M .: Nauka, 1981, p. 62].
The disadvantages of this known method include the relatively low saturation of the mixture of extractants with uranium, as well as the increased content of impurities in the finished product.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to increase the saturation of the mixture of extractants in uranium during the extraction purification of uranium desorbates, as well as to reduce the content of impurities, in particular molybdenum, in the finished product. It is achieved by a method of processing uranium ores, including crushing, grinding ore, sulfuric acid leaching of ore pulp, sorption extraction of uranium by ion-exchange resins, desorption of uranium from a saturated sorbent with solutions of sulfuric and nitric acids, extraction of uranium from desorbates with a mixture of extractants, solid phase re-extraction with solutions the separation of crystals of ammonium uranyltricarbonate (AUTC), their filtration and calcination to obtain natural uranium oxides, according to the invention saturated in the process e extraction, the mixture of extractants is treated with concentrated uranium solutions to saturate it, using solutions of uranium concentration of 50-100 g / l, resulting from the dissolution of AUTC crystals by sulfuric acid, which clog the equipment during reextraction, while processing the mixture of extractants concentrated uranium solutions are carried out at a ratio of organic and aqueous phases (3-5): 1 and a solution acidity corresponding to a pH value of 1.0-2.0, while concentrated uranium races thieves when processing repeatedly used: after the first treatment solution is fed to the processing of the following portions of the saturated mixture of extractants to reduce the uranium concentration in the solution is less than 10 g / l.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the saturation of the organic mixture of extractants for uranium during the extraction purification of desorbates. It is achieved by the fact that the mixture of extractants saturated during the countercurrent extraction process containing di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid, tributyl phosphate and trialkylamine in the organic diluent “kerosene-absorbent” is additionally treated with concentrated uranium solutions (50-100 g / l) at a volume ratio organic and aqueous phases (O: B) (3-5): 1 and a solution acidity corresponding to a pH of 1.0-2.0. The resulting mixture of extractants is directed to solid-phase reextraction of uranium with solutions of carbon ammonium salts, AUTC crystals precipitated during re-extraction are filtered and calcined to natural uranium oxides.
The proposed method, in comparison with the known, provides a significant increase in the saturation of the mixture of extractants with uranium, and also due to the displacement of impurities from it, it improves the quality of the finished product.
The following are examples of the implementation of the known and proposed methods. The experiments were carried out in laboratory conditions using solutions, ATC crystals and a mixture of extractants taken from the technological chain of the hydrometallurgical plant.
In the first series of experiments, a working mixture of extractants with a uranium content of 13.1 g / l was treated for 7 minutes, with a ratio of O: B = 3: 1, deoxidation solutions of AUTC crystals containing 50 g / l of uranium and having a different concentration of sulfuric acid. After saturation, solid-phase re-extraction of the extractant mixture with solutions of carbon ammonium salts was carried out at a ratio of O: B = 2: 1 for 30 minutes. Table 1 shows the main indicators of the process of saturation of the mixture of extractants and reextraction, table 2 shows the results of analyzes of natural uranium oxides obtained from AUTC crystals obtained during reextraction.
From the above data it is seen that the saturation of the mixture of extractants reaches its maximum value at a solution acidity corresponding to a pH value of 1.0. The process of solid-phase re-extraction was quite effective, as evidenced by the low concentration of uranium in the mixture of extractants after re-extraction.
4.In the second series of experiments on the saturation of the mixture of extractants, the parameters and quality of the finished product were determined using concentrated uranium solution in cycles. For each cycle, a new portion of a mixture of extractants saturated under industrial conditions was used, and the concentrated uranium solution was the raffinate of the previous cycle with a correction of sulfuric acid concentration to pH 1.0, the concentration of uranium in the initial solution was 76.5 g / l, in the mixture of extractants - 13 5 g / l Treatment with concentrated uranium solutions was carried out for 7 minutes at a ratio of O: B = 3: 1, solid-phase reextraction was carried out with solutions of carbon ammonium salts for 30 minutes at a ratio of O: B = 2: 1. Indicators of the processes of additional saturation and re-extraction are given in Table 3, the quality of the finished product obtained is shown in Table 4.
Analyzing the data obtained, it should be noted that the use of AUTC crystal deoxidation solution provides additional saturation of the extractant mixture, on average for 9 cycles, by more than 16%, with a change in the concentration of uranium in the saturation solutions from 76.5 to 9.3 g / l. The uranium reextraction in all cycles was satisfactory, the uranium content in the organic phase after reextraction was 0.034-0.049 g / l.
5.Generalized indicators of the process according to the known and proposed methods are given in table.5.
From the data given in table 5, it follows that the proposed method, in comparison with the known, can significantly increase the saturation of the mixture of extractants for uranium and significantly improve the quality of the obtained oxides of natural uranium.
