SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical hopper with feeding drive blades and drive mechanism. Hopper bottom is put on shaft made in the form of hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic cylinder stem is rigidly fixed under hopper bottom. Piston is connected to hopper bottom for joint reciprocating displacement in vertical plane. Such construction allows uniformity of feed dispensing to be increased with moisture content exceeding 30% and various consistency and fractionation of feed composition.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved uniformity in dispensing feeds of various consistency and composition and having increased moisture content.

Устройство (фиг.1) для дозированной раздачи кормов содержит цилиндрический бункер 1 с помещенными в нем подающими лопатками 2, снабженными механизмом привода 3. Днище 4 бункера 1 установлено на ось 5 бункера 1, а ось выполнена в виде гидроцилиндра, у которого шток 6 смонтирован жестко под днищем 4 бункера 1, а поршень 7 соединен с днищем 4 с возможностью совместного вертикального возвратно-поступательного перемещения.The device (Fig. 1) for dosed feed distribution contains a cylindrical hopper 1 with feed blades 2 placed therein, provided with a drive mechanism 3. Работа устройства для дозированной раздачи кормов осуществляется следующим образом. Корма в кормоцехе или кормохранилище засыпают в бункер-дозатор, установленный на колесном ходу или навешенный на гидросистему трактора. При раздаче корма в кормушки включаются в работу механизм привода подающих лопаток и гидропривода подъема днища с кормом. Подвижное днище с кормом с помощью поршня гидроцилиндра перемещается вверх, а подающие лопатки сбрасывают дозу корма в кормушку через выгрузочное окно. После окончания процесса раздачи подвижное днище перемещается вниз в исходное положение, и бункер заполняется вновь для раздачи корма в описанной последовательности.The operation of the device for dosed distribution of feed is as follows.
