The task of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of the alloy.
The problem is achieved in that the electrolyte composition containing hydrochloric acid, potassium ferruginate, potassium sulfate, potash, is additionally introduced anionic polyhedral borate salt with the general formula M z C n B m H x (where M is sodium, potassium or ammonium, z = 1, n = 0, 2, m = 3, 9, 10, 12, x = 8, 10, 12) with the following ratio of components, g / l:
Electrolysis modes: pH 9.0-9.5, temperature 18-30 ° C, cathodic current density 0.1-0.2 A / dm 2 with stirring.
The presence of a boron-containing additive in the electrolyte allows electrodeposition of a gold-boron alloy with high wear resistance.
Example 1. The electrolyte was prepared as follows. Potash and potassium ferruginate were separately dissolved in hot water, poured together, and hydrochloric acid was introduced into the resulting mixture. After boiling for 15 min, a precipitate of iron hydroxide was filtered on a gas burner, potassium sulfate solution was poured into the filter, and boiling was continued in a thermostat, filled with silicone oil (oil temperature 170-180 ° C), with constant stirring for 6-8 hours. After After boiling, the solution was filtered, the pH was adjusted to a predetermined value with concentrated hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution, and a boron-containing additive was introduced.
The preparation of the remaining electrolytes, including the average, upper and foreign concentrations of the components, which are given in table 1, was carried out according to the method described above. And the values of wear resistance of coatings deposited from each electrolyte are given in table. 2 respectively.
