Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in thermal power plants and boiler plants.
A known analogue is a deaeration unit containing a deaerator with pipelines of source, superheated and deaerated water, equipped with a temperature controller for the source water, which is connected to the sensor of dissolved oxygen content of O 2 in deaerated water (see Patent No. 2148023 (RU). IPC 6 C 02 F 1/20.). This analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantage of analogues and prototype is the reduced efficiency of the deaeration plant due to increased energy costs for heating the source water, as well as the low quality of thermal deaeration of water when controlling only for a given residual oxygen content in the water. In a number of deaeration modes, for example, hydrogen-cationized water, despite ensuring a predetermined residual oxygen content of O 2, the normative quality of deaeration is not achieved, since the normative quality of carbon dioxide CO 2 removal is not ensured, since its removal requires an increased temperature regime of deaeration. On the other hand, regulating the temperature of the source water only by the residual CO 2 content may also not ensure the normative quality of deaeration, since, for example, when deaerating the water treated by sodium cationic methods, a higher temperature of the source water is required to achieve the normative residual oxygen content than to remove carbon dioxide. At the same time, in a number of modes, the temperature of the source water may be excessive to ensure the normative quality of deaeration. Thus, the existing disadvantages of the known deaeration plant lead to a decrease in the quality and efficiency of thermal deaeration.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to improve the quality and efficiency of the deaeration plant by achieving a given content of the most difficult to remove gas (oxygen O 2 or carbon dioxide CO 2 ) by changing the temperature of the source water.
To achieve this result, a deaeration plant is proposed that contains a deaerator with pipelines of source, superheated and deaerated water, equipped with a temperature controller for the source water, which is connected to a sensor for the content of dissolved oxygen in deaerated water.
The peculiarity lies in the fact that the temperature controller of the source water is additionally connected to the pH sensor of deaerated water.
The new interconnection of elements allows to improve the quality and efficiency of the deaeration plant by achieving a predetermined content of the most difficult to remove gas (oxygen O 2 or carbon dioxide CO 2 ) by changing the temperature of the source water.
Next, we consider the information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the desired technical result.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of an installation for thermal deaeration of water.
The installation contains a deaerator 1 with pipelines of the source water 2, superheated water 3, deaerated water 4, a heater of the source water 5 included in the pipeline of the source water 2 with a heating medium pipeline 6. The unit is equipped with a temperature controller of the source water 7, which is connected to the content sensors on one side dissolved oxygen 8 and a pH value of 9 deaerated make-up water, and on the other with the actuator 10 of the regulatory body 11 on the heating medium pipeline of the source water heater.
Deaeration installation works as follows.
При известковании воды исходная вода обогащается ионами ОН- (среда “щелочная”) и в этом случае с помощью регулятора 7, датчиков 8 и 9 и исполнительного механизма 10 с регулирующим органом 11, регулирующий параметр - температуру исходной воды - устанавливают необходимой для достижения заданного остаточного содержания наиболее трудноудаляемого в этом режиме газа - растворенного кислорода в деаэрированной воде (50 мкг/дм3).The feed water of the heating system is deaerated in the deaerator 1 before being fed to the return line, for which source and superheated water is supplied to the deaerator. The temperature of the source water is set based on the need to achieve a given content of the most difficult to remove gas (oxygen O 2 or carbon dioxide CO 2 ). In the chemical treatment of water by the hydrogen cation method, the source water is enriched with hydrogen ions H + (acidic medium), therefore, using the regulator 7, sensors 8 and 9 and the actuator 10 with the regulator 11, the regulating parameter - the temperature of the source water - is set as necessary to achieve a pH value corresponding to a given residual carbon dioxide content in deaerated water (pH 8.33). When liming the water, the source water is enriched with OH - ions (alkaline environment), and in this case, using the regulator 7, sensors 8 and 9 and the actuator 10 with the regulating body 11, the regulating parameter - the temperature of the source water - is set to achieve the desired residual the content of the most difficult to remove gas in this mode — dissolved oxygen in deaerated water (50 μg / dm 3 ).
At a number of thermal power plants, water treatment plants contain phases of hydrogen cationization, sodium cationization, and liming constructed at different times. Depending on the total water flow rate, the proportion of water supplied to the deaeration from different stages can vary significantly, which means that the technologically necessary temperature for heating the source water in front of the deaerator will also change. We note that the temperature of the source water according to the proposed scheme of the deaeration plant is kept to the minimum necessary to remove the most difficult to remove gas, which ensures both the quality and efficiency of thermal deaeration.
As a regulator of source water temperature 7, a commercially available microprocessor controller Remicont R-130 can be used - a programmable device that allows implementing about 90 programs for controlling controlled processes, moreover, it has a number of self-tuning functions for controlled processes. Setting with it the value of the temperature of the source water to the minimum necessary level to remove the most difficult to remove gas is not difficult. Regulation operations are implemented by the Remicont itself on the basis of the operating conditions of the regulatory body entered into it and the intervals for changing the temperature of the source water that are valid for each specific case.
Thus, the proposed deaeration plant allows to improve the quality and efficiency of thermal deaeration of water by achieving a predetermined content of the most difficult to remove gas (oxygen O 2 or carbon dioxide CO 2 ) by changing the temperature of the source water supplied to the deaerator.
