Abstract
Description
д.The invention relates to a device for compensating for temperature deformations of cement concrete coatings (bases) of roads, can be used to compensate for linear temperature deformations of cement concrete long structures such as coatings (bases) of roads, runways and taxiways of airports, parking lots, protective layers of bridges, etc.
Existing devices for compensating thermal deformations of coatings (foundations) of roads are based on the full or partial separation of cement concrete coatings with thermal seams perpendicular to the directions of deformation. The traditional temperature seam has, as a rule, a gap determined by calculation to compensate for temperature deformations; arranged every 4-6 meters; It is filled with selected mastic with elastic-plastic properties. This allows you to compensate for the change in the length of the cement concrete coating (base) under the influence of temperature without destruction and not to let water and garbage into the weld cavity.
The main disadvantages of this design are the following: cement-concrete slabs (bases) separated by such a seam work completely or partially without communication with each other, as individual elements and the effect of transport loads on them cause their ends to subside into the underlying layers with the destruction of the mastic filling the seam, - and this is the ingress of water and foreign particles into the seam with subsequent destruction during freezing-thawing; the design involves a gap, which guarantees impact on the edges of the seam with wheels of a moving vehicle, which also increases from the subsidence of the ends of the plates in the underlying layers - this leads to intensive destruction of the heat-affected surfaces; the presence of a gap provokes an exit to the asphalt concrete road surface of the reflected crack; seams are cut every 4-6 meters - this is a laborious operation with high material costs, because cutting is carried out, as a rule, with diamond wheels, with a high consumption of them during operation. All of the above leads to a decrease in the longevity of the roadway, discomfort during traffic, high operating costs for maintaining the road surface in a normal condition.
Examples of eliminating some of the above disadvantages are: utility model according to the certificate of the Russian Federation No. 35348, cl. E01D 19/06, 2003, under the name "Formable temperature seam". This design increases the comfort of travel, slightly increases the durability of the road surface, reduces the possibility of reflected cracks on the asphalt concrete surface. But the cutting of seams every 4-6 meters, the failure to ensure the joint operation of neighboring base plates separated by a through transverse seam remain significant disadvantages of this design. There is an invention according to the copyright certificate of the Russian Federation No. 2052009, class. E01C 5/00, E01C 5/08, E01C 11/14, 1992. “Compression joint for cement concrete pavement”. This invention solves the issue of joint work of base plates separated by a seam, but leaves the need for jointing 4-6 meters away, does not exclude the appearance of a reflected crack on the surface of the asphalt concrete pavement, does not exclude shock loads from transport wheels along the seam edges - these disadvantages remain unresolved. Given the comparative complexity of the implementation, it will become clear why this design is not widely used. The most reliable, from the point of view of the joint work of the divided plates, is the construction represented by the invention No. 1046380 A of 05/05/1982, E01C 11/04. The joint work of the slabs is ensured by connecting adjacent slabs with a metal protrusion anchored in concrete and a cavity corresponding to it in profile, also formed by a metal plate anchored in the concrete of the slab. But the need to make seams every 4-6 meters remains, as well as the mandatory presence of an end gap between the plates. Those. in addition to guaranteeing the joint operation of the plate, the remaining disadvantages cannot be avoided.
The proposed backlash-free auto-compensator compensates for the change in the length of cement concrete coatings (substrates) from the effects of thermal deformations, moreover, the compensation occurs automatically due to the structurally designed feedback between the parts of the divided base varying in length from temperature changes and the triangular compensator plates that do not change the cross-sectional profile of the cement concrete base roads, but which by divergence or convergence between themselves compensate for the change in the length of green parts of the base:
- с обеспечением сплошности дорожного основания, т.е. полное исключение зазора в швах, разделяющих основание;- ensuring the continuity of the road base, i.e. complete exclusion of the gap in the seams separating the base;
- с гарантией совместной работы разделенных плит цементобетонного основания;- with a guarantee of joint work of the divided slabs of the cement concrete base;
- с увеличением расстояния между температурными швами как минимум до 50 метров (в 10-12 раз против традиционного), максимум же ограничен конструктивными возможностями основания и коэффициентом трения между нижней поверхностью основания и подстилающим слоем:- with an increase in the distance between the expansion joints to at least 50 meters (10-12 times against the traditional one), the maximum is limited by the structural capabilities of the base and the coefficient of friction between the bottom surface of the base and the underlying layer:
1) величиной радиуса кривизны поворота основания в горизонтальной плоскости;1) the radius of curvature of the rotation of the base in the horizontal plane;
2) кривизной основания в вертикальной плоскости;2) the curvature of the base in a vertical plane;
3) предельной длиной безаварийного проскальзывания цементобетонного основания по уплотненному щебню (грунту) под ним под воздействием температурных деформаций;3) the maximum length of accident-free slip of the cement concrete base over compacted gravel (soil) under it under the influence of temperature deformations;
4) with the complete exception of cutting traditional joints in the construction of cement concrete foundations.
Figure 1 shows in plan a schematic diagram of a structural device of a gapless self-compensator for temperature deformations of a cement concrete base, for example, roads.
Backlash-free auto-compensator consists of:
1) 2 isosceles

- они не изменяют профиль поперечного сечения цементобетонного основания дороги;- they do not change the cross-sectional profile of the cement concrete foundation of the road;
- угол наклона сторон треугольных плит компенсатора 1 к оси дороги 45° (рассчитывается исходя из конструкции цементобетонного основания, может быть другим);- the angle of inclination of the sides of the triangular plates of the
15, 16.2) plates of the divided base 2, which are structurally connected with the isosceles lateral surfaces of the
Section AA, indicated in Figure 1, is shown in Figure 2. It passes through the attachment points of the corners to the concrete slabs of the divided base and the triangular plates of the compensator and shows the constructive connection of the corners and slabs with each other:
8;- horizontal shelves of
- крепежные болты 8 жестко стягивают между собой торцами бонки 7 и резьбовые втулки 9;- fixing bolts 8 tightly tighten together the ends of the bonks 7 and threaded bushings 9;
13.- threaded bushings 9 are anchored by means of the triangular plates of the
1.Thus, each corner of the triangular slab of the
4.In the same way, a rigid connection is provided between the corners 4 and the plates of the divided base 2. The horizontal shelves of the corners 4 with the threaded bars 12 welded to them are laid along the separation seam from below, under the edges of the concrete plates of the divided base. The vertical shelves of the corners 4, as mentioned above, are inserted behind the vertical shelves of the
The maximum distance between the cut vertices of the triangular plates of the compensator 1 (Figure 1) is equal to the size of the compensated thermal deformation plus the distance allowing the installation of these plates; the minimum is only the mounting distance. In the same way, the tops of the plates of the divided base are trimmed. The space formed by the trimmed peaks is filled with mastic, which eliminates the ingress of water and foreign objects into it. The movement of the plates of the divided base 2 (Fig. 1 - horizontal arrows) under the influence of temperature deformations along the axis of the road through the interaction of the vertical shelves of the corners causes the perpendicular axis of the base to compensate for the movements (Fig. 1 - vertical arrows) of the triangular plates of the
In addition, figure 2 shows:
- все сопряженные боковые поверхности всех плит оконтурены стальными полосами 5, 6 (Фиг.2), закрепленными в бетоне соответствующих плит системами анкеров 13 (Фиг.2);- all the mating side surfaces of all plates are contoured with steel strips 5, 6 (Figure 2), fixed in the concrete of the respective plates with anchor systems 13 (Figure 2);
Рабочий зазор между трущимися поверхностями может быть заполнен антифрикционной смазкой или в нем устанавливается антифрикционная прокладка 14, например, из фторопласта.- the vertical shelf of the corner of the triangular plate of the
A schematic diagram of a structural device of a gapless auto-compensator for temperature deformations of cement concrete bases in Fig. 1 schematically represents its operation.
2.The lateral surfaces of the plates of the divided base 2 by the force arising from thermal deformation (horizontal arrows in the diagram) act on the mating lateral surfaces of the triangular plates of the
Such a construction job:
1) обеспечивает отсутствие зазора между сопряженными трущимися поверхностями в основании, тем самым исключает наличие отраженных трещин в верхнем (асфальтобетонном) покрытии, следовательно, разрушений в околошовной зоне не будет;1) ensures that there is no gap between the mating friction surfaces in the base, thereby eliminating the presence of reflected cracks in the upper (asphalt) coating, therefore, there will be no damage in the heat-affected zone;
2) из-за предлагаемого сопряжения боковых поверхностей плит разделенного основания 2 (Фиг.1) и треугольных плит компенсаторов 1 (Фиг.1) гарантирует сплошность поверхности основания и обеспечивает совместную работу плит разделенного основания и треугольных плит компенсаторов как единого целого;2) due to the proposed pairing of the side surfaces of the plates of the split base 2 (FIG. 1) and the triangular plates of the compensators 1 (FIG. 1), it guarantees the continuity of the surface of the base and ensures the joint operation of the plates of the split base and triangular plates of the compensators as a whole;
д.).3) makes it possible to abandon the device of traditional temperature seams together with the problems that accompany them (the need for their cutting, heat-affected destruction, etc.).
1).The implementation of this design can be carried out in two ways (see figure 1).
According to the first option, the triangular plates of the compensator and the ends of the plates of the divided base are completely made (with concreting of the triangular plates of the compensator completely, and the ends of the plates of the divided base to a certain length) on concrete products, and for plates of the divided base 2 on the side opposite to the sides mating with the sides of the triangular slabs of
According to the second option - the corners of the plates of the divided base and the triangular plates of the compensator are complete (twin corners with steel stripes of the side surfaces of the plates assembled with antifriction gaskets between the rubbing surfaces and the adjusted clearances - see 3, 4 in Figs. 1, 2), sets of fixing
To reduce friction between the lower surface of the cement concrete base of the road and plates of the device for gapless compensation of temperature deformations, a polyethylene film is laid on a pre-rolled underlying layer.
The operational reliability and durability of the road surfaces will seriously increase due to the absence of transverse expansion joints of the base every 4-6 m and, as a result, reflected cracks on the asphalt concrete pavement. It is preferable to use steel fiber-reinforced concrete technologies in the manufacture of sets of devices and road bases, receiving a reduction in costs not only by eliminating reinforcing nets, but also reducing the thickness of the base by at least 15-40% (determined by calculation depending on the category of road), facilitating the operation of the auto-compensator and getting at the same time, higher physical and mechanical characteristics of the base, further increasing the operational durability and load capacity of the road.
The present invention, ensuring the joint operation of the divided base plates and triangular plates of the compensator, allows the length of the main plates between the auto-compensators to start from 48 meters, because the deformation for such a length of the “whip” at a temperature difference of 100 degrees will be only 45 mm, which will not cause any difficulties in the operation of the compensators. Moreover, the length of the plates between the auto-compensators can be doubled, tripled or more, it is only necessary to determine by calculating the extrusion force of the triangular compensator plates while compensating for changes in the linear size of thermal deformation and the friction force of the lower surface of the base against the supporting surface of the underlying layers of the road, since these two values are interconnected, and only they determine the performance of the auto-compensator. In general, the ratio expressed by the formula should be maintained:
где Fдеф - максимальное усилие деформации неразделенной части основания при максимальном изменении температуры за минимальный отрезок времени, возможный в регионе, где идет строительство объекта; Fтр - сила трения между нижней поверхностью разделенной части основания и поверхностью подстилающего слоя автодороги; Fбп - давление на единицу площади боковых поверхностей плит разделенного основания на сопряженные с ними боковые поверхности треугольных плит компенсатора; Sбп - сопряженная суммарная площадь боковых поверхностей компенсатора и плит разделенного основания; ктрбп - коэффициент трения между боковыми сопряженными поверхностями с учетом антифрикционных свойств прокладки или смазки; Кзап - коэффициент запаса, гарантирующий нормальную работу компенсаторов, принимается в зависимости от условий эксплуатации от 2 до 3; cosα - косинус угла между направлением тепловой деформации (ось дороги) и боковыми сопряженными поверхностями.where F def - the maximum deformation force of the undivided part of the base with a maximum temperature change for the minimum period of time possible in the region where the construction of the object is underway; F Tr - the friction force between the lower surface of the divided part of the base and the surface of the underlying layer of the road; F BP - the pressure per unit area of the side surfaces of the plates of the divided base on the mating side surfaces of the triangular plates of the compensator; S BP - the combined total area of the side surfaces of the compensator and the plates of the divided base; to tbp - the coefficient of friction between the side mating surfaces, taking into account the antifriction properties of the gasket or lubricant; To zap - safety factor, guaranteeing the normal operation of the compensators, is taken depending on operating conditions from 2 to 3; cosα is the cosine of the angle between the direction of thermal deformation (the axis of the road) and the mating lateral surfaces.
The use of this gapless auto-compensator in the construction of cement concrete road bases will significantly increase the operational durability of road surfaces, reduce the cost of maintaining roads in good condition, and increase the comfort of traffic. The application of the method will not cause a serious increase in cost during the construction of roads, but will significantly reduce the cost of their maintenance during operation.
