Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to the restoration of a waterlogged oil and gas well under conditions of abnormally low reservoir pressures - ANPD.
There are a large number of oil and gas wells in the fields of Western Siberia, the perforation interval of which is completely blocked by formation water and which are therefore inactive. Typically, such wells under the conditions of oil production are subject to liquidation, since the perforation of the overlying interval due to the large difference between the mountain and bottomhole pressure leads to the collapse of the production string.
2004].There is a method of restoring a waterlogged oil and gas well, in which repair and insulation work is carried out and the productive formation is opened in the casing [Pat. RF 2231630, Е21В 43/00; 43/32, claimed 2002, published 2004].
The disadvantage of this method when restoring a water-cut oil and gas well under the conditions of oil production is that when the production string is perforated with high power punchers, there is a high probability of a leak in the cement ring behind the string, its complete or partial destruction, which will contribute to an even greater influx of formation water to the bottom of the well. In addition, this method can lead to a violation of the tightness of the production string due to the large difference between the mountain and bottomhole pressure.
The challenge facing the development of the invention is to develop a reliable method for the restoration of a water-logged oil and gas well in the conditions of the oil production area.
The achieved technical result, which is obtained as a result of the invention, consists in isolating the inflow of formation water, ensuring the tightness of the production string and in obtaining additional gas production from a previously irrigated and idle well.
The task and the technical result are achieved by the fact that when restoring a water-cut oil and gas well under the conditions of oil production, the well is jammed, the sand plug in the wellbore is washed below the current gas-water contact - GVK, 2-5 m, the production casing is perforated 2-3 m below the current GVK and above the current GVK for 1-2 m, through the formed perforation holes for water insulation, pump the water insulation composition, push it into the depth of the formation along the radius and fix the interval of waterproofing with cement mortar, p After the end of the waiting period for cement hardening - OZZ, drill a cement bridge in the wellbore to the depth of the upper holes of the perforation interval for waterproofing, lower the liner - a section of pipes of a smaller diameter into the wellbore, shank with cement leaving a cement cup in the inner cavity of the shank 0.2- 0.5 m, the tubing string — tubing — is lowered into the well, to a depth of 2-5 m above the shank head, the perforation assembly is lowered through them and perforation is carried out for the operation of two columns n: liner and production string, above the water discharge interval by 1.5-3.0 m to the top of the reservoir, call the inflow from the reservoir, after which the well is put into operation.
Figure 1 shows the design of a flooded oil and gas well in the conditions of the oil production prior to repair; figure 2 shows a diagram of the implementation of the proposed method when washing a sand cork and perforation for waterproofing; figure 3 is the same in the process of isolating the influx of formation water; figure 4 is the same in the process of fixing the interval of waterproofing with cement mortar; figure 5 is the same in the process of lowering the shank; Fig.6 is the same in the process of lowering the tubing string, perforation for operation and causing gas inflow from the reservoir.
6.The method is implemented in a flooded oil and gas well, the
Initially (FIG. 2), the well is jammed. Then the
38-1011216-89.Through the newly formed perforation holes for waterproofing 7 (Fig. 3), the
Then, through the perforation holes for waterproofing 7 (Fig. 4),
13.After the OZZ (Fig. 5), a
Lowered into the well, into the inner cavity of the
Then carry out the call of the inflow from the
An example implementation of the method in well No. 116 of the Vyngapurovsky field
Initially, the well was plugged with an aqueous solution of sodium chloride.
Then, the sand plug was washed in the wellbore to a depth of 5 m below the current GWC and the old tubing string was removed, which was previously in the well.
In the interval below the current GWC by 3 m and above the current GWC by 1 m, the production casing was perforated for waterproofing. Perforation was carried out with a ZPKT 73-GP punch.
3.A water-proofing composition was pumped through the formed perforation holes for water insulation — liquid glass in a volume of 20 m 3 , it was pressed into the depth of the reservoir by radius and the water isolation interval was cemented with cement mortar consisting of PTC 1-50 with S-3 superplasticizer in a volume of 5 m 3 .
After the OZC, a cement bridge was drilled in the wellbore to the depth of the upper holes of the perforation interval for waterproofing. A liner was lowered into the wellbore - a section of pipes with a diameter of 114 mm with a liner head positioned 20 m above the top of the reservoir in a clay layer. The shank was cemented with a cement mortar of the same composition as when attaching the waterproofing interval, leaving a cement cup in the inner cavity of the shank 0.5 m high.
A tubing string with a diameter of 114 mm was lowered into the well to a depth of 2 m above the head of the liner. The perforation assembly was lowered through it and perforation was carried out for the operation of two columns: a liner and production string above the water isolation interval by 3.0 m to the top of the reservoir. Perforation was carried out with a PJ 2906 omega puncher. Before perforation, the injectivity of the well was determined.
A decrease in backpressure on the reservoir using a flexible pipe of a coiled tubing unit and using a foam system based on OP-10 caused gas to flow through the perforations for operation. In this case, a smooth decrease in the level was carried out by purging the well with inert gas. After testing the well and conducting gas-dynamic studies, the well was put into operation.
The proposed method for the restoration of a water-logged oil and gas well under the conditions of oil production is more reliable than its counterparts. It eliminates the flow of formation water into the well, helps to reduce the removal of sand from the reservoir, prevents further destruction of the production string and increases the likelihood of restoration of well productivity. The location of the tubing string above the liner allows you to quickly carry out well repairs by washing sand plugs and removing formation and condensation water that accumulates on the bottom using a flexible pipe of a coiled tubing installation.
