Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, namely to the development of reservoirs of oil-flooded reservoirs that are heterogeneous in terms of reservoir characteristics, where the increase in oil recovery is achieved by sequentially pumping the rims of the water-gas mixture of the optimal composition in a cyclic mode in combination with periodic fluid withdrawal.
There is a method of developing deposits [1] with water-gas solution flooding by injecting a water-gas solution and a surfactant through injection wells, which are added to water before it is mixed with gas, in which a single-phase gas solution is injected as a water-gas solution in a pre-transition phase state with the ratio volumes of gas to water, which ensures full saturation of water with gas under reservoir conditions, maintain in the process the ratio of bottomhole pressure to reservoir pressure of less than two, while Hydrocarbon gas is used as the gas phase in the water-gas solution, and 0.01-1.0% of the cationic surfactant is added as a surfactant.
Closest to the proposed one is a method of developing an oil field [2], which includes injecting water and gas through an injection well and selecting products through an producing well, in which, before pumping water and gas into an injection well, the dependence of oil recovery on the gas: water ratio is made and the mixture is pumped when the gas: water ratio corresponding to the maximum oil recovery, and the gas is mixed with water using an ejector pre-installed on the production casing, the active the first entrance of which is connected to its internal cavity, and the passive one - to the annular space, while the density of the water-gas mixture is maintained at a certain level.
The disadvantage of these methods of developing oil deposits with the injection of a water-gas mixture is the fact that they are aimed at determining the gas: water ratio in a gas-gas mixture to obtain the largest increase in oil recovery coefficient and do not regulate the process of developing an oil deposit by water-gas exposure, for example, the necessary the total volume of water-gas mixture injected into the reservoirs in fractions of the pore volume and in fractions of the geological oil reserves of the reservoir; s factors under which wells are disconnected from service.
Also close to the proposed one is a method of foam displacement, in which (1) an aqueous polymer solution is injected into the collector as a previous plug in an amount of 2-8% of the pore space of the formation, (2) periodically injected, simultaneously or alternately, in an amount of 10-50 % of the pore volume non-condensable gas and an aqueous solution of a foaming composition to form a bound foam underground or periodically inject bound foam formed in advance from the aforementioned gas and an aqueous solution above mley, the aqueous solution of the foaming composition contains alkali, a surfactant and a polymer, said aqueous solution of the foaming composition is a system with ultra-low interfacial tension, and the magnitude of the interfacial tension between the foaming composition and the displaced underground oil can reach 10 -3 orders of magnitude mN / m, (3) inject an aqueous polymer solution used as a protective plug in an amount of 10-45% of the pore space of the formation.
The disadvantage of this method is the fact that the half-life of the created foam is at most 18.5 minutes, that is, after about 40 minutes, the foam system disintegrates and its action as a flow diverting agent ceases. In this connection, the effect of the injection of foam will be observed only in the bottom-hole zones of the wells and will be absent in the inter-well space in which the main oil reserves are concentrated.
Solved by the invention, the task and the expected technical result are to increase the efficiency of the development of oil deposits. The oil recovery coefficient will increase due to the involvement in the active development of the low-permeable part of the reservoir, stagnant and deadlock zones of oil located along the neutral flow lines between the injection and producing wells, and the water cut of the produced oil will decrease.
The problem is solved in that in the method of developing a reservoir, which includes sequential injection of the rims of the gas-water mixture of the composition determined by the results of laboratory tests when obtaining the maximum, for selected natural cores of the considered operational object and thermobaric conditions for the data of laboratory tests, the oil displacement coefficient in a cyclic mode through injection wells and periodic fluid withdrawal through production wells, at the beginning of each cycle For water and gas exposure, the entire stock of production wells is divided into two groups, the first of which includes production wells with a current gas factor above the average current gas factor of all wells, and the second group includes the remaining production wells with a current gas factor below the average current gas factor of all wells, and the gas-water mixture is injected in three stages, and in the first stage, the gas-gas mixture is injected into the injection wells before the increase in the gas factor in of the associated production wells, then the injection wells are stopped, hydrodynamic studies are carried out in them by taking the pressure drop curves until the bottomhole pressures are stabilized at the reservoir level and proceed to the second stage, in which cyclic sequential injection of the water-gas mixture rims is carried out, and each cycle begins with the first rim injection a gas-gas mixture consisting only of water and gas with a volume equal to 5-10% of the volume of the gas-gas mixture pumped into the reservoirs at the first stage, then pump The wells are stopped, hydrodynamic studies are carried out in them by taking the pressure drop curves until the bottomhole pressures stabilize at the formation level, after which the second rim of the water-gas mixture, consisting of water with a surfactant and gas, is pumped into the wells, with a volume of 5-10% of the volume of the water-gas mixture pumped into the reservoirs at the first stage, then the cycles of sequential injection of the rims of the gas-water mixture are repeated until the total volume of pumped gas-water mixture at the first and second stages will not reach the required value equal to 50-60% of the initial geological oil reserves of the reservoir, after which at the third stage they switch to water injection into injection wells, and the production wells of the first group in each cycle at the second stage are shut down for a period of time before the next cycle of injection of the water-gas mixture. Moreover, associated gas, natural gas or a mixture thereof is used as the gas phase in the gas-gas mixture, and for the injection wells with low injectivity, the gas phase is excluded from the second rim of the gas-water mixture consisting of water, gas and surfactant, and the gas content in the gas-gas mixture the mixture in the first rim is doubled.
The physical essence of the invention consists in a combination of four processes occurring in the reservoirs.
The first of them, as in the prototype [2], consists in pumping a water-gas mixture into formations at the first stage of the process in order to achieve an increase in the oil displacement coefficient.
The second process, implemented at the second stage of the method, is associated with an increase in the coefficient of coverage by water flooding with alternating rims of a water-gas mixture without a surfactant and with a surfactant (foam system). A larger volume of foam system will enter high-permeability formations and highly conductive reservoir zones in the bottom-hole zone of injection wells, lowering the rate of fluid filtration in them to a greater extent than in low-permeability zones, deflecting the filtration flow towards stagnant zones, and thereby increase the coefficient of waterflood coverage .
The third process, also implemented at the second stage of the method, is associated with the creation of an elastic mode of formation operation by periodically stopping injection wells. In this case, additional pressure gradients arise between high-permeability and low-permeability reservoirs, which stimulate the mass transfer of oil between them, i.e. a gas-gas mixture and / or gas will more actively penetrate into low-permeability reservoirs, displacing oil from them.
The fourth process, implemented at the second stage of the method implementation, is also associated with an increase in the coverage factor by water flooding and the coverage rate by displacement due to the periodic operation of production wells with an increased gas factor. In this case, the water-gas mixture and / or gas will be directed towards production wells with a lower gas factor, increasing the filtration rate in the zones of their drainage, which will lead to a more uniform production of oil reserves from zones with different conductivity and an additional decrease in the water cut of the produced products.
As a result of the implementation of the proposed method, a synergistic effect of increasing the oil recovery coefficient by increasing the coefficient of oil displacement by the injected agent and increasing the coefficients of coverage by displacement and coverage by water flooding due to the elastic mode of the formation will be obtained.
The method is carried out by the following sequence of operations.
1) For the selected operational objects of the deposit or the site of the deposit on which the implementation of this development method is planned, conduct laboratory studies under appropriate thermobaric conditions on natural cores and determine the composition (or gas: water ratio) of the gas-gas mixture at which the maximum for the selected cores and thermobaric conditions for laboratory tests, oil displacement coefficient, as well as the required total volume of injected water-gas mixture in fractions of the pore volume or in fractions of the volume of oil in a porous medium with subsequent flooding.
2) The gas-water mixture is injected in three stages. At the first stage, the gas-water mixture is injected into the injection wells during the time until the start of the increase in the gas factor in the associated production wells. Then the injection wells are stopped, that is, the injection of the gas-water mixture into the injection wells is stopped and hydrodynamic studies are carried out by taking the pressure drop curves at the bottom of the injection wells. When the bottomhole pressure is stabilized at the level of reservoir in injection wells, the first stage of pumping gas-water mixture is completed.
3) In the second stage, cyclic sequential injection of the edges of the water-gas mixture is carried out. Moreover, at the beginning of each cycle, the current gas factor is measured in production wells and the entire stock of production wells is divided into two groups, the first of which includes production wells with a current gas factor higher than the average current gas factor of all wells, and the remaining production wells belong to the second group with a current gas factor below the average current gas factor of all wells. Then, the producing wells of the first group are shut down from operation for a period of time until the start of the next cycle of pumping the gas-water mixture.
Each cycle of sequential injection of the water-gas mixture rims begins with the injection of the first water-gas mixture rim, consisting only of water and gas (as in the first stage), with a volume equal to 5-10% of the volume of the gas-gas mixture pumped into the reservoirs at the first stage.
Then the injection wells are stopped and hydrodynamic studies are carried out by taking the pressure drop curves at the bottom of the injection wells. When the bottomhole pressure is stabilized in the injection wells at the formation level, the second rim of the water-gas mixture, consisting of water with a surfactant and gas, with a volume of 5-10% of the volume of the gas-gas mixture injected into the reservoirs at the first stage is injected.
Then the cycles of sequential injection of the rims of the water-gas mixture are repeated until the total volume of injection of the water-gas mixture at the first and second stages reaches the required value equal to 50-60% of the initial geological oil reserves of the experimental site or oil deposits.
4) At the third stage, they switch to water injection into injection wells.
An example of a specific implementation of the method
For an example implementation of the method, an oil deposit (block No. 1) in the Tournaisian tier of the Alekseevsky oil field of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered. The choice of this deposit is due, first of all, to the presence of wells with different oil production rates, which vary from 0.3 to 6.0 tons / day with a change in water cut of produced products from 3 to 70%. This difference in flow rates and water cut is associated with zonal and layer-by-layer heterogeneities of reservoir reservoirs, as well as with different distance of wells from the oil-water contact. The permeability of reservoirs according to hydrodynamic studies of wells varies from 0.010 to 0.385 μm 2 , averaging 0.056 μm 2 . At the same time, the average permeability of reservoirs, determined by geophysical research of wells, is 0.007 μm 2 (table 1) with an average porosity of 12%. Such a difference in the values of the permeability of the reservoirs, determined by various methods, indicates the presence of a developed system of cracks. Therefore, the introduction of the proposed development method on this deposit will partially block the areas with high fracture permeability of the reservoirs and redirect the displacing agent to the areas of lower fracture permeability, while increasing the coverage factors by displacement (well network) and waterflood coverage. Moreover, the displacing agent in the form of a water-gas mixture, decaying in the formation into gas and water, with an elastic mode of operation of the layers will contribute to a more efficient introduction of the gas phase into low-porous and low-permeability rock differences.
Using mathematical modeling of the processes of filtering multiphase fluids in fractured-porous reservoirs, four options for further development of the reservoir were calculated: continued operation under natural conditions, water flooding, water-gas treatment only with a water-gas mixture (according to the prototype) and water-gas treatment according to the proposed method. The calculation results are presented in table 2. Water-gas treatment with an optimal gas: water ratio in reservoir conditions equal to 1: 3 leads to a maximum average increase in the displacement coefficient for the reservoir as a whole by 11%. A comparison of the coverage factors by displacement and coverage by water flooding, as well as the oil recovery coefficient (CIN) shows that according to the proposed method, the oil recovery coefficient is 20% higher than that of the prototype. The method is effective and industrially applicable.
