The disadvantage of the prototype is the poor adhesion strength of the Nickel coating with steel, high porosity of the coating, low microhardness and wear resistance of the resulting coatings.
The technical task of the invention is to obtain coatings of nickel and its alloys, combining high microhardness and adhesion strength, with low porosity, and as a result with high protective properties of the coating in corrosive environments.
To solve this problem, a nickel-plating electrolyte is proposed containing sulfamic acid nickel, nickel chloride, boric acid and water, characterized in that it additionally contains cobalt sulfamic acid and / or sulfamic acid iron, metal oxide nanopowder of groups IIIA, IVB, VB , VIB and / or metal carbide of groups IVB, VB, VIB and a surfactant in the following ratio of components, g / l:
В качестве поверхностно-активного вещества используют натрий лаурилсульфат и/или ОС-20 (полиоксиэтиленалкиловые эфиры CnH2n+1O(C2H4O)mH, где n=8÷18, m≈20).Sodium lauryl sulfate and / or OS-20 (polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers C n H 2n + 1 O (C 2 H 4 O) m H, where n = 8 ÷ 18, m≈20) are used as a surfactant.
Nanopowders of oxide and / or metal carbide of the mentioned groups have a dispersion of 50-200 nm and a specific surface area of 20-390 m 2 / g. The electrolyte additionally contains saccharin (C 6 H 4 SO 2 NHCO) in an amount of 0.5-1.5 g / l as a brightener.
The introduction into the electrolyte of nanopowders of oxides and / or carbides with a specific surface area of 20-390 m 2 / g and a dispersion of 50-200 nm is aimed at changing the deposition mechanism of the electrolytic precipitate. This mechanism consists in the fact that the surface of nanoparticles adsorbs ions, including cations of molecules dissociated in the electrolyte, which are their carrier to the deposition surface. The collision of nanoparticles with the cathode surface locally destroys the double electric layer, energetically activating the deposition zone and simultaneously bringing ions to it adsorbed on the surface of the nanoparticles to a distance less than the thickness of the double electric layer.
An increase in the wear resistance and protective properties of the coating occurs due to the transfer of adsorbed metal ions to the cathode or complex molecules by nanoparticles and the activation of the nucleation process and, as a result, an increase in the uniformity of the deposition of metals and alloys along the microrelief of the surface of the part, as well as the formation of a fine-crystalline structure of a galvanic precipitate. The use of nanopowders can increase the adhesion of the coating to the surface of the part, increase the microhardness of the coating and eliminate porosity with a coating thickness of more than 15 microns.
Sulfamic acid salts of cobalt and iron are suppliers of cobalt and iron ions in the process of electrolytic deposition and form coatings consisting of alloys, which contributes to an additional increase in the microhardness of the coating. Surfactants maintain the stability of a suspension of nanopowders in an electrolyte.
Execution example.

(VB).Alumina (IIIA), titanium oxide (IVB) were taken as a metal oxide nanopowder of groups IIIA, IVB, VB, VIB, and silicon carbide (IVB) and niobium carbide (VB) were used as nanopowder of metal carbide of groups IVB, VB, VIB.
A nickel plating electrolyte was prepared by mixing the prepared solution of sulfamic acid nickel with the subsequent addition of the remaining components dissolved in separate portions of distilled water. A solution of sodium lauryl sulfate and / or polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers C n H 2n + 1 O (C 2 H 4 O) m H, where n = 8 ÷ 18, m≈20 (preparation OS-20) is introduced into the electrolyte after its chemical and electrochemical cleaning to increase the sedimentation stability of nanosuspension.
Table 2 presents the properties of the coating of the proposed electrolyte and prototype.
The control of the porosity of the coating was carried out in accordance with GOST 9.302-88 by the method of applying filter paper.
9.302-88.The adhesion control of coatings was carried out by the heating method according to GOST 9.302-88.
The microhardness of the coatings was determined using a PMT-3M microhardness tester according to GOST 9450 at a load of 50 g.
19300-86.The surface roughness was controlled by a model 283 profilometer according to GOST 19300-86.
As can be seen from table 2, the coating obtained from the proposed electrolyte has the following advantages compared to the prototype: the adhesion of the coating to the base is significantly higher, the microhardness is in the range of 600-700 kgf / mm 2 (for the prototype 450-500 kgf / mm 2 ), nickel coating porosity is absent even with coating thicknesses of more than 20 μm. The surface roughness during nickel plating in the proposed electrolyte did not change at thicknesses up to 40 μm, the prototype worsened by 1-2 grades, which required additional machining (grinding) of the coating. Similar results were achieved with the use of nanopowders of oxides and carbides of other groups.
Thus, the use of the proposed electrolyte will increase the durability and reliability of parts operating in aggressive environments at elevated temperatures.
