Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to depreciation systems designed for shock protection of depreciable objects.
Known piston hydropneumatic shock absorbers used in the suspension of heavy vehicles, for example, according to the author's certificate of the USSR No. 572110, 5B60P 1/02. The one-way shock absorber contains a hydraulic power cylinder. The lower cavity between the cylinder and the stem is filled with oil. An oil layer is located in the upper cavity directly above the piston; the upper part of this cavity is occupied by compressed gas, which plays the role of an elastic element. Between the cavities there are check valves (compression valves) and a rebound valve made in the form of a rod with a longitudinal groove of variable cross section.
The shock absorber works as follows: during compression, the rod with the piston moves upward, compressing the gas, and the fluid flows into the cavity located under the piston, both through the rebound valve and by pressing the springs through the check valves. During the reverse stroke, the fluid flows through the rebound valve - along a longitudinal groove of variable cross section, which creates a pressure drop that contributes to the damping of vibrations. The non-return valves are closed.
During shock loading due to the inertia of the check valves, the fluid does not have time to flow, as a result of which a vacuum arises in the cavity under the piston, which can lead to water hammer during the reverse stroke of the piston. During shock loading in reverse (rebound) due to the fact that the cross-section of the rebound valve depends only on the position of the piston, at high speeds of the piston, an increased pressure drop occurs on the valve, which leads to pressure overload, an increase in the force developed by the shock absorber, and dynamic loads depreciable asset.
In the literature "Encyclopedia. Wheeled and tracked vehicles, vol. Guide to the reliability of special mobile installations. - M .: Mashinostroenie, 1997 ”describes one-way pneumohydraulic shock absorbers in which a pneumohydraulic accumulator with a flexible membrane is used as an elastic element. In these designs, the pressure accumulator is connected to the power hydraulic cylinder through a check valve and a constant-flow inductor.
In the book “I. Rampel. Car chassis, suspension design - M .: Mashinostroenie, 1989 ”describes a one-way pneumatic-hydraulic shock absorber, in which a pneumatic-hydraulic accumulator with a flexible membrane is used as an elastic element, connected to the power hydraulic cylinder through a non-return valve, a constant-flow restrictor and an overflow valve.
In the book "Design of four-wheel drive wheeled vehicles, volume 2, edited by A.A. Polungyan M .: Publishing house of MGTU named after N.E.Bauman. 2000. ”shows a diagram of a pneumatic-hydraulic shock absorber with two elastic piston elements (accumulators) connected to the power cylinder parallel to each other. The initial pressure in the second accumulator is greater than in the first, therefore, only the piston in the first accumulator moves in the initial stages of the piston movement in the power cylinder. Starting from a certain position of the piston of the power cylinder, the pistons move in both batteries. This significantly reduces the progressiveness of the elastic characteristics of the shock absorber.
Theory of shock protection "Kruglov Yu.A., Tumanov Yu.A. Shock-vibration protection of machines, equipment and apparatus. - L .: Mashinostroenie, 1986 ”, it is possible to formulate the following requirements for shock absorbers used in shock protection systems: for example, under shock loading, the force developed by the shock absorber in the initial displacement section must increase monotonously, and then either remain constant or increase slightly. The length of the section of rapid increase in strength is determined by the characteristics, primarily the natural frequencies, of the depreciable object. An increase in the length of this section in excess of the required value leads to an increase in the full stroke of the shock absorbers. When changing the sign of speed, the force developed by the shock absorber should quickly decrease and change the sign. A short-term (pulsed) increase in the force developed by the shock absorber (for example, when pressure is released), exceeding the maximum permissible value, is unacceptable.
The shock absorber according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2277651, IPC F16F 9/04 is focused on these requirements. The shock absorber consists of two pneumatic elastic elements based on elastic hermetic shells (EGO) and two pairs of hydraulic dampers located in parallel. On the one hand, a movable tray is attached to each EGO, on the opposite side, each EGO is attached to the receiver, which is rigidly connected to the base. A depreciable object is located (pinched) between pallets. In this case, the cavity of the receiver and the EGO are interconnected by means of a constant-flow choke and a check valve. The receivers are connected to the atmosphere via a pneumatically controlled bypass valve.
With an external impact, the shock absorber base begins to move, compressing the gas into the EGO, which flows through the throttle and check valve into the receiver. When the pressure rises to the calculated value, the bypass valve opens, releasing compressed gas from the receiver and the EGO into the atmosphere. Due to the fact that gas is released into the atmosphere, impact energy does not accumulate in the working cavities of the shock absorber, but is dissipated. Since the rod of the hydraulic damper is passed through the hole in the pallet and is equipped with an end stop, the hydraulic damper does not participate in the creation of force in the forward direction. In this case, the rod moves under the action of the spring in the same direction, but with a lag from the pallet. At the final stages of the impact, the relative speed of the depreciable object decreases, and the end stops of the stroke of the hydraulic dampers overtake the sump.
When the base moves in the opposite direction, the pallet abuts against the end stops of the stroke of the hydraulic damper rods, while pushing the rods out of the hydraulic damper. Due to the resistance of hydraulic dampers, the pallet lags behind the depreciable object. In this case, the force impact of this EGO is significantly reduced or completely terminated, and the shock-absorbing object moves only under the influence of the opposite EGO. Due to the fact that the characteristics of the impact may vary, under certain conditions the pallet stop can catch up with the shock-absorbing object after changing the sign of the relative speed, this can lead to additional dynamic loads.
By disabling the hydraulic damper in the forward stroke, the shock absorber can also function under extreme loading conditions, when the base almost instantly acquires a significant speed of more than 5-10 m / s, when wave processes occur in the hydraulic cylinders of the dampers (hydraulic shock). Under such conditions, no hydraulic dampers can work effectively.
The disadvantages of this design, in addition to the appearance of the above dynamic loads, include pressure pulsations when the check valve and bypass valve are activated. It is not always possible to place shock absorbers around a depreciable object. The disadvantages of the shock absorber should also include the need to refuel it with compressed gas after each impact.
По этой причине для наиболее распространенных условий эксплуатации (максимальные скорости 5-7 м/с) целесообразно использовать амортизаторы, в которых гидродемпфер расположен между силовым цилиндром и пневматическим упругим элементом (пневмогидравлическим аккумулятором).For this reason, for the most common operating conditions (maximum speeds of 5-7 m / s), it is advisable to use shock absorbers in which the hydraulic damper is located between the power cylinder and the pneumatic elastic element (pneumohydraulic accumulator).
Н. Д. In the book “B.N.Belousov, S.D. Popov. Extra-heavy wheeled vehicles. - M.: Publishing House of MSTU named after N.E.Bauman. 2006 ”provides a double-sided shock absorber circuit adopted as the closest equivalent. In this scheme, the elastic elements are made in the form of piston pneumohydraulic pressure accumulators connected to the power hydraulic cylinder through throttles with an adjustable fluid flow rate, which combines a constant-flow throttle and an overflow valve. At low loading speeds, the fluid from the cavity of the power cylinder, where the compression takes place, flows through the constant-flow inductor into the accumulator, compressing the gas contained in it, and from the second accumulator, the liquid enters the cavity of the actuator through the constant-flow inductor, the pressure of which decreases. The pressure drop across the constant-flow inductor contributes to the damping of vibrations. At higher speeds, an overflow valve opens in the pressure cavity, limiting the force developed by the shock absorber. During shock loading, due to the inertia of the overflow valve, there is a significant pressure build-up, which leads to an increase in dynamic loads.
Another disadvantage of this shock absorber is that the elastic pneumatic element has a progressive characteristic. This is determined by the polytropic processes occurring during gas compression. This characteristic meets the requirements for automobile shock absorbers, but, as shown above, is not optimal for shock absorbers designed for shock protection, as it significantly increases the required moves of shock absorbers under given restrictions on dynamic loads.
The objective of the claimed invention, intended for impact protection, is to obtain such a characteristic of a shock absorber that would exclude short-term thrusts of the force developed by the shock absorber during shock loading, provide the required (including a sufficiently small) length of the section of increase in strength, maintaining a constant or slightly increasing force by the subsequent section of the impact, provided a quick change in the sign of the force when the sign of the relative speed.
This problem is solved due to the fact that a double-acting shock absorber is used, in which each of the cavities of the hydraulic cylinder is connected through its valve system to its main elastic element - a pneumohydraulic pressure accumulator. Each cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is additionally connected through a normally open non-return valve and a constant-flow inductor with high-pressure pneumatic-hydraulic accumulators and through a normally open non-return valve and a constant-flow restrictor-with a low-pressure pneumatic-hydraulic accumulators.
Each overflow valve located between the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder and the main elastic element, on the one hand, has a gas control cavity, and on the other hand, a compressed spring abuts against it. A tube emerges from the gas cavity of the main elastic element, which is connected to the gas control cavity of the overflow valve through a check valve and a constant-flow inductor.
The technical result of the invention is to obtain shock absorber characteristics that are optimal for impact protection, as well as ease of use and use (located on either side of the object, does not require recharging after impact).
Due to the fact that all valves are normally open, there are no pressure spikes associated with non-stationary processes of valve opening during impact.
Due to the presence of additional high and low pressure accumulators, a section of constant or slightly increasing force is provided, and by increasing the volume of gas cylinders, the intensity of the increase in force can be further reduced.
Due to the ability to change the volume of the air cavity of the main elastic element during refueling, it is possible to regulate over a wide range the extent of the force buildup section.
Due to the presence of a controlled overflow valve located between the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder and the main elastic element, effective damping of vibrations at the final site of exposure is ensured.
Due to the possibility of placement on either side of the object and the lack of need for recharging after impact, the shock absorber is convenient to use and use.
The drawing shows a General diagram of the shock absorber.
The shock absorber consists of a power hydraulic cylinder having two working cavities 1 and 2, which are separated by a piston 3. A rod is connected to the piston 3, which ends with an eye 5. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to an eye 6. A shock-absorbing object is attached to one of the eyes, the other eye is attached to the base.
19.Each of the symmetrical cavities of the hydraulic cylinder 1 and 2 is connected to the main elastic elements - pneumohydraulic accumulators 7 and 8. The drawing shows a pneumohydraulic accumulator having a diaphragm-separator gas and hydraulic cavities 9, however, it is possible to use piston pneumohydraulic accumulators, in which the piston plays the role of the separator . Cavities 1, 2 are also connected through normally open non-return valves 10 and 11 and constant-flow restrictors (which are made in valve plates) with low pressure pneumohydraulic accumulators 12 and 13, also having a diaphragm-separator. Cavities 1 and 2 are also connected through normally open non-return valves 14 and 15 and constant-flow chokes (which are made in valve plates) with high-pressure pneumatic-hydraulic accumulators 16 and 17, also having a diaphragm-separator (piston pneumatic-hydraulic accumulators can be used). The gas cavities of low-pressure accumulators 12 and 13 are constantly connected to the low-pressure gas cylinder - receiver 18, and the gas cavities of high-pressure accumulators 16 and 17 - to the high-pressure gas cylinder - receiver 19.
The overflow normally open valves 20 and 21 of the cap type, located between the working cavities of the hydraulic cylinder 1, 2 and the main elastic elements 7 and 8, are pressed against the seat by gas pressure from the side of the gas cavity. The valve seats are located in the baffles 22, 23. To increase the speed of the valves have a minimum weight. Rubber sealing rings or bellows can be used to seal the valve.
On the opposite side, the springs 24 and 25 abut against the valves. The seats of the normally closed non-return valves 26 and 27 are also located in the partitions 22, 23. To increase the speed of operation, the non-return valves also have a minimum weight.
20, 21.Air tubes 28, 29 come out from the gas cavities of the main elastic elements 7, 8, which are connected through check valves 30, 31 and constant-flow restrictors 32, 33 connected to the gas control cavities of the overflow valves 20, 21.
With a horizontal arrangement of the shock absorber, the initial pressure in the cavities of the cylinder is the same. The initial pressure is provided by the injection of compressed gas into the gas cavities of the batteries 7 and 8. With a vertical arrangement of the shock absorber, the initial pressure in the cylinder cavities is different, which balances the weight of the shock-absorbing object. The initial pressure in the receiver 19 connected to the high pressure accumulators 16 and 17 is several times higher than the initial pressure, and the pressure in the receiver 18 connected to the low pressure accumulators 12 and 13 is several times lower than the initial pressure. The pressure difference is selected based on the area of the piston and the maximum allowable force developed by the shock absorber. Due to the fact that the pressure in the high-pressure receiver 19 is greater than the initial pressure in the cylinder, the diaphragms of the high-pressure accumulators 16, 17 are adjacent to the upper walls of the accumulators (so that the diaphragm does not squeeze into the valve cavity, the cavity is connected to the accumulator through a large number of small holes , and the diaphragm itself in this place has an increased thickness). Due to the fact that the pressure in the low-pressure receiver 18 is less than the initial pressure in the cavities of the cylinder 1, 2, the diaphragms are adjacent to the bottom wall of the battery. The check valves 10, 11, 14 and 15 are opened by the action of springs of low stiffness.
Since there are constant-flow restrictors 32 and 33 between the gas cavities of the shock absorbers 7, 8 and the gas cavities of the valves 20, 21, the pressure on the gas side acting on the valve is equal to the pressure acting on the valve on the liquid side. Therefore, under the action of the springs 24 and 25, the valves 20 and 21 are in the open state.
The shock absorber works as follows.
When the piston moves, for example, to the left, the fluid from the cavity 1 passes through the open overflow valve 20 and enters the accumulator 7, compressing the gas in the gas cavity. The increase in pressure in the gas cavity of the accumulator 7 causes a gas flow in the tube 28, the check valve 30 opens, the increased pressure propagates into the gas cavity of the overflow valve 20. However, this pressure does not exceed the liquid pressure in the valve region, so the valve remains open under the influence of the spring.
8.The liquid from the accumulator 8 passes through an open valve 25 into the cavity of the power cylinder 2. At the same time, the check valve 27 opens. The total force acting on the piston at this stage increases in accordance with the adiabatic compression of the gas in the cavity 7 and the expansion of the gas in the cavity 8.
After the pressure in the accumulator 7 rises to a pressure equal to the initial pressure in the high-pressure tank 19, the liquid through the open check valve 14 also begins to fill the high-pressure accumulator 16. At the same time, the pressure in the accumulator 8 drops to the pressure in the low-pressure cylinder 18, and begins the outflow of liquid from the low-pressure accumulator 13 through an open non-return valve 11. Since the volumes of the cylinders (receivers) of both high pressure 19 and low pressure 18 are large enough, the force developed by the shock absorber It increases slightly and is close to the maximum allowable force. Note that the valves through which the fluid passes at this stage of exposure are open, which minimizes pressure differences between the working chambers of the hydraulic cylinder and the accumulators, which virtually eliminates pressure overshoots due to vibration of the base or object.
After stopping the piston 3 under the action of a differential pressure on the piston, the system begins to return to its original state. It should be noted that at this stage, the shock absorber is already required to create dissipative forces that contribute to the rapid damping of oscillations. The fluid flow rates change sign everywhere and the check valves 14 and 11 close. In this case, the outflow of fluid from the accumulator 16 and the flow of fluid into the accumulator 13 occurs through constant-flow chokes made in the plates of the valves 14 and 11. The outflow of fluid from the accumulator 7 into the hydraulic cylinder 1 occurs mainly through the check valve 26, since the pressure in the gas cavity the battery drops, and the check valve 30 closes (the area of the constant pressure throttle 31 is selected sufficiently small), which leads to the closure of the valve 20. After the pressure in the gas cavity of the battery 7 is restored, restoring force, due to the fact that the valves 14 and 11 are closed, drops to zero or even changes sign.
10.After the piston has passed the initial (middle) position, the diaphragms of the accumulators 16 and 13 will take their original shape (position) and after some time, when the pressure in the accumulator 8 rises to a pressure equal to the initial pressure in the high-pressure tank 19, filling of the high-pressure accumulator begins 17 through an open non-return valve 15. At about the same time, the pressure in the accumulator 7 drops to the pressure in the low-pressure tank 18 and the outflow of liquid from the low-pressure accumulator 12 begins through the open second check valve 10.
Due to losses during outflow through throttles in the plates of check valves 10, 14, 15 and 11, the vibrational velocity decreases. To the second oscillation, due to the operation of check valves 30 and 31, the pressure in the gas cavities of the overflow valves 20 and 21 increases and they close. Subsequently, even with small amplitudes of oscillation of the piston 3 (when the accumulators 12, 16, 17 and 13 do not work), these valves open only when the pressure in the corresponding cavity of the cylinder exceeds the pressure in the air cavity of the corresponding valve. This contributes to the rapid attenuation of oscillations at the final stage.
After some time, the piston under the action of gas pressure in the accumulators 7 and 8 stops in the initial position, and the pressure in the gas cavities of the overflow valves 20 and 21 due to the gas flow through the chokes 32 and 33 is compared with the initial one. Under the action of the springs 24 and 25, the valves open and the shock absorber is ready for the next action.
Thus, the designed shock absorber eliminates the occurrence of short-term overruns of the force developed by the shock absorber under shock loading, provides the required length of the force buildup section, a small increase in strength in the subsequent section and a change in the force sign, when the relative speed sign changes, it allows the shock absorbers to be placed on one side of the shock-absorbing object .
The technical result of the invention is the ability to protect equipment from significant shock loads.
