Abstract
Description
(110) [001].The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used to obtain sheet anisotropic electrical steel (NPP), including silicon steel with a rib texture (110) [001].
The following basic requirements are imposed on anisotropic electrical steel: high magnetic permeability, minimal magnetic losses during magnetization reversal, high magnetic induction. These requirements are met only if there is a sharp rib texture in the steel, which is formed during secondary recrystallization that occurs during high-temperature annealing.
[1-3].There are various methods for producing anisotropic electrical steel [1-3].
%.In the method [1], an increase in the level of magnetic properties is achieved by optimizing the melting chemical composition, while the carbon content in the steel is adjusted depending on the manganese content in the range of 0.30-0.50 wt. %
In the method [2] it is proposed to alloy steel during aluminum smelting to a content of 0.015-0.030%, and when annealing steel of finite thickness to secondary recrystallization temperatures, it is saturated with nitrogen. In this case, the formation of particles of the phase-inhibitor AlN. This method stabilizes the process of secondary recrystallization.
Method [3] includes the operation of training steel strips after low-temperature annealing. As a result of training annealed strips, an increase in the density of the inhibitory phase occurs due to a more intense separation of the copper-containing phase from the solid solution and a decrease in the flatness of the strips before applying a protective coating, which creates favorable conditions for secondary recrystallization and a uniform soil layer during high-temperature annealing.
These known methods can improve the operational properties of nuclear power plants, however, they do not create a rib texture of sufficient sharpness in nuclear power plants and, thus, do not provide the maximum possible increase in the level of magnetic properties, including magnetic induction.
As a prototype, the method of production of cold-rolled nuclear power plants [4] was chosen, which is closest in technical essence to the proposed one and includes smelting, casting, hot rolling, repeated cold rolling with intermediate annealing, decarburization annealing, nitriding, high-temperature and straightening annealing. This method provides secondary recrystallization with the formation of large grains, however, does not increase the sharpness of the rib texture (110) [001] and, therefore, does not improve the magnetic properties of nuclear power plants.
(110)[001].The basis of the invention is the creation of a method for processing nuclear power plants, providing increased magnetic induction in weak magnetic fields (in particular B 800 ) due to the creation of a sharp crystallographic texture (110) [110].
The problem is solved in that in the known method for the production of cold rolled electrical anisotropic steel, including smelting, casting, hot rolling, repeated cold rolling with intermediate annealing, decarburization annealing, nitriding, high temperature and straightening annealing, deformation is carried out at a final thickness before cold rolling of steel steel, for example, by local draft, to a depth determined by the formula h oc ≤ h ref -h kon , where h oc is the depth of precipitation, h ref is the original thickness of the tape, h con - the final thickness of the tape. Moreover, local deformation is carried out, for example, by steel balls with a diameter of not more than 10 mm, located at a distance of not more than 250 mm from each other.
The essence of the invention is as follows. The severity of the rib texture is determined by oriented nucleation and oriented grain growth. The more grains with the ideal orientation (110) [001] in the structure of primary recrystallization that become nuclei of secondary recrystallization, the sharper the rib texture in steel. The larger the {111} <112> component in the primary recrystallization texture, which is most favorable for the growth of nuclei with an ideal orientation of (110) [001], the sharper the rib texture in steel. Controlling the sharpness of the rib texture is a complex technological task, since the texture of secondary recrystallization is influenced by structural and texture transformations at all technological stages of the through cycle of NPP production.
In the production of nuclear power plants according to the proposed method, local volumes of metal are deformed according to the scheme: draft + tension + rolling, and the rest of the metal only by rolling. In local volumes that underwent complex combined deformation, the texture changes, which affects the formation of structure and texture during primary and secondary recrystallization. Grains of secondary recrystallization appear primarily in the places of local precipitation, arranged in a checkerboard pattern, which is clearly visible on the strip of steel after high-temperature gradient heating, shown in the drawing. The orientation of the secondary recrystallization grains, determined from the etching figures, is close to ideal (110) [001]; growing, these grains create a sharp rib texture in steel.
The parameters stated in the formula, namely: the depth of settlement, not exceeding the difference between the initial and final thickness of the steel, as well as the diameter and the relative position of the deforming balls, are optimal, i.e. necessary and sufficient to obtain a technical result, the achievement of which the invention is directed.
EXAMPLE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHOD
Smelting, casting and hot rolling of nuclear power plants to a thickness of 2.5 mm were carried out at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, and subsequent operations at VIZ-Steel (Yekaterinburg). A hot-rolled strip of an industrial nuclear power plant 2.5 mm thick is cold rolled to a thickness of 0.7 mm and annealed at 850 ° C for 5 min in an atmosphere of moist hydrogen. During annealing, decarburization and primary recrystallization proceed. Then cut strips of 0.7 × 40 × 150 mm, which produce local deformation with balls ⌀ 2.5 mm 0.3 mm deep at a distance of 50 mm from each other (option 1) and ⌀ 5 mm 0.2 mm deep distance of 100 mm (option 2). Next, cold rolling is carried out to a final thickness of 0.3 mm, samples of 0.3 × 30 × 280 mm are cut out and annealed at 1150 ° C (heating rate of 30 ° / hour) in a nitrogen-hydrogen mixture. During annealing, nitriding of steel occurred due to silicon nitride Si 3 N 4 added to the anti-welding coating. After the final treatment, the magnetic properties were measured. The measurement results are shown in the table.
(110)[001].The results show that the processing of steel according to the proposed method provides a significant and stable increase in the magnetic induction of B 800 (from 1.87 to 1.92 T) by increasing the sharpness of the texture (110) [001].
