Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the automation of electric networks and is intended to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping the automatic transfer switch (ATS) point to stable short circuits (short circuits) in two-way power distribution networks, and the ATS station is equipped with a device for prohibiting its switching on to short circuits and the switch of the sectioning point of the line of the main power source, located adjacent to the ABP point, is equipped with a single-acting automatic reclosing device (AR).
H02J 9/06, 1974].There is a method of prohibiting network automatic turning on of the reserve, in which the time of an uninterrupted pause of the automatic reclosure of the sectioning switch is compared with the time between surges of the reverse sequence voltage and, when they coincide, a ban is issued to turn on the ATS [certificate of authorship No. 412655, cl. H02J 9/06, 1974].
The disadvantages of this method are the impossibility of using it to prohibit network ATS on stable three-phase short circuits, as well as its low reliability and reliability during two-phase short circuits, since the negative sequence voltages can appear in modes not associated with two-phase short circuits.
The objective of the invention is to expand the functionality of the method by applying it to prohibit the network ABP on both two-phase and three-phase short circuits, and increasing the reliability and reliability of the method.
According to the proposed method, the duration of the inrush current short circuit is compared. with the duration of the protection of the sectioning switch. Why at the beginning of the line, powered from the buses of the main power source, control the short-circuit current and from the moment of its appearance, a countdown begins, which is set equal to the response time of the protection of the sectioning switch located in the line of the main power source adjacent to the point of the network ABP. And if at the end of the countdown of this time the short-circuit current disappears, then after a time equal to the dead time of the automatic reclosure pause of this switch, the appearance of a second inrush fault is controlled. From the moment of its appearance, the time equal to the response time of the protection of the sectioning switch with acceleration is counted, and if at the end of this time the second inrush current is short-circuit disappears, then establish the fact of the presence of a stable short circuit in the line and signal a ban on the ATS.
The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

Diagrams of the signals at the outputs of the elements shown in figure 1 at short circuit at point 18 (see figure 1), have the form (see figure 2): 23 - at the output of
The method is as follows. In normal mode, the sectional switch 17 is turned on, and the switch of the ABP 19 item is turned off. At the output of
При к.з. When short at point 18 (FIG. 1), the value of the output signal of TT 2 (FIG. 2, diagram 23, time t 1 ) is sufficient for tripping of DTKZ 3, therefore, a signal appears at its output (FIG. 2, diagram 24). The signal is memorized by the element MEMORY 4 (figure 2, diagram 25) and is fed to the input of the element DELAY 5, from the output of which the signal appears after a time interval equal to the response time of the protection of the sectioning switch 17 (figure 2, diagram 26, time t 2 ) and will go to the second input of the And element 7. The signal that existed at the output of the element NOT 6 (Fig. 2, diagram 27) will disappear at the moment of the first inrush current surge, and at the moment of the disconnection of this inrush current . reappears and arrives at the first input of the And 7 element. The presence of two input signals at the And 7 element will lead to the appearance of a signal at its output (Fig. 2, diagram 28), which will be received at the input of the MEMORY 8 element (Fig. 2, diagram 29) , it will be remembered by it and will go to the input of the DELAY element 9. At the output of this element, the signal will appear after a time equal to the dead time of the automatic restart of the sectioning switch 17 (Fig. 2, diagram 30, time t 3 ) and will go to the second input of the element And 10. At this point in time, the result e repeated switching on of the sectionalizing switch 17, the short-circuit current appears again, therefore, with DTKZ 3, a signal will also come to the first input of the element And 10. The presence of two input signals on the element And 10 will lead to the appearance of its output signal (figure 2, diagram 31) . It will go to the input of the MEMORY 11 element, it will be remembered by it (Fig. 2, diagram 32) and will ensure the presence of an input signal on the DELAY element 12. From the output of this element, the signal will appear after a time equal to the response time of the protection of the sectioning switch 17 with acceleration (Fig. 2 , diagram 33, time t 4 ), and it will appear at the input of the SINGLE-VIBRATOR element 13. The SINGLE-VIBRATOR element 13 will give a single pulse (Fig. 2, diagram 34), which will go to the MEMORY elements 4, 8, 11, “reset” them and will go to the second input of element And 14. And if at this point in time, pr if the second short-circuit current fault disappears, then the fact of the repeated disconnection of the sectioning switch and the presence of a stable short-circuit in the line are established, while the signal will again appear at the output of the
з.Thus, the method allows to prohibit the automatic inclusion of the network reserve for both two- and three-phase stable short circuits. in lines with sectioning points equipped with single reclosure devices. This extends the functionality, increases the reliability and reliability of the method using control, carried out by comparing the duration of the current short circuit with the duration of operation of the protection of the sectionalizing circuit breaker, and also helps to increase the reliability of power supply to consumers by eliminating the operation of the circuit breaker point ABP on stable short circuit
