Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of heat-insulating materials and can be used in the building materials industry.
A known method of preparing a mixture for melt in a cupola with the aim of obtaining mineral fibers (MF Sukharev. Production of heat-insulating materials and products. M: Higher school, 1973, p. 42). According to this method, the melt is obtained from the mixture, the components, which are pre-sorted into fractions. Pieces of raw materials and coke fractions of 40-100 mm are fed into a cupola for receiving the melt and further processing into fiber. The fraction of raw materials and coke less than 40 mm is not used in production and goes to waste. During the processing of the melt into fiber (cupola process), korole waste, cotton fiber and non-fibrous inclusions are formed. Kings are glassy particles 1–7 mm in size; cooled droplets of the melt are formed at the time of fiber formation in a centrifuge. Waste cupola process in production is not used.
The disadvantage of this method is the generation of waste raw materials and coke fractions of less than 40 mm, as well as the inability to use waste from the cupola process — wool fibers, beads and non-fibrous inclusions that are not used without further processing to re-melt and obtain mineral wool from it.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed solution (prototype) is the patent RU 2234473 C1, CL. C03C 6/10, publ. 08/20/2004. The mixture for the production of mineral wool. The composition of the charge, wt.%: Waste mineral wool production with a particle size of less than 7 mm 75-86; coal dust - waste of coke production with a particle size of 0.071 mm 10-19; liquid glass 4-6; LST or PVA 0.5-1.0 wt.% From the mass of waste mineral wool production. The process of preparing the composition of the mixture includes the steps of: dosing, preliminary preparation of the components of the mixture, mixing and forming the mixture into briquettes.
The disadvantages of this method are:
- использование отходов ваграночного процесса натуральных размеров без дополнительной переработки;- the use of wastes of cupola process of natural sizes without additional processing;
- неиспользование отходов ваграночного процесса, превышающих размер более 7 мм;- non-use of waste cupola process exceeding the size of more than 7 mm;
- неиспользование отходов основной шихты - отсев фракции менее 40 мм;- non-use of the waste of the main charge - screening fraction less than 40 mm;
- использование отходов других производств, стоимость которых значительно превышает стоимость основных компонентов исходной шихты;- the use of waste from other industries, the cost of which significantly exceeds the cost of the main components of the initial charge;
- сложность предварительной подготовки компонентов шихты;- the complexity of the preliminary preparation of the components of the charge;
- низкая механическая прочность получаемых брикетов.- low mechanical strength of the resulting briquettes.
The aim of the invention is the expansion of the raw material base, reducing the material consumption of the charge and the complexity of its preparation, increasing the strength of the resulting briquettes.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of preparing the charge for the production of mineral fiber, which includes dosing waste, according to the recipe, the preliminary preparation of the components of the mixture, mixing waste mineral wool production with binders and other substances, molding the mixture into briquettes, according to the invention, the mineral wool production waste is crushed to particles fineness of 8-50 microns, mixed with raw waste and with a binder in a ratio of 100 parts by weight crushed and unprocessed waste 5-10 wt.h. a binder in a liquid state, for example, liquid glass, the moistened mixture is mixed, after molding heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 120-200 ° C.
In order to reduce the complexity in the preparation of the charge, the raw waste is mixed with the crushed fraction in an amount of 20-50%. The specified ratio of untreated and crushed waste is explained by the fact that the crushed fraction contributes to more dense briquettes by filling intergranular voids, thereby increasing their strength. The presence of the crushed fraction increases the contact area between the grains, while the intensity of chemical solid-phase reactions between the finely ground fraction and liquid glass increases, thereby reducing the melting temperature of the charge, and increasing cupola productivity.
In order to increase the thermal strength of the briquettes, re-heating is carried out to 600-700 ° C.
The essence of the proposed method is illustrated in the drawing, which schematically shows the process of preparing the mixture for the production of mineral fibers.
The method is as follows.

12.Wastes from processing the melt into mineral fiber — cotton, kings, non-fibrous inclusions and cotton fibers — are discharged by a scraper conveyor 1 from a centrifuge or from a waste storage (not shown) to a
An example 2 of the method (not shown).
The process of using waste raw materials and cupola process, in which the components of the mixture prepared for use, dried and crushed, if necessary, are fed into storage bins. From storage bins, each fraction of waste, including waste in the form of cotton wool, is dispensed by dispensers to a common conveyor, which feeds the mixture into a hopper with a device for pre-mixing the waste, the resulting mixture of charge components is fed by the conveyor to the volumetric batcher and then to the mixer, into which is also served by a binder.
The finished mixture is fed into a vibrating press. Molded briquettes are pressed from a vibrating press onto pallets. Molded briquettes pallets are fed into the chamber for heat treatment. After heat treatment, the briquettes are stored in a container and fed to a cupola for receiving melt and mineral fiber or to a raw material warehouse.
The mixture obtained by this method has a number of positive properties. Having a homogeneous fractional composition of 100% of domestic waste that has passed the heating - melting stage, it contributes to the rhythmic operation of the cupola, and its productivity increases. The mixture obtained from the molten homogeneous material has a lower melting temperature relative to the basic composition, does not require additional energy for its homogenization, contains a crushed fraction, has a dense packaging and the necessary strength. With this method, all waste from mineral wool production is completely utilized, including waste from raw materials of a fraction of less than 40 mm, without the use of additional raw materials from other industries.
Examples of the method and the composition of the charge are presented in the table.
The resulting briquettes of the charge have a homogeneous structure, consist of 100% of domestic waste, do not require energy for homogenization, have the optimal fractional composition of the charge necessary for melt in a cupola, have sufficient thermal strength, which increases the productivity of the cupola, and reduces dust emissions when melt charge.
At the same time, there is no need to use additional raw materials, labor costs for their processing are reduced.
