Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the forest industry and can be used when performing logging operations.
There are various ways of developing cutting areas with mechanized felling by chainsaws and skidding of assortments by forwarders, described in [2, S.303-307]. "The main condition for carrying out incomplete logging using the assortment method is" organized afforestation "with the mandatory breakdown of logging sites into apiaries and the preparation of technological corridors (dragging)." "When harvesting assortments directly on the cutting area with portable chain saws, it is necessary that they be collected in small piles and placed on an apiary or drag in the area of efficient use of skidders."
The disadvantage of the solutions noted earlier is that when hilling assortments, there is a need to move them manually, or with the help of crowbars and metal hooks into the area of operation of the forwarder manipulator. At the same time, large-sized assortments can be cut at the main cuttings, the earthing of which requires the use of considerable physical effort.
"При этом манипулятором захватывают ближайший конец хлыста, расположенный в зоне досягаемости манипулятора форвардера, и подтаскивают его к технологическому коридору, где "переламывают" на сортименты" [1, С.95-96].The closest in technical essence is the method of dragging the forwarder by a manipulator of a not fully cut whip, which is used to facilitate physical effort when hilling assortments. “At the same time, the manipulator grabs the nearest end of the whip, located in the reach zone of the forwarder manipulator, and drag it to the technological corridor, where it is“ broken ”into assortments” [1, S.95-96].
The disadvantage of this solution is that when dragging and fracturing a whip that is not fully cut, chips can be chipped and damaged, which leads to a decrease in the quality of skidded wood. In addition, with insufficient thickness of the left jumper, excessive bending of the whip in the horizontal or vertical plane, as well as when the whip that is not fully cut out against obstacles, an undesirable fracture of the whip is possible when the assortment breaks off the whip is out of the reach of the forwarder manipulator.
The technical result obtained by the applicant is to reduce physical effort when hilling assortments while maintaining the quality of the skid wood.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that when processing trees piled on tapes remote from the draw, the next assortment is separated from the whip when it is bucked after the forwarder is pulled to the draw by the remaining undressed part of the whip and skidded to the loading point of the previous assortment, and the logging is removed from the whips begins after they are dragged to the drag.
The technology for the development of the cutting area with the division into 6 stages is presented in the drawing.
5.The cutting area is divided into apiaries with a border of 1. During the first stage of development of an apiary, each apiary is divided into five lanes: dies 2, two tapes 3 adjacent to the dies, and two strips 4 remote from the dies. about 25 m. with laying it across the drag. Then, trees are cut down on a trail, branches are cut and whips are cut. After the development of a 25-meter drawing, trees are felled in half-sections. The direction of the felling in the apiary is selected on the basis of ensuring their felling in the gap between the trees left. On adjacent ribbons, trees are felled so as to bring the knots closer to the drag. Trees are felled on tapes remote from the wire so that the top of the tree is in the area of the forwarder 5 manipulator.
When working on the first apiary ribbons adjacent to the dies, the chainsaw minder felling trees, pruning branches and bucking whips. The width of the ribbons adjacent to the fiber is calculated in such a way as to enable the manipulator to grab any assortment located on the tape. The total width of two tapes adjacent to the fiber can be calculated by the formula
где R - максимальный вылет манипулятора форвардера, м; lcop - минимальная длина сортиментов, выпиливаемых из комлевой части дерева, м; jз - длина части лесоматериала, которая должна находиться в зоне действия манипулятора для обеспечения его надежного захвата (1÷2 м), м; с - минимальный угол валки деревьев, растущих на границе между примыкающими к волоку и удаленными от него лентами, град; α - расстояние между рабочими позициями форвардера, м.where R is the maximum reach of the forwarder manipulator, m; l cop - the minimum length of assortments cut from the butt of the tree, m; j s - the length of the part of the timber that should be in the area of the manipulator to ensure its reliable capture (1 ÷ 2 m), m; c is the minimum angle of felling of trees growing on the border between the ribbons adjacent to the draw and the tapes remote from it, deg; α is the distance between the working positions of the forwarder, m
Сортименты, оказавшиеся после раскряжевки на волоке, смещаются на примыкающие к волоку ленты с целью обеспечения возможности проезда форвардера по волоку (показано стрелкой).The assortments that have appeared after buckling on the wire are displaced onto the belts adjacent to the wire in order to enable the forwarder to travel through the wire (shown by arrow).
When working on tapes of the first apiary, remote from the die, the chainsaw minder felling trees, pruning branches and marking whips for assortments. In those cases when the top of the whip is on the side or adjacent to it, the chainsaw motorist starts bucking the whip, separating one assortment from it. Bucking of the whip starts from the top, taking into account the marks made when marking it on assortments. The bucking of the whips removed from the wagon begins after they are pulled to the draw by the forwarder during the following steps of apiary development.
Apiary width can be calculated by the formula
где lx - длина хлыста, м; c1 - минимальный угол валки деревьев, растущих на границе пасеки, град.where l x is the length of the whip, m; c 1 - the minimum angle of felling of trees growing on the border of the apiary, hail.
When felling trees perpendicular to the drawing, the formula takes the form
After the above operations are completed, the second stage of apiary development begins. The chainsaw motorist proceeds to the next apiary, and logs are logged in the apiary under consideration. The forwarder calls in to pack bundles deep into the cutting area (apiary) and, when moving to the loading point in direction 6, collects and stacks assortments on a loading platform. In this case, sorting of assortments is possible. The forwarder collects assortments located in the area of operation of the manipulator, and pulls the remaining undisturbed parts of the whips obtained during the processing of trees felled on tapes remote from the wire. Pulling is carried out in such a way that when separating the next assortment from the whip, the remaining undisturbed part of the whip is in the zone of action of the forwarder manipulator for a length sufficient for its reliable capture by the manipulator.
At the third stage, the forwarder begins processing the second apiary, and the chainsaw minder returns to the first apiary and separates from the remaining sections of the remaining logs remaining in the first apiary.
After completing this operation, the fourth stage begins. The chainsaw motorist again switches to the second apiary, and on the first, assortments are collected and the remaining undisturbed parts of the whips are dragged. Operations of the technological process in two adjacent apiaries (fifth, sixth stages) are repeated until all the whips located on them are processed and all the harvested assortments are darted to the loading point.
