Abstract
Description
The proposal relates to the oil industry, in particular to methods for reducing the content of organic chlorides in oil.
There is a method of complex removal of chlorine-containing compounds from oil, both inorganic (sodium, calcium and magnesium chlorides), and organic (see article VD Egorov, VV Martynenko, etc. "Automation system for the removal of chlorine-containing compounds from oil on ELOU ", in the collection of NTIS" Oil refining and petrochemicals ", 1984, No. 1, pp. 44-45). Desalting according to this method is carried out in three stages at a temperature of 90-100 ° C each. A feature of this method is that in the second stage, the oil is mixed with an emulsion consisting of a recirculated stream of oil and aqueous alkali solutions of 20% and 2% concentration and is sucked to separate the aqueous phase. This method allows to reduce the content of mineral and organic chlorine compounds in oil.
The disadvantage of this method is that the process conditions do not allow for the complete purification of oil from chlorine-containing compounds.
A known method of removing chlorine-containing compounds from oil (see patent RU 2065477, IPC C10G 33/02, publ. 08/20/1996) by washing the oil with water and an aqueous solution of alkali in an electric desalting plant in several stages at elevated temperature, characterized in that washing the oil with an aqueous solution of alkali is carried out at a temperature of 30-80 ° C higher than the previous washing with water. This allows you to significantly increase the depth of oil purification from all types of chlorine-containing impurities.
The disadvantages of both analogues are that they are designed for use in electric desalination plants, which receive oil with an organic chloride content in naphtha of less than 10 ppm, and cannot be used to remove organic chlorides from crude oil with an organic chloride content significantly exceeding 10 ppm, in addition, when implementing these methods, alkali is used, which is characterized by high aggressiveness.
The technical task of the invention is to reduce the content of organic chlorides in crude oil with a content of organic chlorides significantly exceeding 10 ppm coming from oil wells into the oil recovery system.
The technical problem is solved by a method of reducing the content of organic chlorides in oil, including preliminary dehydration and degassing of oil, heating oil with the release of organic chlorides, and the removal of refined oil.
What is new is that preliminary dehydration is carried out to a water content in oil of not more than 1%, heating is carried out to a temperature that allows the fraction containing organic chlorides to boil away from the oil in the distillation column and boil at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range from the beginning of boiling to 204 ° С to obtain refined oil with an organic chloride content of less than 10 ppm, and part of the distilled fraction - reflux is used to irrigate the distillation column, the volume of reflux is determined empirically by depending on the structural features of this column and the volume of oil supplied to the distillation. It is also new that part of the distilled fraction - naphtha is used as fuel for the furnace, the volume of this part is determined by the volume and properties of the oil entering the furnace.
The drawing shows a diagram of the installation of oil processing.

Installation works as follows.
Оставшаяся часть продукта отгона - балансовый избыток нафты VII направляется по трубопроводу 16 отвода балансового избытка на бензиновый парк (не показан).Oil I with a water content of not more than 1% through the oil supply pipe 1 enters the buffer-separation tank 2, from where it is pumped through the heat exchanger 4 by the oil pumping pump 3, and then into the furnace 5, where the oil is heated to a temperature allowing the fraction to be distilled off, containing organic chlorides and boiling off at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range from the beginning of boiling to 204 ° C, after which the oil enters the distillation column 6. The gas II separated in the buffer-separation tank 2 is discharged through a pipeline from gas water 7 for disposal. From the upper part of column 6, the upper distillation product III, which is a fraction containing organic chlorides and boiling off at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range from the beginning of boiling to 204 ° C, is then discharged to the distillation product withdrawal pipe 8, which then enters the refrigerator-condenser 9, which represents air cooler, and then to the
The bottoms product (oil purified from organic chlorides) VIII is pumped to the

Oil I with a water content of 1% and a mass fraction of organic chlorides in naphtha of 1805 ppm in an amount of 505.05 tons / day (500 tons / day of oil and 5.05 tons / day of water) passes through a heat exchanger 4, where it is heated to 120 ° C , and then enters the furnace 5, where it is heated to 250 ° C.
