The invention relates to the field of recycling, in particular to a method for recycling and recycling from cellulose-containing waste.
Product with a carbon content of 70 wt. % and higher is used as an additive in poor water-coal suspensions [G. A product with an amorphous carbon content of 70 wt. % up to 92 wt. % are widely used as additives in the tire, rubber and paint industry. The addition of this product in an amount of 0.025-0.2 wt. % allows to increase adhesion, microhardness by a factor of 2 or more, reduce moisture absorption, increase durability, and reduce the viscosity of paints and varnishes [Puzyrev S. S., Tyurin E. T., Volkov V. A., Kovaleva O. P. Recycling of recycled fiber. SPb. Publishing House of the Polytechnic University. 2007, 467 pp.]. The addition of this product in an amount of up to 10 wt. % allows to significantly improve the friction, wear resistance, adhesion strength of rubbers for the tire industry [Puzyrev SS, Tyurin ET, Volkov VA, Kovaleva O.P. Recycling of recycled fiber. SPb. Publishing House of the Polytechnic University. 2007, 467 pp.]. The additive in polymers and rubbers increases their strength and wear resistance.
It is known that for the preparation of paper pulp from waste paper, its preliminary cleaning is necessary. In the invention [RU 2536219, PAPER PROCESSING METHOD], it is proposed to use autoclave treatment without preliminary cleaning for paper pulp cleaning, which can lead to an early failure of the autoclave and does not allow achieving the necessary degree of purification to produce carbon black with a high mass content of amorphous carbon and low ash value.
The closest technical solution to the proposed method is a method of preparing paper pulp from waste paper for the production of paper and cardboard [RU 2004106002] (prototype), which includes the following steps:
- роспуск макулатуры в воде до макулатурной массы, грубая очистка макулатурной массы от загрязняющих включений, дороспуск;- dissolution of wastepaper in water to the wastepaper mass, rough cleaning of the wastepaper mass from polluting inclusions, self-dissolution;
- размол волокнистого полуфабриката и гидрофобизирующая проклейка бумаги и картона в бумажной массе с использованием флокулянта-коагулянта полиоксихлорида алюминия.- grinding the fibrous prefabricated and water-repellent sizing of paper and paperboard in paper pulp using a flocculant-coagulant of aluminum polyoxychloride.
As a product, paper pulp is obtained, which is used for the production of cardboard and paper.
The disadvantage of the prototype method is not a high carbon content.
The second disadvantage is that there is only a rough mechanical cleaning of the original waste paper from contaminants, which leads to an increased content of impurities in the final product.
The disadvantages include the use of aluminum polyoxychloride as a flocculant-coagulant, which is costly and does not allow to achieve the necessary purity of the product for use as functional additives in coal-water suspensions, tire and paint industry, as well as for solving other problems.
%.The invention is aimed at finding a method that allows to obtain a homogeneous product with a carbon content of 70 wt. % up to 92 wt. % and with a content of mineral pollutants or with an ash content of the order of 0.1 ÷ 1 wt. %
%.The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed method of recycling and recycling from cellulose-containing waste, which consists in the fact that the cellulose-containing waste is soaked in an aqueous solution of inorganic acid with an acid concentration of 0.08 ÷ 10 wt. %, then, with vigorous stirring, the raw materials are fluffed to form a homogeneous dispersed phase, after which the dispersed phase is washed with water to a neutral medium, filtered and soaked in an aqueous carbonate solution with a salt concentration of 0.08 ÷ 25 wt. %, then it is repeatedly washed with water to a neutral medium and filtered. The obtained filtrate of the dispersed phase is placed in an autoclave, in which carbonization is carried out in an aqueous medium at a temperature of 150 ÷ 400 ° C, for up to 3 days and with a ratio of T: W = 1: 4, a preliminary product is obtained with a carbon content of up to 70 wt. %, the preliminary product is heated in a muffle furnace at temperatures up to 600 ° C for 20 ÷ 60 minutes, a homogeneous product with an amorphous carbon content of up to 92 wt. %
H2SO4.The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the cellulose-containing waste is soaked in an aqueous solution of either HCl or H 2 SO 4 .
It is advisable that carbonate is used carbonate salts of potassium or sodium.
The choice of acid concentration range is due to the fact that in an environment with an acid concentration of less than 0.08 wt. %, the cleaning of the original waste paper from pollutants is not high enough, and the acid concentration is more than 10 wt. %, does not lead to a noticeable change in the content of pollutants.
The choice of the carbonate concentration range was determined experimentally and is optimal for obtaining the final product with the stated carbon content.
The claimed temperature range of carbonization in an aqueous medium in an autoclave is due to the fact that when processing at temperatures below 150 ° C, the carbonization rate is very low, which does not allow to achieve a technical result. When processing at temperatures above 400 ° C, carbonization is not cost-effective, since the mass content of carbon in the final product does not change with a further increase in the temperature of the autoclave treatment.
The claimed time interval of up to 3 days is determined by the dynamics of the carbonization process, which generally begins with 1 hour of autoclaving and ends in 3 days. Moreover, the speed of the carbonization process is directly dependent on the temperature of the autoclave treatment.
%.The optimum is an autoclave treatment for 2 days at 200 ° C followed by heat treatment in a muffle furnace at 600 ° C for 60 minutes, in which the final product with a carbon content of 90 wt. % the uniformity of the
The invention allows to obtain a homogeneous phase with a high mass content of amorphous carbon.
%.The essence of the proposed method for producing a homogeneous product with a carbon content of up to 92 wt. % consists in the fact that additional operations are added to the earlier known cellulosic technology for the production of amorphous carbon, namely, the fluffing of cellulose-containing wastes is carried out with preliminary soaking in an acid solution followed by washing to a neutral medium and soaking in a carbonate solution followed by filtration. The obtained homogeneous dispersed phase is subjected to hydrothermal autoclave treatment, the subsequent heating of which allows you to vary the carbon content depending on the heating temperature from 70 to 92 wt. %
