Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of sonar, in particular to sonar antennas, and can be used in sonar bottom or lower stations for various purposes.
The use of bottom and lower sonar stations is due to many tasks, such as lighting underwater conditions and detecting underwater targets, as well as in the interests of exploration, seismic and other studies. Hydroacoustic bottom stations contain hydroacoustic antennas, which include acoustic receivers, supporting structures (frames), shielding coatings (screens) and electrical communications lines (RF patents No. 2427005, 2427004, 2300479, 2169438 for inventions, RF patent No. 60737 for utility model ) The frames on which the receivers are located are made in the form of a rigid, one-piece structure, the heavy weight and massiveness of which complicates the manufacture, transportation to sea-based places, and also leads to significant costs and time.
As the closest analogue (prototype), a spherical hydroacoustic antenna of the noise-detecting path was selected (RF patent No. 2153685 for the invention), consisting of acoustic receivers mounted on supporting structures over a shielding coating, mounted on a frame forming the shape of the antenna, where metal structures are used as the supporting structure tapes pre-stretched with normalized force and ends attached to the frame, while the tape follows the shape of the frame.
The disadvantages of the design of the prototype are that in a wide range of frequencies, the characteristics of acoustic receivers located near the "soft" sonar screens have great instability in sensitivity and noise immunity due to the soundproofing properties of acoustic screens. In addition, the screens have a sufficiently high reflection coefficient of sound energy, increasing the sonar visibility of the antenna.
The presence of a metal frame and metal tapes promotes the propagation of vibrational interference along the bearing structural elements, and also leads to a significant increase in the mass, material consumption and cost of the antenna.
The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of sonar stations.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that acoustic receivers are installed on the outer surface of soundproof shells of elastic material, while the shape of the shells is ensured by filling the internal volume with liquid under pressure.
The technical result achieved is an increase in the antenna efficiency in terms of increasing the viewing angle (360 °) and the concentration coefficient in a wide frequency band, reducing its sonar visibility, material consumption, mass and cost.
Результат достигается тем, что в качестве каркаса антенны используется звукопрозрачная оболочка из упругого композиционного материала, форма которого обеспечивается за счет заполнения внутреннего объема оболочки рабочей жидкостью (фиг.1).The result is achieved by the fact that a soundproof shell made of an elastic composite material is used as the antenna frame, the shape of which is ensured by filling the internal volume of the shell with a working fluid (Fig. 1).
Waterproof shells for water-filled frames can be created on the basis of modern materials.
A water-filled antenna contains receiving modules 2 in the form of extended sections, in which acoustic receivers with small wave sizes, preliminary amplifiers and electric (optical) communications lines are placed. The receiving modules are sealed with polymer material and are mounted on the outer surface of the antenna using rigging 3, using, for example, a halyard for marine yachts.
The preset step between the centers of the receivers on the water-filled shell in horizontal and vertical surfaces is provided by rigging.
Unpackaged large-sized antenna arrays form a rigid geometric shape due to the filling with an overpressure of the internal volume by an overboard liquid. Overpressure is created using a hydraulic pump, and the amount of overpressure should not lead to the destruction of the shell.
In figure 1, the following notation:
1 - shell of an elastic composite material,
2 - long receiving module,
3 - rigging of the antenna,
4 - working fluid
5 - anchor system,
6 - hydraulic pump,
7 - buoyancy.
The antenna works as follows. The internal volume of the soundproof shell 1, made of an elastic waterproof material, is filled under pressure using a hydraulic pump 6 with a working fluid 4, forming a rigid spherical frame, on the surface of which there is an antenna array formed by extended receiving modules 2 with a fixed arrangement of information channels secured by I rigging 3. The spatial location of the frameless sonar antenna in the water is provided by the anchor system 5 and buoyant ti 7 arranged in the lower and upper parts of the sound transmission casing respectively.
As the theoretical estimates show, the use of a translucent shell made of a waterproof elastic composite material and filled with a working fluid under pressure provides the necessary shape of the shell, which serves as the frame on which the acoustic receivers are directly mounted, allows to achieve the achieved technical result - increasing the efficiency of hydroacoustic antennas and , respectively, autonomous sonar stations. Improving the performance of sonar antennas is due to a decrease in sonar visibility, increased noise immunity from structural and vibrational noise, and sonar stations due to a decrease in material consumption and mass, and hence transportability and cost.
