Abstract
Description
The invention relates to biotechnology, and in particular to technology and design of the process of cultivation of unicellular algae, mainly planktonic, for example chlorella, and can be used at microbiological enterprises and directly in livestock farms for the preparation of food - suspension of chlorella.
27.01. 2015).Known installation for growing chlorella and lamp. The installation contains a system of bioreactors that are associated with a station for the preparation of a nutrient solution and with a bioreactor of a carbon dioxide solution. The luminaires installed inside the housing of the Chlorella bioreactors are equipped with a cooling system. The devices of mixing, regulation, washing and drainage are located and connected under the system of sections of bioreactors. At the input, the bioreactor is associated with the capacity of the finished product (see RF patent for the invention No. 2540011, publ. 27.01. 2015).
A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the design and the complexity of its implementation, and it is also characterized by high energy consumption for the production of chlorella suspension and is characterized by low productivity. The most significant drawback of this device is the need to have an additional installation for the production of uterine culture, which charges the bioreactor system after each cultivation cycle.
A known installation for growing planktonic algae, in particular chlorella, made in the form of an aquarium made of transparent material, in which fixtures are installed vertically with lamps stationary in them, under which fans are located to control the temperature during the cultivation of microalgae (see RF patent for invention No. 2268923, published January 27, 2006). The known device has low productivity, increased labor costs associated with insufficient automatic control, which leads to the need for manual labor to ensure the operability of the installation.
A known installation (prototype) for growing planktonic algae, in particular chlorella, containing a frame with a capacity installed in it, a lamp made in the form of a glass pipe with lamps placed inside and a fan under the pipe. Each tank is represented by an aquarium made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped of transparent glass with one hole in the lower plane for draining the finished suspension and at least three holes in the upper plane for placing sensors inside the aquarium and installing pipelines for supplying a nutrient medium. The luminaires are located between the aquariums and rest on them with plates fixed at the top of each luminaire. The service system is automated (see RF patent for the invention No. 2485174, publ. 06/20/2013). The disadvantage of this installation is that it has a low productivity due to the design features of the installation, which do not allow to ensure the production process of chlorella suspension in automatic mode, which leads to excessive use of manual labor.
A significant drawback of this installation is the need for introducing into the aquariums the original uterine culture after the completion of each cultivation cycle, which is four days, at the same time, to obtain a uterine culture, it is necessary to have an additional aquarium with separate maintenance.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the productivity of growing chlorella due to the continuity of the cultivation process, ease of maintenance of the installation and saving energy resources spent on the growth process of chlorella, as well as improving the reliability of the installation.

1).Lamps 4 (figure 2) in the lamp 3 (figure 1) are located in a
The tank for preparing the nutrient solution 6 is set a level higher than the aquariums 2 and in the vertical side wall has one hole at the level of 0.5 of the volume 12 and the second in the lower plane of the tank, to which are connected pipelines 5 for draining the nutrient solution into the aquariums.
8.Aquariums 2 are interconnected through openings in the lower part of the vertical walls by a pipeline with a crane 8.
Aquariums 2 have two drainage holes, one of which is located in the lower part of the side wall 13 and is designed to drain the chlorella suspension, the second is located in the lower plane 14 and is designed to remove bottom sediments and washing water during sanitary treatment of the inner walls of the aquarium.
9.The finished suspension through the pipeline 7 by the pump 15 is pumped into the tank 9.
1,2 D (440).Installation works as follows. The source material, the uterine culture of chlorella, is poured into one aquarium. The pipeline valve connecting the aquariums is opened and the suspension is balanced in the tanks. The nutrient solution containing the necessary components is first introduced into one aquarium using the upper pipe and then the second is filled through a pipe in the lower part of the tank. The optical density in aquariums refueled in this way ranges from 1.1 to 1.2 D (440).
Achieving optimal lighting is achieved through the rational use of fixtures. For example, at the initial stage of cultivation, when light passes through the entire thickness of the suspension, it is enough to turn on the lamp located between the aquariums or the lamps installed in the aquariums, and as the optical density increases during cell growth, the illumination must be increased, and then all the lamps turn on installation. Such illumination of the culture corresponds to the physiological needs of the cells, since the power of light increases with increasing cell size. Thus, lighting with lamps is 10-12 hours a day. When using sunlight, the cultivation process lasts during daylight hours. Due to this lighting mode, significant energy savings are achieved.
25°C.In the process of growing algae in aquariums, both under artificial and natural light, the optimum temperature for the crop is maintained from 28 to 30 ° C in the daytime and from 23 to 25 ° C at night.
The culture reaches the required optical density from 1.4 to 1.8 D (440) for the daily cultivation period. Biotechnology of chlorella cultivation is aimed at continuous production, when chlorella suspension is drained daily from one aquarium, and from the second through a connecting pipe, the suspension flows into a vacant aquarium, as a result, the volume of suspension in both tanks is balanced, after which a nutrient medium and a cultivation process are added to both aquariums repeats continuously. One aquarium is intended for growing uterine culture, but it is not autonomous, but is integrated into a single biotechnological process, since the finished product is drained alternately. Once from the left tank, the next time the finished product is drained from the right tank, and all the necessary steps are repeated, so the chlorella cultivation cycle is one day.
The reliability of the installation is due to design features that do not need automatic control of the biotechnological process, which eliminates additional instrumentation, software control and reduces energy costs.
The proposed installation for the continuous cultivation of planktonic algae allows for high productivity due to favorable light conditions and production due to the chlorella uterine culture integrated into the biotechnological process.
