Abstract
Description
The invention relates to rolling production and can be used to obtain cold-rolled caged sheet steel with or without coating, for subsequent processing by bending or molding, in particular roofing metal.
During cold rolling of sheet steel, its strain hardening (hardening) occurs. But at the same time with hardening, there is a decrease in ductility, which is characterized by the relative elongation δ when testing the samples for breaking. The desire to improve the strength properties of caged sheet steel by increasing hardening leads to an uncontrolled drop in ductility below the permissible value, which is the reason for the formation of cracks and tears in the process of processing it from consumers and reject products.
2 [1].A known method for the production of cold rolled sintered sheet steel, including hot rolling of strips to an intermediate thickness, etching of scale and subsequent cold rolling of strips to a final thickness with a total relative compression of 69-79%, compression in the last pass 56-60% of the compression in the first pass, and the specific tension of the strip is 75-85 N / mm 2 [1].
[2].There is also known a method of cold rolling coiled steel for galvanizing, according to which strips with a thickness of less than 0.47 mm are rolled from a rolled stock 2.0 mm thick, and strips of a thickness of 0.47-1.5 mm are rolled from a rolled stock 2.0-3 thick 2 mm with regulated tension on the reel drum [2].
The disadvantages of the known methods [1, 2] are that they do not allow to obtain the maximum strength of the cured sheet steel while ensuring a given ductility.
The closest analogue of the present invention is a method for the production of carbon steel strip, including hot rolling of strips with a thickness of 2.0-2.8 mm, water cooling, two-stage annealing of rolls of hot rolled strips in a bell furnace and cold rolling to a final thickness of 0.5-1.0 mm with a total compression determined by the formula:
где 212 и 2,3 - эмпирические параметры, полученные опытным путем;where 212 and 2,3 are empirical parameters obtained experimentally;
0,2-0,7% [3].subsequent final annealing of rolls and training of strips with compression of 0.2-0.7% [3].
The disadvantage of this method is that it does not allow to achieve maximum strength while ensuring the specified ductility of cold-rolled hardened sheet steel.
In addition, the need for two anneals complicates and increases the cost of implementing the known method, and also leads to a decrease in the strength properties of sheet steel.
The technical problem solved by the invention is to obtain maximum strength while ensuring a given ductility.
To solve the technical problem in the known method for the production of cold rolled caged sheet steel, including hot rolling of strips, water cooling, etching and cold rolling to a final thickness, according to the invention, hot rolling of strips is carried out to a thickness determined by the ratio:
где Н, h - толщина горячекатаной полосы и конечная толщина холоднокатаной листовой стали;where H, h is the thickness of the hot rolled strip and the final thickness of the cold rolled sheet steel;
D=1,50-1,70; Е=2,2-4,9; F=1,0-3,4.D = 1.50-1.70; E = 2.2-4.9; F = 1.0-3.4.
The invention consists in the following. It was experimentally established that with an increase in the total relative compression ε during the cold rolling of steel strips, there is a monotonic increase in the strength σ B and a decrease in ductility (elongation) δ. Thus, with an increase in the total relative compression ε to a value at which the elongation δ is still in the range of acceptable values, the maximum possible (taking into account the limitation on the value of δ) strength of the cured sheet steel is ensured.
The experimentally obtained dependence of ε on δ is nonlinear; therefore, for its analytical representation, a quadratic equation of the form
в котором эмпирические значения коэффициентов для исследованных малоуглеродистых и углеродистых сталей находились в диапазонах:in which the empirical values of the coefficients for the investigated low-carbon and carbon steels were in the ranges:
D=1,50-1,70; E=2,2-4,9; F=1,0-3,4.D = 1.50-1.70; E = 2.2-4.9; F = 1.0-3.4.
An accuracy assessment showed that the error in the ε values calculated using this empirical formula is within ± 3%. Moreover, in cases where D <1,5; E <2.2 or F <1.0, the strength of cold-rolled quartered steel σ B does not reach the maximum permissible value, the quartered steel retains an increased residual ductility δ. Therefore, to increase the overall strength of the manufactured product, an increase in the thickness of the finished cold-rolled sheet will be required, which leads to an increase in the mass of the product and the expenditure coefficient of steel.
Otherwise, when D> 1,70; E> 4.9 and F> 3.4, the total compression ε exceeds the permissible value, the ductility index δ is lower than the specified value, which indicates the hardening of cold-rolled hardened steel. When processing such sheet steel, the formation of cracks and tears is not excluded, which is unacceptable.
Method implementation examples
Для исключения образования трещин при профилировании нагартованных листов регламентировано значение относительного удлинения: δ≥3,0%.For the manufacture of profiled metal tiles with a polymer coating, the most hardened cold-rolled hardened sheet steel with a thickness of h = 1.5 mm is required. To exclude the formation of cracks during profiling of the skimmed sheets, the relative elongation value is regulated: δ≥3.0%.
Initially, the empirical ratio is used to calculate the total relative compression during cold rolling:
Then calculate the required thickness N of the hot-rolled strip:
A slab of mild steel grade 08ps with a carbon content of 0.09% by weight is heated to a temperature of 1250 ° C and rolled on a continuous broadband mill quarto 1700 in a strip with a thickness of H = 2.7 mm. The rolled strip is cooled with water and wound onto a roll.
е. 44,6%.Then the hot-rolled strip is subjected to hydrochloric acid etching to remove scale and is set in a 4-stand quarto 1700 cold rolling mill, where it is rolled to a final thickness h = 1.5 mm with a total relative compression ε = 0.446, i.e. 44.6%.
Samples are taken from the rolled strip and the mechanical properties are determined: δ = 3%; σ B = 68 kg / mm 2 . The obtained value of strength σ In is the maximum possible, because for its further growth, an increase in the total relative compression ε will be required, which, in turn, will lead to a decrease in ductility δ of less than 3% and cracking of cold-rolled hardened sheet steel in the process of manufacturing a metal tile.
Implementation options of the proposed method for the production of cold-rolled cold-rolled sheet steel and indicators of their effectiveness are given in the table.
В случаях запредельных значений эмпирических коэффициентов имеет место либо снижение прочности нагартованной листовой стали (вариант №1), либо пластичность стали недостаточна для ее последующей переработки (вариант №5).From the data given in the table, it follows that when implementing the proposed method (options No. 2-No. 4), the maximum strength of the caked sheet steel is achieved while ensuring a given ductility δ = 3%. In cases of transcendental values of empirical coefficients, there is either a decrease in the strength of the crated sheet steel (option No. 1), or the ductility of the steel is insufficient for its subsequent processing (option No. 5).
The technical and economic advantages of the proposed method are that the determination of the thickness of the hot-rolled strip, and therefore, the total relative deformation during cold rolling of strips of finite thickness, based on the unconditional provision of a given plasticity index, allows to achieve the maximum possible value of strain hardening. This, ultimately, helps to reduce the metal consumption of products and increase yield.
20-25%.As a basic object in determining the economic efficiency of the proposed method adopted the closest analogue [3]. Using the proposed method will increase the profitability of the production of cold-rolled hardened sheet steel by 20-25%.
