Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the development of mineral deposits underground method.
Known layered development systems (1) used in the extraction of minerals from powerful stratified deposits or from ore deposits represented by massive deposits. In this case, the formation or reservoir is divided into several layers of moderate thickness, which are then worked out sequentially in a certain order. Based on specific conditions, the layers can be horizontal or inclined.
There is also a known system of mining (2) with the separation of deposits into steeply inclined layers, which, in turn, are divided into sector-like blocks with an angle at the apex
где α - угол наклона слоя,where α is the angle of inclination of the layer,
imax - предельно допустимый продольный уклон очистной выработки.i max - the maximum permissible longitudinal slope of the treatment plant.
A haul-off drift is brought to the top of each block. The extraction of ore within the block is carried out in long runs, moving the front of the working face towards the top of the block. At the end of each run, backfill material is added to the sole of the treatment mine. The power of bedding in each section is determined by the dependence:
Δh=Δb*tgα,Δh = Δb * tgα,
где Δb - поперечное перемещение очистной выработки за одну заходку.where Δb is the transverse movement of the treatment workings in one run.
The disadvantage of this system is the large amount of preparatory work. Since the sector-shaped block is inscribed inside the ore body, its linear parameters directly depend on the boundary contours of this body and, due to natural factors, have a significant scatter of values. Thus, with a fixed value of the slopes of the boundary treatment workings, the height differences between the vertices of the blocks will be different, that is, the step of changing the elevations of the vertices is chaotic. According to the mining condition, a haul-off drift must be brought to the top of each block. In this situation, it is not possible to provide the development of several blocks confined to different layers with one drift. Therefore, a network of preparatory mine workings is formed without any spatial systematization and, as a result, with a large total length.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the amount of preparatory work by optimizing the spatial position of the vertices of the mining blocks located in different mining layers. As a result of this, with one haulage drift it will be possible to serve the maximum number of production blocks.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the underground mining system with a non-hardening tab, which includes dividing the deposit into steeply inclined layers, dividing each layer into sector-like blocks so that a rolling horizon passes through the top of the block, sequential excavation of ore within the block by long openings in ascending order and adding filling material to the bottom of the treatment mine after each approach, the extraction blocks are formed from two adjacent, relative to the discharge g horzont, passing through the top of the block, parts with angles at the vertices
где α - угол наклона слоя;where α is the angle of inclination of the layer;
Δhi-(i-1) и Δhi-(i+1) - перепад высот между откаточным горизонтом, проходящим через вершину блока, и нижележащим и вышележащим откаточными горизонтами соответственно;Δh i- (i-1) and Δh i- (i + 1) - the height difference between the retreat horizon passing through the top of the block and the underlying and overlying retreat horizons, respectively;
di-(i-1) и di-(i+1) - горизонтальные расстояния между точками пересечения плоскости крутонаклонного слоя с плоскостями откаточных горизонтов: среднего и нижележащего, среднего и вышележащего соответственно.d i- (i-1) and d i- (i + 1) are the horizontal distances between the points of intersection of the plane of the steeply inclined layer and the planes of the retreat horizons: middle and underlying, middle and overlying, respectively.
Under this condition, it will be possible to service all blocks with a systematic network of drifts, confined only to retreat horizons. Each drift will provide access to several blocks belonging to different steeply inclined layers. Block mining is made up of many elementary cycles, each of which includes ore breaking, its shipment and laying of the worked out space.
Practical implementation of the invention.
The ore body is divided by haulage horizons into floors. At the return horizons, drifts pass along the contour of the ore body.
Further, the ore body is divided into steeply inclined layers, the thickness and angle of which are determined by specific mining and geological and technological conditions.
The steeply inclined layers of the ore body are divided into sector-like blocks so that a rolling horizon passes through the top of the block. Moreover, each block will consist of two parts with a common horizontal border passing through the top of the block, and with angles at the vertices φ i-1 and φ i + 1 . The values of the angles φ i-1 and φ i + 1 are determined in accordance with the calculation scheme shown in the drawing.

Обозначим его через di-(i-1).AD is the horizontal distance between the intersection points of the plane of the steeply inclined layer with the planes of the middle and underlying recoil horizons. Denote it by d i- (i-1) .
After substituting in the formula (1) the values from (2) and (3) and taking into account the accepted notation, we obtain:

By analogy, the following calculations will be valid for the upper part of the block:

Denote it by Δh i- (i + 1) ;

Taking the elevation marks of the retreating drifts as the initial data and choosing the intersection points of the planes of steeply inclined layers with the planes of retracted horizons, the angles φ i-1 and φ i + 1 are calculated using formulas (5) and (10) for different blocks of each steeply inclined layer. All layers are divided into sector-like blocks according to the calculated data.
On the boundaries of the blocks are rifled workings. The extraction of ore in the block is carried out by long openings in ascending order, layer-by-layer filling the worked out space with a non-hardening tab. For haulage use drifts, passed at the marks of retreat horizons.
The sequence of blocks development is determined by the project.
