Abstract
Description
The invention relates to welding and can be used for surfacing blade surfaces.
Известен способ дуговой наплавки неплавящимся электродом, при котором создают сварочную ванну, в которую подают присадочную проволоку, а на сварочную ванну воздействуют кристаллизатором (патент RU №2078655, В 23 К 9/04, 1994).There is a method of arc surfacing with a non-consumable electrode, in which a weld pool is created, into which a filler wire is fed, and a mold is applied to the weld pool (patent RU No. 2078655, 23 K 9/04, 1994).
This method does not allow surfacing of blade surfaces in hard to reach places. Significant melting of the weld surface occurs, a large volume of the weld pool is formed.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности является способ дуговой наплавки неплавящимся электродом, при котором в сварочную ванну подают присадочную проволоку, которой производят растяжение сварочной ванны (патент RU №2188750, В 23 К 9/04, 2000).The closest in technical essence is the method of arc surfacing with a non-consumable electrode, in which a filler wire is fed into the weld pool, which stretches the weld pool (patent RU No. 2188750, 23 K 9/04, 2000).
The disadvantage of this method is the low height of the weld bead. Significant melting of the weld surface occurs, a large volume of the weld pool is formed.
The objective of the invention is to increase the height of the weld bead with minimal melting of the blade surface in one pass.
This goal is achieved by the fact that during arc surfacing with a non-consumable electrode, in which a filler wire is fed into the weld pool and the weld pool is stretched, the welding torch and filler wire are set at an acute angle to the normal to the weld surface, the filler wire is fed into the zone of the anode spot of the welding arc behind the torch in the direction of welding, create a weld pool and stretch it in the direction of the filler wire.
Figure 1 shows the location of the welding torch and filler wire, figure 2-7 is a deposition sequence.
The method is implemented as follows.
Welding
После оплавления и отрыва присадочной проволоки 2 от наплавленного валика цикл повторяется (фиг.7).The drive for moving part 3 (not shown) is turned on. A welding arc is ignited and a
It is established that the relative position of the welding torch and filler wire allows to reduce the heat input into the base metal and to reduce its melting. The filler wire, falling into the zone of the anode spot, shields the guided surface of the part and takes part of the heat. The filler material enters the surfacing zone in small portions and quickly crystallizes, and the deposited surface does not overheat.
An example of a specific implementation.
A thin-walled part made of EP961 alloy is deposited using an EI962 filler wire. The width of the end face of the deposited part is 0.7 mm, the diameter of the filler wire is 1 mm. Deposition speed 6 m / h. Fronius TT2600 power supply, surfacing current 17-19 A. Filler wire feed speed 30 m / h. The height of the weld bead is 1.5 mm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to make surfacing of blade surfaces without the use of a mold, to increase the height of the deposited bead with minimal melting of the blade surface in one pass.
