Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a power system, and in particular to solid fuel heating systems.
Known heating furnaces with increased combustion time (US patent No. 433,090, European patent No. 0231424, German application No. OS 3602285, RF patent No. 2001352, 2001353, 2097660, utility model of the Russian Federation No. 76702). In these furnaces, to increase the efficiency of fuel combustion, the principle of gasification with the subsequent burning of combustible gases is used. However, such furnaces have a burning duration not exceeding 8-10 hours, and at the minimum generated heat capacity. This is due to the fact that in the combustion chamber all the loaded fuel is in the high temperature zone, since it burns from below, while gasification occurs at the same time. Moreover, the pyrolysis of fuel will be the more intense, the greater the thermal power produced and, as a result, the higher the temperature in the combustion chamber. And since a limited volume of air (determined by a predetermined heat output) is supplied to burn the resulting combustible gases, part of the combustible gases, due to the lack of sufficient oxygen, is not oxidized and goes into the chimney, reducing the efficiency (efficiency) of fuel combustion. This factor limits the possibility of increasing the burning time of these furnaces by increasing the combustion chamber and the amount of fuel loaded into it. In addition, these furnaces, as a rule, have a high body temperature, which increases their fire hazard.
Known heating furnace (RF patent No. 2459145 from 11.25.2011), selected as a prototype, in which the duration of fuel combustion is increased to several tens of hours due to the implementation of the method of burning fuel from top to bottom. In this furnace, air is supplied to the combustion chamber in the combustion zone through an air intake hole made in the upper surface of the housing, an air duct and an air distributor. And the flue gases after burning the resulting combustible gases are discharged through the secondary heat exchange chamber and the hole located in the lower part of the housing. The disadvantages of the known design are the dependence of the efficiency of fuel combustion on the generated heat output. This is due to the excess formation of combustible gases at medium and high capacities and the dependence of the temperature of the flue gases on the produced heat capacity. In order to ensure the normal operation of the chimney (without condensation), the temperature of the flue gases should not be lower than required in the entire range of generated capacities. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the required temperature of the flue gases already at a minimum thermal power. At the same time, at high capacities, the temperature of the flue gases increases, and the efficiency of the furnace decreases. In addition, the disadvantage of this furnace should include the need to organize additional traction in the chimney during its ignition.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prototype, namely increasing the stability of the efficiency of the furnace in the entire range of generated thermal capacities, as well as its fire safety.
This goal is achieved in that the furnace contains a housing consisting of several panels, in which the lower and upper openings for removing flue gases are made, openings with gas-tight loading and ash doors, an air inlet connected through an air duct to an air distributor that contains a base plate with a hole in the center, with a pipe fixed above it, with holes in the side surface and an external movable ring with a retainer relative to the pipe and mating holes, as well as a plate with a hole in the center, fixed under the main plate, and the movable ring has a gap relative to the nozzle, the cross-sectional area of which is 20-25%, the hole area in the additional plate is about 45%, and the cross-sectional area between the plates in the projection of the generatrix of the nozzle is about 55% from the area of the hole in the nozzle, while in the nozzle of the upper hole for the exhaust of flue gases, a damper is installed that has a manual and automatic drive from a thermostat installed on the chimney, a second temperature regulator mounted on the casing and connected to the shutter above the air intake opening, and on the outside of the casing a few centimeters from it there is a heat-insulating screen, the inner surface of which is made with a high reflection coefficient in the infrared region of the spectrum.
23.The invention is illustrated in figure 1, where the furnace is shown in section, and is indicated: a housing containing a top panel 1 with an intake pipe 5, a front panel 2 with a boot 6 and an ash 7 doors, a rear panel 3 with an upper 9 and a bottom 10 holes for flue gas outlet, base 4 and side panels (not shown in the drawing), connected to each other by lock connections 12 through a seal 13, an air distributor containing an air duct 14, a base plate 15, a pipe 16, a movable ring 17, an additional plate 18, protractor yuschy cable 19, the thermostat 20, the damper 21, a heat insulating shield containing the frame 22, a thermal insulating coating 23.
All case panels are made of steel with the thickness required to ensure the required structural strength and appropriate heat resistance. An air inlet is made in the center of the upper panel 1, over which a nozzle 5 is installed. An air duct 14 is attached to the upper part of the nozzle, which is removed into the nozzle when the air distributor is raised. In the front panel 2 there are two openings that are closed by the loading 6 and ash 7 doors, in which thermal insulation 8 is placed, which reduces the heating of the doors during operation of the furnace. To prevent air leakage during its operation, doors are made with gas-tight seals (not shown in the drawing). In the rear panel 3 there are upper 9 and lower 10 openings for flue gas discharge. In the pipe of the upper hole 9 there is a shutter 11 having a manual and automatic actuator, which is connected to a temperature regulator located on the pipe above the furnace. The specified temperature controller can be performed, for example, on the basis of a bimetallic plate and has no features. The temperature controller 20 can also be made on the basis of a bimetallic plate or a controller using the difference in the expansion coefficients of the furnace body and the heat insulating screen. The temperature controller 20 is mechanically connected to the shutter 21, which also has a manual drive. The housing panels and the base 4 are interconnected by the same type of locking joints 12 through the seal 13. For this purpose, tabs are made on the strips 12 and the panels, which mutually engage when connecting the corresponding elements. To increase the thermal power of the furnace, the outer surface of the panels can be equipped with vertical fins. The duct 14 may be made of corrugated pipe, for example, of heat-resistant silica fabric, impregnated with silicone and reinforced with a heat-resistant steel spiral. The plate 15 of the air distributor, depending on the configuration and dimensions of the heater, can be made round, square or rectangular with a hole in the center. A branch pipe 16 is attached to it. A branch pipe 16 with side openings in the lower part located on opposite sides is designed to drain air from the duct 14 under the additional plate 18, above the plate 15 and between the plates 15 and 18. To adjust the ratio of the volumes of air entering the plate 15 and above it, a movable ring 17 is used, having lateral holes matching the same holes in the nozzle 16, the movable ring having a gap relative to the nozzle, the cross-sectional area of which is 20-25% of the area of the hole in the plate 15. Depending on the type of fuel and its humidity, the position of the ring 17 adjusts the coefficient of excess air. For example, for coal or peat briquettes, this coefficient is set more. For this, the holes in the pipe 16 and the ring 17 (depending on the position of the ring) can be completely blocked by the deaf part of the walls of the pipe and the movable ring, partially or completely open. The holes in the pipe and ring can be made, for example, rectangular on a quarter of a circle each on opposite sides of the corresponding element. The area of these openings is chosen so as to ensure the passage through them of the volume of air necessary for burning combustible gases generated during the combustion of the fuel and its pyrolysis. To fix the movable ring 17, small indentations are made in its lower part, and a protrusion corresponding to them on the plate 15. The additional plate 18 is designed to heat the air passing between the plates, to reduce the heat load on the remaining elements of the air distributor, and is made of a more heat-resistant material than the rest of its elements. The distance between the plates 15 and 18 is chosen so as to ensure that about 55% of the air passing through the nozzle 16 passes between the plates. The area of the hole in the plate 18 is about 45% of the area of the hole in the nozzle 16. The air distributor is reset using the cable 19 , the end of which is fixed to the corresponding hook on the heat-insulating screen. The heat-insulating screen is designed to increase the fire safety of the furnace by reducing the temperature of the outer surface of the screen to a safe level (30-40 ° C). In addition, the screen serves to form an air channel that increases the efficiency of convective heat removal from the furnace body. The screen consists of a frame 22 made of thin metal and a heat-insulating coating 23. As a heat-insulating coating, for example, a glass millok a few millimeters thick, coated with a foil having a high reflectivity in the infrared range, coated on the side facing the furnace can be used. An air duct can be connected to the upper part of the channel between the housing and the screen, through which heated air canalizes into another room, for example, the second floor. To expand the functionality of the furnace, it can be equipped with a tank mounted on the housing for connection to a hot water supply circuit, as well as a heat-insulated oven with a hob.
The furnace operates as follows. Using a cable 19, the air distributor rises to the upper position and is fixed in this position. If there is an excess amount of ash in the furnace, then it is removed through the ash door 7. Through the loading door 6, fuel 24 is loaded, in particular firewood. The damper 21 is moved to the open position. Then the fuel is ignited, the air distributor is lowered onto the fuel, the shutter 11 is opened, the actuator of the thermostat 20 is set to a given heat output, and the loading door 6 is closed. Next, the flue gas damper 11 is transferred to automatic control from the flue gas temperature controller. After closing the door 6, air will enter the combustion chamber through the nozzle 5, the duct 14, the nozzle 16, the holes in the plates 15, 18. At the same time, the part of the air passing between the plates 15 and 18 is heated, while cooling these plates. Another part of the air (about 25-35%) through the pipe 16 and the holes in the plates 15 and 18 enters under the plate 18. Between the plates 15 and 18, about 35-45% of the air passes. Another part of the air (from 20 to 40%, depending on the position of the movable ring 17 relative to the pipe 16) enters above the air distributor and is used to burn combustible gases generated during the combustion of the fuel and its pyrolysis. Next, the flue gases enter the upper hole for removal of flue gases 9 and after a short time the chimney is heated. After heating the chimney pipe to the required temperature and stabilizing the draft in it, the flue gas temperature controller covers the shutter 11, thereby reducing the flow of hot flue gases through the upper hole 9. At the same time, the flue gas flow through the lower smoke hole 10 increases by the same amount of chimney draft. But already cooled flue gases, which have given their heat to the furnace body, will be discharged through the lower hole. During combustion, the flue gas temperature regulator will maintain the flue gas temperature close to the minimum required (ensuring the normal operation of the chimney), automatically changing the ratio of hot and cooled flue gases leaving the chimney through the upper and lower openings.
Since the source of thermal energy is located in the upper part of the furnace, it is this part of the housing that is heated. In this case, intense heating of the air occurs in the channel between the housing and the screen. Heated air rises, dragging the cold air that enters the channel from below. Since the thrust in such a channel is proportional to the height of the channel and the temperature gradient at the inlet and outlet, in the proposed design this indicator will be significantly higher than in the known analogues. This is ensured by the greater height of the furnace (1.5-2 m) and the high temperature of the upper part of the furnace body. An additional increase in the temperature of the upper part of the housing occurs due to the reflection of radiation from the inner surface of the screen back to the housing. At the same time, the heat flux through the heat-insulating coating 23 decreases (by more than an order of magnitude), thereby ensuring an acceptable temperature of the outer surface of the screen. Due to the fairly intense flow of air passing in the channel between the housing and the screen, the lower part of the housing does not heat up to high temperatures. This is due to the fact that the heat flux through the material of the furnace turns out to be relatively small (a small heat-conducting section), the lower part of the case contacts with the coldest air and is intensively cooled by it, and the flue gases inside the case cool down relatively quickly, falling into the lower part of the furnace body. At the same time, a relatively small amount of fuel is below the combustion zone in the hot gas zone, due to this it warms up well, and thereby the conditions for its combustion and partial pyrolysis are improved. As the fuel burns out, the combustion zone goes down, and the most heated part of the body also shifts down, but the upper part of the body remains hot due to the rising hot flue gases, thereby ensuring high heat removal at all stages of the furnace.
Due to the specifics of the gas dynamics of the air and flue gas flows in the upper combustion heaters, fuel burnup occurs mainly on one side of the air distributor. And with a rigid duct structure, the air distributor freezes. And then either its failure in the burned-out part of the fuel, or the extinction of the fuel and the boiler stopping. In the described construction, due to the flexibility of the air duct 14, the plate 15 (and all other elements attached to it) tilts towards the burnt part of the fuel, and the air distribution in the combustion chamber changes. As the heated air tends to the top, more air begins to flow under the upper part of the tilted disk, and less air under the lower part. Due to this, the burnup of the upstream part of the fuel is accelerated and the plate 15 is almost completely aligned. If the fuel is uniform (in density, humidity, styling), the burnout will occur with a small step to the base of the combustion chamber. If in the process of burning fuel inside it there will be places with increased humidity or density, then the burnup of fuel slows down in this place, plate 15, leaning on this unburned part of the fuel, tilts more towards the better burning part of the fuel. Due to this, conditions are created for the burning out of a wetter or denser area of fuel. And after its combustion, the plate 15 is again leveled, and without failures of the air distributor, the fuel continues to burn in the previous mode. This ensures a relatively uniform combustion of fuel having various inhomogeneities.
Thus, the introduction of the system to maintain the minimum permissible flue gas temperature and an effective heat removal system into the furnace design allows us to provide the highest possible efficiency at all stages of the furnace operation and at various thermal capacities, as well as when burning fuel with high and non-uniform humidity. In addition, the presence of a system for regulating and stabilizing the temperature of flue gases allows you to adapt the stove to chimneys of various quality (with different thermal insulation), while ensuring high fire safety of the heating system.
In the described furnace, structural simplification is also achieved by simplifying the air distributor, reducing its mass, and also making the housing in the form of panels connected during assembly to each other. In addition, the implementation of the housing from individual panels allows you to partially or fully automate the manufacture of structural elements, improve the quality of their manufacture and reduce the cost of production. This ensures high maintainability of the furnace, including due to the possibility of replacing failed elements and the possibility of preventive maintenance, to increase its service life.
In general, in the proposed design of the furnace due to stabilization of the combustion parameters at all stages of fuel combustion, regardless of its composition, humidity and density, an increase in its efficiency and reliability is achieved and it becomes possible to increase the furnace volume, the amount of fuel loaded and, as a result, the burning duration to several hundred hours.
