Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a power system and can be used in thermal power plants and boiler plants.
Analogs are known - deaeration plants containing a thermal deaerator with connected pipelines of treated and deaerated water, a heating agent, a regulatory body installed on the pipeline of the heating agent and connected to a pressure regulator in the deaerator (see the book by I.I. Oliker and B.A. Permyakova, “Thermal Deaeration of Water at Thermal Power Plants,” Leningrad: Energia, 1971, pp. 20-22, Fig. 1.5, 1.6 and their descriptions, pp. 167, p. 1). This analogue is adopted as a prototype.
The disadvantage of analogues and prototype is the reduced efficiency carried out in the installation of thermal deaeration of water due to increased energy costs for supplying a heating agent to the deaerator. So, when deaerating water in a deaerator of high pressure, steam is supplied to the deaerator in an amount necessary to maintain a given pressure of 6, 7 or 8 kgf / cm 2 (see ibid., P. 25). Since the normative quality of water deaeration, which is characterized primarily by the content of dissolved oxygen in deaerated water, can be achieved with significantly lower values of pressure in the deaerator and the consumption of the heating agent — steam, deaeration almost always occurs with excessive consumption of the heating agent and reduced economy. On the other hand, in a number of modes, despite maintaining a predetermined pressure in the deaerator, the consumption of the heating agent may not be sufficient to ensure the normative quality of deaeration, which is especially typical for vacuum deaeration of water. Thus, the second disadvantage of the known installation is the low quality of deaeration of water.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the efficiency and quality of thermal deaeration of water by maintaining the optimal flow rate of the heating agent supplied to the deaerator.
To achieve this result, a deaeration plant is proposed containing a thermal deaerator with connected pipelines of treated and deaerated water, a heating agent, and a regulatory body installed on the pipeline of the heating agent.
The difference of the claimed installation is that the installation is equipped with a flow rate regulator of the heating agent connected to a sensor of dissolved oxygen installed on the pipeline deaerated water, and with a regulatory body installed on the pipeline of the heating agent.
The inclusion of the essential features characterizing the installation, new elements: the flow rate controller of the heating agent, the sensor of dissolved oxygen content, and the new relationship of these elements, allows to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of thermal deaeration, by maintaining the optimal flow rate of the heating agent, i.e. the exclusion of deaeration regimes with excessive or insufficient consumption of the heating agent.
The analysis of the prior art by the applicant, including a search by patent and scientific and technical sources, and the identification of sources containing information about analogues of the claimed invention, allowed to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The definition from the list of identified analogues of the prototype, as the closest in the set of essential features of the analogue, allowed to identify the set of essential in relation to the technical result of the distinguishing features set forth in the claims. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the criterion of "novelty."
To verify the compliance of the claimed invention with the criterion of "inventive step", the applicant conducted an additional search for known solutions in order to identify signs that match the distinctive features of the claimed installation from the prototype. The search results showed that the claimed invention does not follow explicitly from the prior art for the specialist, since the influence of the transformations provided for by the essential features of the claimed invention on the achievement of the technical result is not revealed from the prior art determined by the applicant. In particular, the claimed invention does not provide for the addition of a known agent to any known part attached to it according to known rules to achieve a technical result in respect of which the effect of such additions is established. So, the inclusion of a heating agent flow controller in the deaeration plant cannot be attributed to such a conversion, since this element in the claimed device is in a different set of essential features of the device and in a new relationship with other elements of the device compared to the known deaeration plants, which allows achievement of the desired technical result.
Therefore, the claimed invention meets the criterion of "inventive step".
Next, we consider the information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the desired technical result.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a deaeration plant.
4. The installation included in the heating water make-up water treatment system at a thermal power plant contains a vacuum deaerator 1 with connected pipelines of treated water 2, a heating agent 3 and deaerated water 4, as well as a flow regulator of the heating agent 5 connected to a regulatory body 6 included in the pipeline 3 , and a dissolved oxygen content sensor 7 mounted on the pipe 4.
Deaeration installation works as follows.
The desorption of oxygen dissolved in water is carried out at the contact of the treated water and the heating agent - superheated network water, which are supplied through pipes 2 and 3 to the deaerator 1, deaerated water is discharged from the deaerator through pipeline 4, and the resulting vapor is removed from the deaerator by an ejector. The flow rate of the heating agent supplied to the deaerator is controlled by the value of the preset residual dissolved oxygen content in deaerated make-up water of 50 μg / l using regulator 5, control valve 6 and sensor 7. Sensor 7 measures the residual oxygen content in deaerated water and when it deviates from a given value, the controller 5 acts on the control valve 6 to increase or decrease the consumption of the heating agent. So when 800 t / h of treated water is supplied to the deaerator at a temperature of 30 o C to maintain a predetermined residual dissolved oxygen content of 50 μg / l, regulator 5 sets the flow rate of the heating agent - superheated network water 280 t / h (at a temperature of superheated network water 100 o C) In all other modes of thermal deaeration, the flow rate of the heating agent is also maintained necessary and sufficient to ensure a predetermined residual dissolved oxygen content of 50 μg / L, thereby eliminating the operation of the deaerator with excessive or insufficient flow of the heating agent.
