquettes, sulfur dioxide is released, which negatively affects the environment and boiler equipment. The density of the briquette does not provide long-term storage and transportation, causing crumbling and partial destruction.
The disadvantages of the method include high pressing pressure, as a result of which high energy costs.
An object of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages, namely increasing the manufacturability of the method by reducing the pressing pressure while increasing the density of the briquette, reducing the sulfur content in the briquette while maintaining the heat of combustion, while reducing ash.
The problem is achieved in that in the method of producing fuel briquettes from wood waste, including grinding, drying to a moisture content of 12-16%, mixing the components of the mixture, including technical hydrolysis lignin, and the preparation of the batch charge is carried out by adding 70-80% to the technical hydrolysis lignin sodium carbonate 5-10% and further mechanical activation followed by addition of tall pitch 15-20% preheated to 90 ° C, the resulting mixture in an amount of 10-15% is mixed with wood waste, ground to 1-5 mm in quantity tve 85-90%, and the briquetting of the mixture is carried out at a temperature of 90 ± 2 ° C and a pressure of 45-50 MPa.
The essential features of the proposed method are the entire sequence of actions in operational parameters and the use of a mixture of the following composition: tall pitch 15-25%, sodium carbonate 5-10%, mechanically activated hydrolysis lignin 75-85% and woodworking waste 85-90%. The use in the mixture in combination of tall pitch and sodium carbonate in the prior art is not found.
The claimed method ensures the achievement of the task specified above. The following is an example implementation of the method.
Technical hydrolysis lignin weighing 29.25 kg with a moisture content of 12-16% and the characteristics indicated in the table. 2, they are subjected to mechanical activation together with sodium carbonate with a mass of 4.5 kg in a mill for 10 minutes, then mechanically activated lignin, sodium carbonate, and italic pitch 11.25 kg are fed into the mixer by a conveyor for mixing. Next, 300 kg of woodworking waste with a moisture content of not more than 16% is crushed to a particle size of 1-5 mm. Shredded woodworking waste is conveyed by the conveyor to the mixing hopper with mechanically activated lignin, sodium carbonate and tall pitch heated to 90 ° C. Mix the composition for 10 minutes. Next, the mixture is fed by a screw conveyor into the receiving chamber of the press. The mixture is briquetted in presses at a temperature of 90 ± 2 ° C and a pressure of 45-50 MPa.
Полученные брикеты имеют следующие характеристики: влажность 15%, зольность 0,7%, содержание серы 0,03%, плотность частиц 1400 кг/м3, механическую прочность >95%.The resulting briquettes have the following characteristics: humidity 15%, ash content 0.7%, sulfur content 0.03%, particle density 1400 kg / m 3 , mechanical strength> 95%.
The briquettes have the shape of a cylinder, so the particle density was found: ρ = m / V = kg / m 3 , where m is the mass of the briquette, V is the volume of the briquette. The remaining characteristics were investigated according to the following standards: GOST R 54186, GOST R 54192, GOST R 54211, GOST R 54185, GOST R 54191, GOST R 54215. Briquettes were made in the following equipment park: hydraulic piston press with a punch diameter of 30 mm, flow sorting SWC11 / 21, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, temporary waste storage bin, belt dryer CMBD, ball mill type MSHSP.
Other examples are presented in table. 3. In the table. 1 and 2 presents the characteristics of the feedstock:
The quantitative values of the components are selected taking into account the receipt of high quality fuel. Their increase or decrease will lead to high costs both during drying and briquetting.
It was found that the briquetting of the claimed composition of components with a particle size of more than 5 mm reduces the strength properties of fuel briquettes. Thus, in comparison with the prototype, the claimed technology is characterized by high manufacturability by reducing the pressing pressure from 100 MPa to 45-50 MPa. Reducing the sulfur content in the briquette due to the joint mechanical activation of technical hydrolysis lignin and sodium carbonate. The claimed method provides an increase in the density of the briquette from 1300 kg / m 3 to 1400 kg / m 3 . The increase in density to 1400 kg / m 3 is associated with mechanical activation and with an increase in the pressing temperature to 90 ± 2 ° C. As well as an increase in density, its decrease is associated with the amount of binder (see examples of Table 3). The introduction of tall pitch in the composition as a whole provides both the production of fuel briquettes with high heat of combustion with a decrease in ash content and the disposal of substandard wood raw materials under the stated modes. Regardless of the use of pine, an example (1, 2, 3) of the table. 3, birch example (4, 5, 6), eating an example (7, 8, 9), aspen example (10, 11, 12) and their mixtures examples (13, 14, 15), the dynamics of the indicators are preserved.
