The invention relates to the field of transport engineering and other mechanisms in which it is necessary to change the speed of the output shaft with a change in the torque of the electric motor.
И. Электродвигатель с двумя роторами с возможностью управления оборотами выходного вала описан также в патенте №2345468.There are various ways of changing the revolutions of the shaft of an AC motor. The main way to smoothly change speed is to control the frequency of the AC supply using frequency converters. This method is described in the literature. For example: Voldek A.I. Electric cars. Leningrad. Energy, 1978, pp. 571-572. An electric motor with two rotors with the ability to control the speed of the output shaft is also described in patent No. 2345468.
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost of the converters, their complexity, low efficiency, unreliability and the fact that for converters for electric motors of high power has not yet created a reliable elemental base. The disadvantage of the method described in patent No. 2345468, is the inability to repeatedly increase the torque on the output shaft during acceleration.
The objective of the invention is the implementation of a smooth change in the revolutions of the output shaft of the device with a change in gear ratio and torque over the entire speed range, depending on the load, with optimal operation of the electric motor at constant, optimal revolutions and, as a result, achieving optimum acceleration characteristics, increasing the useful coefficient actions, cheaper production and simplified management.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, in the electric motor, as a gear ratio converter, use a differential gear of any known type having one input and two outputs, the input of which is connected to the rotor of the electric motor, one of the outputs to which more torque is transmitted is connected to the output shaft, and the second output is connected to the second rotor, which is inductively coupled to the rotor of the electric motor and generates electric energy when they rotate mutually, and the force arising from is a change, changing the inductive coupling between the rotors can be controlled and the rate of acceleration of output shaft rotational speed, partially blocking the transmission, reduces the tendency to mutual relative rotation opposite the motor rotor and the second rotor. The second output is also connected to an overrunning clutch, the mating part is connected to the housing and prevents the rotation of the second rotor in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor of the electric motor, which leads to an increase in the torque of the electric motor during acceleration. When the rotor of the electric motor rotates, the rotation from the gear input is transmitted to the output shaft and to the second rotor inductively coupled to the rotor of the electric motor, which, when rotated, induces an electromotive force in the second rotor, and if there is an adjustable load in its circuit, if necessary, the adjustable force partially blocks the transmission, entraining the second rotor, forcing the entire differential mechanism to rotate around its axis, trying to reduce the relative relative rotation between the rotors. This leads to an increase in the revolutions of the output shaft and to the possibility of controlling the growth rate of its revolutions, which can change when the ratio of the torque depends on the magnitude of the load in the circuit of the second rotor and the torque on the output shaft. This allows for constant optimal rotor speeds of the electric motor rotor to change, depending on the load, the torque and revolutions of the output shaft. The second output is also connected to an overrunning clutch, which is mating connected to the housing. During acceleration, in the presence of a load on the output shaft, the second rotor tends to rotate in the opposite direction. This is prevented by an overrunning clutch connected to it. The second rotor stops, and the differential gear operates as a gearbox with a large gear ratio, increasing the torque on the output shaft proportionally to the gear ratio. When the mechanism is untwisted around its axis to such a speed that the overrunning clutch leaves the connection, further acceleration will occur at a torque equal to the torque developed by the rotation of the electric motor rotor. When the load on the output shaft increases, the second rotor will tend to reverse rotation, the overrunning clutch will again prevent this and the torque on the output shaft will increase again, the output shaft speed will decrease, and the rotor speed of the electric motor will remain unchanged.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing. In the drawing, for example, an electric motor with a vertical axis of rotation is shown. A rotor 2 is inductively connected to the stator 1, which is mounted on the differential gear carrier 3 and on which pairs of satellites 4 and 5 are mounted, which are run on two central wheels of different diameters 7 and 8. The central wheel 7 is connected to the output shaft 6, and the central wheel 8 freely rotates on the shaft, but is connected to the overrunning clutch 9 and to the second rotor 10. When the rotor of the electric motor 2 rotates, the satellites tend to rotate the central wheels in different directions. But the overrunning clutch 9 prevents the second rotor from rotating in the opposite direction and the central wheel 8 stops, and the rotation is transmitted through the satellites to the central wheel 7 and the output shaft 6. The rotor of the electric motor 2 is inductively coupled to the second rotor 10, so the second rotor generates when the rotor rotates the electric motor electricity, and the force that occurs when there is a load in its circuit carries the second rotor in the same direction in which the rotor of the electric motor rotates, partially blocking the differential, forcing the whole mechanic ism to spin around its axis, reducing the total gear ratio of the mechanism, consisting of the gear ratio of the gear and the rotation of the mechanism around its axis. The gear ratio varies from the maximum value determined by the parameters of the gears of the transmission, when the rotation is transmitted only through the gears, to unity, when the whole mechanism rotates around its axis, the satellites on the central wheels do not roll, and the rotors do not have relative relative rotation, which is possible, as in the case of an electric induction coupling, only when there is no load on the output shaft. With an increase in the electric load in the circuit of the second rotor, the magnitude of the force that drags it behind the rotor of the electric motor increases, the acceleration rate of the output shaft increases.
